Our stay was very enjoyable. They were attentive, and the property is immaculate. Their service is second to none!

We spent Valentine's Weekend with ZaZa which also so be our engagement celebration. The staff made our stay amazing, from valet, to the front desk, to the spa, the room decorations I arranged prior to arrival, to housekeeping. This is the reason we choose Hotel ZaZa. They take care of us!

Stayed at this hotel for our wedding night on 2.26.2025 and the hotel staff decorated the hotel gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries

Super cool, unique property. Love the design details. Whenever we go to Houston this is where we stay. So much better than any other hotel in the area. Amazing staff, interesting decor, and the best treats. The Tipping Point is also a great hang with delicious food and live music on Saturday nights! Can't wait to return.

I have stayed at Hotel ZaZa Memorial many times. The management and staff are always top-notch and accomodating. My last visit my room was near the highway and too loud to sleep. Alexis (manager) was really sweet and offered a different room. MUCH better. The ZaSpa is always amazing also! Can't wait to return when the pool is open!

I stay here frequently for staycations go swimming enjoy the bar and restaurant etc and it never disappoints. They upgraded my room to a stunning suite this time and it was superb. Thank you zaza!

A Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant inside of a tacky suburban hotel. It was quiet, clean and adequate but for $460 I would’ve rather spent a little bit more money to get a place that wasn’t chock full of shoeless fat women, and their dingy toddlers There is nothing about this hotel that is indicative that the staff understands gracious living, at its barest bones. Bring your family here if you don’t know anything about nice food and travel.

Just what we need for a quiet stay in the Houston area. Loved the coffee bar in the morning and the room turn down service.

We did not have a balcony as displayed on the pictures and description for the room.

Best stay in Houston!

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Houston. Modern decor, very spacious rooms (great bathrooms, with extremely comfortable beds. Customer service is impeccable!

We’ve stayed here several times and love the hotel. During this stay we had issues with the bathroom plumbing noise which management acknowledged but only offered a room upgrade in a future stay.

Christmas party stay

We had a great time. We love this hotel. The hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas, the bar had an amazing bourbon selection and the corner suite was very roomy. All of the staff were very cordial.

Great service, wonderful rooms. I love that they have "butler tea service" at the elevators on each level. The beds are comfy. They did switch toiletries - and I must say I don't like the new brand but I continue to appreciate their attention to quality. The in house restaurant is delicious

Great luxury rooms with astonishing balcony view

Our stay at Hotel Zaza was short, just two nights. PROS: *Our room, #922, was spacious and had adequate storage and seating. *The bathroom was lovely, clean and the amenities (shampoo, etc.) were better than average. *We had plenty of hot water. *The bed and linens were quite comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows. *The a/c unit worked well, and the television was high quality and easy to figure out. *The wi-fi access was great. CONS: *The room was excessively dark, with light from lamps only. Working at the desk would have required unplugging a lamp, getting an extension cord and placing the lamp on the table. It was DARK! *The safe in the room did not work. We advised the front desk of this on night one and were assured it would be either repaired or replaced asap; it never was. We took our valuables with us on leaving the room. *The bank of charging ports on the work desk did not work. The desk was plugged into an outlet into which a phone was plugged, and the phone worked but not the charging ports. This made it, again, impossible to work at the desk. *Very pricey valet parking is all that is available - there is no on street or nearby parking. I understand this dilemma, however, we should have been notified of this situation when booking our room. *There are 2 Hotels Zaza in Houston, one at Memorial Circle and one at Museum District. We found this out the hard way when our GPS maps took us to the wrong one! Again, some communication would've been helpful.

Hotel Zaza is a wonderful place to stay. From the staff to the amenities everything was great 👍

Beautiful hotel in a great location - only complaint is our rooms (we requested a move) were either looking at the highway or a parking lot, so didn’t really want to sit in the patio and the road noise was noticeable. I’m sure there are rooms that are quiet and have a better view. Quality of everything was outstanding from the bed linens, showhead, on-floor morning coffee , so highly recommend. We’ll definitely return!

Good location, good hotel and the best staff If you don’t need an accessible room I would recommend that you tell the reception not to put you in one of those rooms unless you want to wipe the floor after every shower. The water goes everywhere all over the floor.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. I’m not crazy about being unable to “self-park” my car, I just don’t care for being reliant on having a car valet to retrieve my car whenever I want to run an errand. This is a minor annoyance. I would definitely stay at Hitel ZaZa again.

ZaZa is always a positive experience. The only thing I did not like was overlooking the HVAC units. Then I would remind myself the excellent rate I received last minute.

Baseball tournament weekend

We enjoyed our stay and the food and service were excellent. The front desk accommodated us and upgraded our room after we checked in and our room was not made ready from the previous people staying. The front desk apologized and took care of us immediately. Thanks

Late check in

The only complaint I have is that we had to wait 45 minutes after the 4pm check in time for our room. We had also requested a specific floor and view that they were not able to accommodate either. So that was a bit disappointing. I think they probably should have given us a complimentary cocktail, dining credit or complimentary overnight parking for the inconvenience. That would have been a nice touch. Overall the hotel is very nice, clean and a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel Zaza Memorial city

This is always a good stay. They have really corner of the market on good service because it’s quick fashion efficient. I love the bar area both inside and out and the restaurant. I also love the style of the rooms. I had a balcony and they even delivered a bottle of wine to me. I love staying at hotels memorial city

Trendy Spa focused hotel; ok for business

Bed was comfy and I liked the teas available in the morning though I would have liked to have access to hot water in my room. The hotel is pricy and celebrated though I think this may be for its spa (which I didn't use, on business). Things I would have liked: water in the room, eco-friendly dispensers for room soaps, easier way to change the tv channels (it takes 2 seconds per channel which felt like a lifetime).

Deal Breaker

I never received any towels. Yes we were in the midst of most of the City with no power but no towels????? Deal breaker as I was told several times they were being sent to the room. Later learned their dryer was broken but no one said a word.
