Location excellent - near to train and bus stations. Hotel just above the Maroot shopping mall. Staff speaks good English and are helpful and approachable especially Yoshimura.

Very convenient hotel. The hotel is attached to the mall and train station. If you have a car can even park right in front of the hotel lobby at level 5.

This property was clean and has a lot of amenities. There is an onsen at the property, a place to do laundry, vending machines, a microwave in a shared area along with a hot and cold cafe which was a self service machine, and tea. The rooms were comfy and clean. There was a lot of shopping in the same building, as well as restaurants. The train station is 3/5 minutes away from the property. There is a 7/11, McDonalds and other fast foods available at the train station as well. You can catch the cable car at the train station to venture out in Toyama. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when they shipped our luggage to Tokyo for us. We woukd stay at this property again

Literally 2 min walk from station and attached to a mall with shopping, a lot of coffee shops and supermarket. So far the best stay for this price around the train station

Hotel is great and convenient

Just a couple mins walk from JR Shinkansen, inside a small shopping mall with a variety of eateries. Staffs are all very friending. Only comment is the public bath. Wish they provide amenities in the women bath, and a basket to bring towels to the bath. Other than that, stay is very comfortable and would come back again.

Like every aspect of this hotel . A perfect 10/10. The hotel location is perfect . Stone throw away from the Toyama station and dentetsu Toyama station . Well located as it is on the upper flow of a shopping complex . Lots of eateries around . The tram is also Very near to the hotel. Thoughtful as there is a coffee machine available for its guest at the rest area . During night time they have offered biscuits as light snacks. Onsite parking is convenient . The top floor of the parking is connected to the hotel entrance . For those who plan to pickup a car from the Toyota rent a car office, the rental is office is very near and easily spotted . Staff is also well train and attentive. Breakfast perfect spread . During peak period it’s best to make a reservation for the breakfast during check-in time Would choose to stay there again if I am in Toyama next time .

Hotel had many amenities. The lounge was very enjoyable and well stocked with drinks. The staff were polite and friendly. The room had an amazing view of the Tateyama mountains. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Toyama stay

The hotel is link with Toyama station so even when raining is no problem. Use the shelter next to 7 eleven. The room wifi is a bit intermittent. Water temperature may fluctuate a bit. The hotel is newly built. Breakfast space is limited. There is a lounge for free coffee and prawn biscuit. The staff are mostly Japanese and they will help by using translated instructions. Check in is not a problem for non Japanese speaker. This hotel have very nice view of 立山.

Toyama stay

The hotel is link with Toyama station so even when raining is no problem. The room wifi is a bit intermittent. Water temperature may fluctuate a bit. The hotel is newly built. Breakfast space is limited but if u go at 7.30 onwards, so be able to get seats without waiting. There is a lounge for free coffee and prawn biscuit.

Hotel is new and centrally located. Staff are polite and helpful. They give us a high floor room for our stay. I definitely will come back and stay again. See you next time.

Very good location. The room is clean. Has hot and cold air conditioning. The room has all the facilities that are needed. Airplay can be mirrored to the TV. Though the breakfast was fair with fair choices.

Excellent experience. There is a guest lounge on the check in floor which offers charging ports and an excellent range of drink options - the Irish Creme teabags in particular were sensational. Although compact, the room design is generally modern and great but the Ethernet port was located in a position that made it very awkward to use with a laptop. The building next door (at time of writing) had some construction work going on which makes it a little awkward to get to this hotel from the station, but it’s otherwise a relatively painless walk. The shopping facility downstairs is excellent. The breakfast was slightly lackluster for the price, but this is only by Japanese standards and it is still of course of excellent quality compared to the rest of the higher-income states at this price point.

The room was very small but every inch was thoughtfully planned. Super convenient location. Can walk there straight from train station. The first four floors of the building are a shopping center. Plenty of restaurants and food stalls. Public bath was lovely.

Close to JR station and train station , it is very convenient. Also, it is very new hotel with nice facilities!

It’s just On top of a mall next to jr station. It’s easy to get there no matter what time you arrive Toyama.

