Just perfect for high end ski holiday

I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby.

Staff were lovely. Free shuttle service is amazing. Skiing is down the road and very convenient I can't complain.

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Besides the beautiful modern interior design, what stands out most is their excellent customer service. Their staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Catering to our needs was of their utmost priority and they wanted nothing more than for us to enjoy our stay. Hotel Zhero also provides a wide range of services that will definitely give you a heightened sense of luxury and comfort. I would absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Zhero and I’m very much looking forward to my next stay here 👍👍

amazing stay graet for ski

Great stay,great breakfast,great location. The vip shuttle takes you where ever you want in the area from morrning untill midnight. The spa area was wonderfull. Dinner was nice and the service was super.

The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was extremely useful for local travel since we did not rent a car. If we ever go back to Kappl, we most certainly return to Hotel Zhero!

White Christmas!

First time staying at this hotel. Went during Christmas break. Could not be happier! Very romantic,Great location and people, easily accessible by rental car and not in the snowy hills, nice and private, and not as crowded. So many gifts and care it felt very warming. Attention to detail was superb, hand written personalized card welcoming us. Everyone was wonderful and so very kind. English spoken is fluently. Concierge service was fantastic, super helpful, helped book Ski trips and rental equipment, gave wonderful directions to the ski location in Kappl. Rooms were fantastic, and clean. Views were amazing, most rooms have balconies. There is a private shuttle taxi that takes you anywhere you want to go (Kappl or Ischgl) just call, pickup and drop off was fast and efficient, so you never have to drive or worry about parking. Parking charges are beyond fair, breakfast was excellent, dining services was very nice, had delicious 5 course Christmas dinner. There is nothing else that can be improved, everything was above and beyond!

It was excellent, very good service. Rooms could be a tad cooler at night (it gets really hot, no AC) but everything else was exceptional. I would certainly come back.

4 night stay at Zhero, Kappl.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at the Zhero Hotel in Kappl. It's both an incredibly indulgent and chic hotel, but balances this with a really welcoming and friendly service. All the staff - Maria, Camilla, Dan, Viktor, Annet, Thomas, Michael were super professional, courteous and fun - whether helping us book the perfect place for dinner, mixing great cocktails, or endlessly taking us back and forth to the slopes or nightlife of Ischgl. They were superb.

Trendy hotel near the slopes

Very nice hotel close to ischghl ski area. Friendly staff, lovely rooms, great spa area as well as the bar and restaurant. Free shuttle to and from the town on your schedule was a big plus. Would certainly recommend this hotel for a modern touch to a chalet. Cons: Said there was free parking - there wasn't, had to paid 15euros a day. Wouldn't have been annoyed had they been upfront and said that parking wasn't free. Ate the breakfast in the restaurant and had drinks at the bar, we gave tips on the bill but when we checked out l, they added an additional 10% for food and 20% for drinks so double service. I'm not sure whether this was an honest mistake or a scam but we paid in advance for the room for the entire duration. At check in, was told that "you only paid for half your stay". I quickly corrected that false statement. Fantastic spa area, really well done but no hot tub, in my opinion the one thing that really is nice after skiing. You can rent skis in house. We rented at the slopes because the shop was closed when we tried to rent. The choice of rental in ischgal was better and more convenient as you didn't have to walk around in ski boots. Overall it was a nice hotel and certainly better priced and more modern looking than the hotels nearby.

Amazing hotel near Ischgl, Austria

This hotel is amazing and the staff are some of the nicest people I have met working at a hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly from them moment we arrived, to the day we left. Rebecca was the first person we met once arriving, and she made us feel at home instantly. Another great feature was the restaurant. Amazing food and friendly staff here as well.

El personal es malísimo, y no te hacen la vida agradable. Estuvimos esperando al transfer del hotel en la estación de esquí más de una hora. Estaba nuestro cuarto de baño y sucio. En el spa comida tirada sin recoger. No alquiléis material de esquí en el hotel es caro y de mala calidad

A warm welkom from Oscar, Janine and the other colleagues! Great service from A - Z, the shuttle service from the hotel to Ischgl was perfect and we enjoyed all facilities (swimming, sauna, steam bath etc..) Definitely we want to come back very soon!

Der Aufenthalt war herrlich. Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem Shuttle, aber der Rest war in Ordnung.

