Most delicious breakfast -

Lovely and hospitable hosts!! Loved meeting the other guests and sharing tourist ideas over breakfast. Delicious breakfast and very homey living situation.

We stayed in luxury suite #21. 5stars for the view. Beautiful sunrises and plated breakfast. Be aware the private bathroom for this suite is outside the room, in a shared hallway. Bring a robe. Not suitable for a romantic getaway. Communication was just ok and no one greeted us upon arrival so it was a little awkward. This is an old style bed and breakfast, where you walk through the home to get to your room upstairs.

The view from this hillside location is exceptional in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home cooked breakfast was delicious and hosts were welcoming. Shared bathrooms and slippers must be worn inside the house. Parking on property is very tight but there is space across the street. I would recommend this property

I appreciated the friendliness of the owners and their openess.

The view from the bedroom window and dining deck was spectacular. Room was large and well equipped. Bathroom in the hallway and shared with 1 other guest. Breakfast was egg, potato, vegetables, fruit with yogurt, croissant. Since it was on the side of a steep incline, parking was a bit awkward. Drive in and back out up a steep hill.

There was no privacy in the bathroom. The window in the bathroom has no curtain or frosted window. No door on the bathroom just a curtain. Very expensive for the facilities. Driveway is dangerous. It does have a nice outside area and view

Awesome room

The room was a little too hot. The fridge in the room was off when I arrived. House was not well marked to know where to put items such as food and personal items. Breakfast was only to be served between during a 30 min period of time. I would suggest that breakfast be offered earlier over a 2 hr period of time

I really enjoyed staying. Great breakfast, hospitality and cleanness. Amazing ocean views with quietness to enjoy before the start of the day.

Neighborhood Oasis with a View

Shared house with amazing view of Victoria. Beautiful porch and comfortable spots to sit and take in the view. Cozy beds and nice shared washroom. It’s in the suburbs about 30 minutes from downtown. Breakfast is provided at 8:30 but unfortunately I had to get in the Black Ball Ferry line. You can also order dinner. Ted and his wife (sorry forgot your name) were great hosts. They offer Korean delicacies for dinner. I’m sure the bibimbap was amazing. Good value and again the view will blow you away.

Beautiful view. Very nice linens. Large room BUT had shared bath. Not even a sink in the room and no cup for water. Needs blackout curtains. Shared balcony means room is not private. Breakfast was delicious but not served till 8:30 am which is too late to get to the morning ferry on time.

My colleague and I stayed here for 2 nights while we were in Langford for a work trip. The property is extremely clean, no outside shoes or even bare feet in the house (comfy slippers are provided ☺️). Beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the provided chaise lounges to take in the ocean views. Breakfast was very good, family style out on the beautiful patio (weather permitting of course). Would definitely recommend, and will be staying here again next time I’m in the area!

Great place to stay

Great property, great people!

Ted and his lovely wife were the best hosts that I have ever had at a B & B. They are very lovely couple and do everything possible to make your stay with them peaceful and enjoyable. The breakfast that they made each morning was unbelievable. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend this property to anyone looking for quietness, safety, and most of all, the specular view from their back yard looking out over the Victoria bay, watching the cruise ships arrive almost daily. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

A love gem near Victoria

Great location, quiet with stunning views of the Straight and Victoria. Wonderful, caring hosts. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had while traveling. Hope to come back next year.

Fantastic breakfast Friendly hosts.

The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast each morning was awesome. I was in room 22 that had a room with a view and it was worth it - spectacular view and I had a couple of chairs and a small table on the veranda to sit at and enjoy the sunsets and the sun rise. Most excellent

Spectacular views!

Property is in a spectacular location. On site breakfast was home cooked and delicious. The house is very well maintained and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Parking lot a little difficult! Steep driveway

The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. I will be staying there again. The owners were very accommodating, pleasant and friendly.

Amazing breakfast

We had a great stay at this B&B. The property was very clean and with amazing views. Our room had its own little patio that we could sit to enjoy the view. The location was great for us as we were attending a wedding at Hatley castle. The owners were lovely and accommodating. Would recommend to others.

Excellent house and area but it is too far from downtown Victoria which is the only down thing about.

The breakfast was delicious!

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at this quaint B&B this month. Having a delicious home-cooked breakfast everyday looking out at the ocean was incredible. My room was sharing a bathroom with another room- there was never an issue of waiting and the bathroom was always immaculate. On my last day I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast and the hosts sent me off with a homemade sandwich to take with me. I can’t say enough good things about this property- I am looking forward to coming back here next time I’m in town.

Great value for money.

Clean, cozy and the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast was amazing. These people really care.

The ocean view was beautiful both facing east as the sun rose and in the evening with the city lights shining. Appreciate being able to make coffee when I wanted. One small thing....a darkening curtain would be nice because the sun is so bright at 5:30AM. But would defiitely go back to this beautiful facility.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is gorgeous and the view is incredible! our hosts were amazing and so gracious and I fell in love with Ellis they’re lovely little dog, our daily breakfast was delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience!! I would highly recommend this beautiful B&B 💙

Amazing view, very clean, and comfortable beds. Nice sitting area to take in the view. Curtain instead of door on bathroom and no sound proofing in the walls so noise comes in from other rooms.

Ted and his wife were super friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic and the view was to die for. Highly recommended would come again for sure.

View from room is wonderful. Their address 'Victoria' is wrong - could say Greater Victoria, near Victoria or actual county name. My GPS said 'no such address in Victoria' hence took sometime to find the place. They also could provide a pitcher of water & a cup in room for convenience - no cup/mug in washroom either.

Because I was working early and could not attend breakfast the host was kind enough to put a sandwich together for me before I left at 6 am

Great Hosts and location overlooking the water.

The view from the balcony was STUNNING! This was my first time staying in a B&B like this, I booked very last minute so I was a little confused with the checking in process but the owners kindly explained everything on the phone and gave me directions. Their house was very clean with lots of amenities which was so helpful; I did have a shared bathroom which is the first time I’ve used one but it was kept very clean and I was happy with this!