設備が新しく、高級感もあった。 ビル内のお寿司屋さん(ホテルのエレベーターで直結)での朝食もお寿司をはじめ種類が豊富でした。

清掃スタッフの、朝の挨拶がとっても丁寧で、ホスピタリティにあふれていた。

アクセスよし、綺麗さ良し、スタッフよし、朝食良しと価格に対してコスパ抜群のホテルでした。また富山に行くことがあれば宿泊したいホテル

富山駅前 個人的には、大浴場に水風呂欲しいところですね… それ以外は言うことありません。

期待しすぎだったかもしれないが、バイキングの食事はとても美味しいとは言えなかった

タオルが少なかった

Times立体駐車場をそのまま上がりフロントまで行けるとは思わなかった。 ユニットバスが嫌でアップグレードをしてもらいました。 チェックイン時にその手続きで多少時間がかかりました。 マルートからフロントの4階まで上がり、 エレベーターを乗り換えて部屋に上がるのが多少手間でした。 朝食の会場まで部屋着とスリッパで行けたらもっと良いのになぁと思いました。

スタッフの皆さん対応素晴らしく良かったのと、施設内のサービスが最高。クレンジング等、全部揃ってたので助かりました！そして何より新幹線降りてホテルまでが近い！！これが一番良かった！次富山くる時も必ずヴィキオスさん泊まります！

受付の方もチェックアウトの際にご対応いただいた方も丁寧で感じが良く、ホテル全体もきれいでお部屋からの眺望も素晴らしく、コンパクトながらくつろげる設計で快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、洗面所が電気をつけても仄暗く、天井にひとつしか照明器具が無いため、そこでメイクをすることが難しい状況でした。前方からも照らす器具が必要です。また、ティッシュが冷蔵庫近くにひとつありましたが、洗面所にも置いていただけたら助かると思いました。細かいことですが、ご対応いただけますと幸いです。

Don’t so good but not bad

ほぼ満点の便利で快適なホテルでした。研修生のホテルマンさん、まだまだぎこちないながらも丁寧に接客してくださいました。ただ制服の着方が少しだらしなかったように思います。素敵なホテルマンになってくださいね。ありがとうございました。

お部屋に入った際、なんとなーく海鮮の匂い？生臭い匂い？が気になりましたが、空気清浄機をフル活用したところ、気にならなくなりました。 ベッドもお風呂もラウンジもゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました。

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff are nice and service is good. Would definitely stay here again if visit Toyama again.

富山大学での学会出張でホテルを利用しました。朝食はとても美味しかったです。マンゴープリン、チーズケーキ、白桃ケーキなどスイーツもお勧めです。部屋もビックリするほど綺麗です。スタッフはとても親切な対応です。お風呂もよいし、部屋のバスのシャワーヘッドも心地よいです。大満足の3泊の旅でした。ありがとうございました！

くつろげる宿です。

オープンして間もない施設であると知り、清潔感や快適さを期待して予約。駐車場の利用について尋ねると、同じ建物内の商業施設の駐車場の屋上階から直接ホテルロビーに入れる構造になっていると教えてもらった。出発日が雨模様だったため、お土産が増えて１度に運べない荷物を何回かに分けて運ぶのにとても楽だった。 部屋は最上階の１２階だったが、この階限定でインテリアなどの演出があるとのことで、コーヒーを飲むカップも一つずつ違うものになっていた。部屋からは富山駅を発着する列車が見下ろせる他、遠くに日本海をのぞみ市内や山並みを眺めることができる。施設の新しさはもちろんだが、ロビー横の宿泊者用のワーキングスペースがとても良く、カフェマシンがあってお茶を飲みながらくつろぐことができる他、娘は学習スペースとして活用していた。 今回、朝食付きにしたが、ホタルイカなどの魚貝を使った小鉢が美味しく、土地の食べ物を少しずつ味わえたほか、冷たい甘酒が用意されるなど品数も満足いく内容だった。

Good but weird

The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are fairly large for Japanese hotels. The room looked clean but the weird thing is that there were 2 empty drink bottles in the room and the check in card from the previous person. In the bathroom I found a used toothbrush and paste but all other amenities were spotless.
