Surprising Japanese breakfast. Miso soup could not replace good coffee. Location was great so we had many choice within short walk.

Location is good, 5mins walk to bus/JR stations. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Room is good size. Only thing i would pick on is the aircon. Not too stable and very noisy. I put at 24℃ with low fan, sometimes it is ok, sometimes suddenly it became hot, we tune to 23℃, after awhile it turned very cold.

Great stay!!

The tami rooms were "roomy" and very clean and comfortable with supplied jinbei. The included breakfast buffet was a most excellent Japanese offering. The Japanese bath spa was excellent with several varying tubs and included personal amenities. Location was perfect, walking distance to train station and shops...would definatly return and recommend!

Great location

This was my first stay in Kanazawa and this location was perfect. Not too close to the train station, but within a 2 minute walk to get to the main transportation hub. My room could have used a bit of TLC as there were scuffs and marks on the walls in the room, but that's just not picking.

We opted for the Japanese style room - tatami mats with mattresses on the floor and it was perfectly comfortable but if you don’t like the idea of getting up off the floor, opt for the standard room. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and it’s an easy walk from Kanazawa Stn.

It took a little walking to get to the hotel, yet it was a safe and comfortable distance to the station. Easy check-in and out, private, beautiful, calming, and new interiors. The bedding is excellent, offering good rest to our tired feet from city walking in Kanazawa.

Upgraded coffee maker from older hotels was welcomed.

Very accessible to JR Kanazawa Station. Also near to shopping centre Aeon. However, it is just next to the railway tracks so can hear the railway passing by if you are sensitive. I am okay with the slight noise. Hardly affecting my sleep as I am tired after a day of walking and sightseeing.

This place was very clean and good quality. The only qualm I have is that there wasn’t a close crosswalk to get to the side of the road it was on(was a hassle with luggage), but that’s more of a placement problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Very clean tiny rooms in convenient location with helpful staff. We booked with breakfast. The breakfast was fixed Japanese set meal with no options for vegetarian/vegan. Even though we stayed five nights, they were not able make any accommodation for a vegetarian/vegan breakfast. Also, the listing in Expedia states that the hotel has a on premise restaurant however there wasn’t any restaurant in the hotel.

Very convenient location close to JR and public transportation. Although the hotel is close to railway track, but not noisy at all. Comfortable bed and pillow. Although small size room, clean and neat. Room cleaning service upon request. Provided clean towels daily.

Nice ornament of goat and dragon at the lobby. Convenient since walkable from Kanazawa station. Unfortunately, the toilet/bath area had strong urine odor, which was disappointing. Other than the Bathroom smell, it was a good stay.

Everything was as expected in my research about the hotel. However, it felt a little off the beaten track to get there, though only a few minute walk. The buolding next door is being renovated, so it may look more inviting in the area when that's finished. I was on the 4th floor, about at level with the train tracks, slighly above. No issue with noise, fun to see the train on occasion.

Perfect location for a quick check-in if using the train station. Shopping centres and plenty of food choices close to the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, view was of a wall - which is a shame but not every room can have a good view. Would recommend.

The hotel is a great value for its price. Great location; it's just a short walk from the station. The rooms are big enough if you're treating them as just somewhere to lay your head for the night and you don't plan on hanging out there. The double beds were comfortable. Bathroom shower had nice water pressure. This will probably always be the place we choose to stay when we go to Kanazawa.

3-Day Stay

The employees were very attentive and helpful, and the hotel and room are clean and nicely decorated. They have cards and pamphlets with English translations explaining the hotel procedures and amenities, and how to use them. I stayed in a double-room on the 7th floor. The bed takes up most of the floorspace, but the room was very comfy and had excellent amenities for the price. The bathroom, especially, was much larger than I thought it would be. My only worry was the tub. It was not sealed to the wall, so I was trying not to let water run into the crack while I showered. The hotel entrance can be a little difficult to get to, but it's very close to the station. You can hear the trains from your room, but it was faint enough to be background white noise and didn't bother me at all. They're using eco-cleaning, so they only leave fresh towels at the door unless you request a cleaning, which I didn't ask for. I also didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. All in all, a very good hotel for a very reasonable price.

Don’t expect too much of this hotel, just for sleep only! If stay in lower floor, always hear those train noise sound ! Not easy to find this hotel location !

Excellent service and extremely friendly staff, attended our every need. Only a couple of minutes from the station. Very clean and with many amenities.

Cheap and close to everything.

Very close to train station, shops and restaurants. Reception was on 13th floor which was also the breakfast dining area. The pre-prepared breakfast was not great. Beds and pillows were very hard. Not our favourite hotel.

Really comfortable but bed pillows are all too thick

Firstly, the hotel is one block further from Forus which is not hard to find. Reception is on 13F. Hotel overall is budget type but keep to Japanese cleanliness standard and provides all basic necessities and amenities. We booked into a Japanese low floor room with beds, desk and chairs on low floor, which is not very convenient as the room is quite small. If you can get a good price like us (HKD577 per night), it's value for money.

Close to Kanazawa station, almost too close as there was some train noise in the room. We could watch the Shinkansen arrive and leave from our window. Breakfast was good but only a set menu Japanese version was available. Staff spoke enough English and were friendly and efficient. We would use this hotel again.