Durchwachsener Aufenthalt

Unser Gesamteindruck vom Hotel war anfangs recht gut, leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch den Service sehr getrübt. Sowohl ein älterer grauhaariger Ober, welcher uns beim Abendessen und Frühstück mehr als unfreundlich entgegentrat als auch der Shuttleservice lies zu wünschen übrig. Durch Kreislaufprobleme von einem unserer Mitreisenden bat ich den Shuttlefahrer rechts ranzufahren, welcher mich daraufhin anschrie und fragte, wie ich mir das vorstellen würde und wo er parken solle. Die Situation zog sich dann über knapp 5 Minuten und versetzte unsere gesamte Gruppe in vollkommene Fassungslosigkeit. Wir haben leider noch weitere Punkte auf unserer Liste, jedoch waren die beiden obigen Situationen ausreichend, dass wir höchstwahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen werden. Abschließend möchte ich jedoch noch sagen, dass manchmal das Verhalten weniger die gute Leistung anderer zunichtemachen kann. Der Doorman Oskar macht einen super Job und wusste sich immer richtig zu verhalten. Auch wusste er über jeden einzelnen Gast bei egal was Bescheid. Wer welche Zimmernummer hatte, welches Auto zu wem gehörte und das ohne eine zusätzliche Information von unserer Seite. Durchaus ein Glücksgriff, von dem sich ein Großteil des Personals etwas abgucken könnte.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel!

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und der schuttl war einzigartig; Frühstück hervorragend und schwimmbad super( warm und eine gute länge zum richig schwimmen) allso gesamt hat alles super gepasst! lg. josef hirzinger

Great service and a very nice hotel. Short distance to Ischgl by free shuttle.

Man kommt dort an & man kann direkt entspannen! Alles wird einem abgenommen. Das Essen ist einfach perfekt, der Service ist super (Oskar bleibt in Erinnerung!!) & die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich.

Sehr gutes Frühstück .

Ich habe das Hotel schon mehrfach gebucht, der Shuttle-Service ist toll und die Auswahl des Frühstücks ebenfalls. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat ist es sehr laut. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es leider eine lautstarke Auseinandersetzung zwischen Gast und Personal, absolut indiskutabel.

Très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, personnel très serviable. La chambre très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, et pas de bouilloire pour un café ou thé. Les repas au restaurant comme le petit déjeuner, sont excellents . Le service shuttle VIP avec les chauffeurs (très sympathiques) est un service très appréciable pour le transport à Ischgl, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. En conclusion, très bon séjour, on reviendra.

Hôtel très agréable et serviable, dommage que le parking soit un peu loin. En tant qu’architecte d’intérieur je trouve que les assises du restaurant pas toujours adaptées à la fonction de manger à table ainsi que l’éclairage. Manque d’accroches ds les chambres de trois, bien que ces chambres soient très bien aménagées.

Trendiges Hotel neben Ischgl, ein kostenloser Shuttle fährt ständig in den Ort. Frühstück sowie Abendessen sind sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles super leider war die Ladestation für mein Auto nicht geeignet.

Modernes Hotel mit klasse Service

Sehr gutes und Modernes Hotel. Service war bei meinem Aufenthalt wirklich klasse.

Sehr hübsches Hotel von außen und auch von innen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes, junges und dynamisches Personal. Alles sehr dunkel und gemütlich dekoriert. Eine Lobby mit Kamin und netter Bar lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Essen (HP) fantastisch, auf Wünsche und Unverträglichkeiten wird eingegangen. Zimmer sind groß genug und sehr modern eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer mit Balkonzugang (leider etwas zu schmal für Möbel, sodass man die Türe nur zum Lüften benutzt) den tollen Spa Bereich haben wir jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren genutzt. Er war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Flott hotell med gode fasiliteter , basseng , bastu og spamuligheter. Fantastisk bar med gode drinker , men dessverre er det lov å røyke i baren . De i baren burde også følge med mer på kundene , tok noen ganger alt for lang tid . Vi måtte henvende oss i baren får å få mer å drikke og dette skjedde flere ganger , tror kanskje de hadde for mye å gjøre. De burde også servere snacks til drinker du bestiller . En bar i den prisklassen burde ta seg råd til noen peanøter/Chips/oliven osv. De har en fantastisk sommeler så ga oss gode tips på vin til maten , og fulgte opp med utrolig service. Det samme må vi si om sjåførene som leverte/hentet oss fra skibakkene .

Bra hotell i närheten av Ischgl

Mycket snyggt och trevligt hotell. Shuttle service till Ischgl går hela dagen vilket var mycket bra. Tyvärr var skidförvaringen riktigt dålig och stökig, vilket var tråkigt och inte något man räknade med på ett så pass bra hotell.