Very convenient location, new hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room

The distance to the JR station is close, yet it’s quite noisy if you open the window, as you can listen trains passing by even in midnight... at the time of our stay, it stopped providing air conditioning, which was a bit too warm without opening the windows. The staff was nice to offer changing room to a farther away from JR one. Overall the rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

Hotel staff were very nice and location good but room was very small compared to others we stayed in. Amenities average.

It’s close to the Kanazawa station but it’s quiet because it’s away from the main road. The design is very beautiful and elegant. I love their lobby which is lovely. The room amenities are nice and practical.

Value for money

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee almost whole day in the lobby. They gave us 2 pieces of Japani sweet and a face mask for my wife, free,at the time of check-in. They allowed earlier check-in also.Overall, it was excellent experience.

I booked two Japanese-style Twin rooms for my family. The room was new and clean but a bit crowded for two ppl with two 26” luggage. The low beds and the low table and chairs were much more comfortable than we expected. We loved the breakfast and great view on high floor. A bit disappointed on the service - I sent an email to front desk and asked for help on booking a local restaurant, but no feedback. This hotel didn’t provide shower cap or cotton bud, even you asked front desk.

The best hotel of my Japan Trip

Great hotel, great staff and great food. I definitely recommend the breakfast, featuring many locally sourced items. The hotel is also right next to the train station, so it is super convenient. If I ever find myself in Kanazawa again I would definitely book here and not bother to look anywhere else.

Some of the staff here spoke fluent English and we're able to give us a lot of information about the area. The hotel was located about 5 minutes by bus from Kyoto Station, and the staff was able to direct us to a bicycle Rental center about 8 minutes away on foot, which made getting around to. A lot more convenient. They also provided maps and highlighted areas to see and where to get food and we're generally very helpful. There wasn't a lot in the way of hotel amenities, but we were out for most of the day and often didn't come back to the hotel until the evening anyway. The shower was a little bit cramped as I stand over six feet tall, but other than that everything was great.

Nice hotel, very modern. Reception in on 13th floor and has free tea and coffee for quests. Nice location 5 min walk from the JR train station. Very friendly staff who can speak English quite well.

Great hotel with easy access and nice room

It was our first time to Kanazazwa and we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Nice room with reasonable rate. Right by the Kanazawa Station so easy access from the station as well as to most of the popular attractions and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay there again when I go to Kanazawa.

Comfortable, pleasant, and convenient.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights. We were very happy with the room, which was decorated nicely and had comfortable beds, house slippers, and good quality shampoo/conditioner. The staff was very attentive, and the bento-style breakfast was truly impressive. Parking was affordable and the location was just a couple of blocks from public transportation, shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the pillows were too thick/dense for me. Otherwise, it was great.

An okay stay

The Hotel Wing International was an alright hotel. However, there were a few concerns about the hotel itself. Although the name shows that the hotel was behind the station, it was still hard to locate. The check in desk was on the 13th floor of the hotel and the staff were not well versed in the English language. What I mean by this is that we had difficulty getting information about our billing when we first arrived there. Being on the 13th floor did not allow the staff to see their customers (except when checking in/out). There was also construction going on next door and the fact that we had a low floor room, we were unable to open the window for a view. There was also an odor that came out of the closet area. Even with trying to use the room deodorizer, the odor was somewhat overwhelming in the area for entering the room. Small, but comfortable room.

Close to the Kanazawa Eki

This is a brand new hotel. Very clean, comfortable, near Kanazawa Station. Our only small complaint was at check in. The person available appeared reluctant to help us as foreigners, guessing because his English was not great? Note to hotel mgt. remind your staff that many of us speak excellent Japanese :)

Near Kanazawa train and bus stations.

Good management with very friendly stuff, the hotel provides good quality pajamas and toiletries. 5 minutes walk to train and bus stations. We stayed 3 nights to visit UNESCO SITES Shirakawa-go villages Brand new hotel!

Great new hotel

We stayed three nights at the hotel and were very happy with the facility and the service. It is very conveniently located near the train station and commercial facilities. Staff is very welcoming and the room was impeccable. We highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

The sound of trains

Hotel Wing is a great option if you want to stay close to the station. The view from the terrace on the 13th floor is great. The room was more spacious than Japanese hotels in a similar price class, the bathroom was really good with a good selection of amenities, the bed was not bad at all, however, the proximity to the train tracks, kept disturbing me. People who do not mind such noise should definitely stay here.

I really enjoyed by stay at the hotel. The room is compact but well equipped. The breakfast is quite authentic. Love the fact that you can have an open view from the balcony up on the 13th floor, and see different trains passing.

格安の１人利用なのに、清潔で広い部屋でした。調度品も殺風景ではなく、長時間滞在しても気分が安らぎました。

清潔感はあるが、少し部屋がせまい。 レストランも狭く、自分のテーブルと隣のテーブルの間隔が狭くて、食事をするのに落ち着かない。

施設やサービスはほぼ満点。ただし、片町、香林坊、近江市場とは離れており、少し不便だった。

こじんまりとしたホテルですが、部屋はとても綺麗で、朝食がとても美味しかったです。

駅から近く、部屋も清潔なのにこの低価格はかなりお得だと思います。個人的には化粧水や乳液などのセットも揃っていたという点も大満足です。

出張で利用しましたが、とても快適でした。部屋も広く清潔感があり、コーヒーメーカーの設備やバスにはDHCの化粧水、ローションまで配備されており、とても良かったです。朝食ものどぐろの炊き込みご飯が一人用釜で用意され、とても美味しかったです。出張では無く旅行で宿泊したかった位です。また利用したいです。
