The property is small and peaceful. The breakfast has all you need to get your day started, the rooms have been recently renovated and the property is located within walking distance to everything. Ezio was great from beginning to end tendering to all our questions and needs. Great experience, we will be back.

Fantastic!

Absolutely loved this place! The combination of a historical building fused with modern facilities made it gorgeous. The gentleman at the front desk was very passionate and very informative about everything you needed to know, including the surrounding towns. The ceramic tiles in the room and bathroom looked like wood, giving the room a very zen and spa feeling. The free buffet breakfast was also great, with a lovely lady making delicious coffee of your choice! I would definitely go back there!

Clean rooms, nothing else

This very small (9 rms) boutique hotel was difficult to find and was very minimalistic

Tiny room

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, of the nine properties we stayed at on this trip, all in the same price range, this room was the most cramped. Really tiny. The elevator was excruciatingly slow and small, but our room was at the top of four steep flights of stairs. Breakfast was skimpy, compared to the other properties.

Loved this place. Everything thing was absolutely perfect. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Simple clean room with close proximity to ferry (right across the street). Staff was kind to stay and help us with a late night check in. Some confusion with our hotel bill the next day but it all got sorted out (language barrier).

Molto bello

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Nice quiet hotel within a few minutes walk of several bars restaurants and places to visit. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and reasonably sized. Aircon worked nicely. The included continental breakfast was very simple but sufficient to start the day!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location perfect to explore the islands and the old city centre.

Hotel is nicely designed but small rooms. Does have an elevator which was a treat for this price. Staff was decent to good, but main issue for us was the shower drain was so plugged it overflowed into the room and we had to mop up the flood. Told the desk when we went out for sightseeing and on return they said it was « fixed » but it appeared they only changed out the towels. Location was « ok » in terms of walkable but probably I would spend more and find a more upscale hotel.

Hidden Gem in Trapani

Wonderful small hotel in an absolute perfect location...right across the street from the ferry terminal to go to the Egadi islands and the bus stop to go to Palermo! Rooms are small but modern and very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel!

It was amazing! We stayed for three nights in Trapani and are very glad we chose to stay here. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating/welcoming for the entirety of our stay. They even went out of their way to make our time there even better than anticipated. It was no surprise that when we tried to extend our stay, they were all booked up! 10/10 would recommend to friends who want to visit this city and need somewhere to stay.

Good hotel near the port

It is a nice hotel in a good location near the port. Rooms are new and very clean, though on the small side. Staff is very friendly.

Good hotel but my room was to small for my visit

I had an overall good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was adequate and the hotel was located in walking distance to the center of the old town and its many services. My only issue was that I stayed for three nights in a single room with a twin bed. The bed was not the problem it was just a very compact space with not a lot of room to spread my things out or to relax. There was actually another issue with the room. It had a door that connected to another room and you could hear every sound in the other room when it was occupied. I needed to use my ear plugs. I would stay in this hotel again and would take a single room again but not for more than one night. If I were staying longer I would spend the extra money for a larger room.

The Hotel Trapani In is a small boutique hotel with an excellent staff and 20 meters off the Main Street along the seaside. It is in the cultural center of the city and a short walk to everything you desire. Lovely place.

Everyone very helpful!

The reception desk was all so helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. Tours to the Egaldi islands were very interesting. The Hotel wasn’t easy to find but well worth it. Parking garage about 8 blocks away.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to walk into the centro district. We would stay again.

Bus transportation great to Erice cable car!

The host are so very helpful in making your stay comfortable and in planning Boat tour to the islands, etc. Walking distance to the Old Town Center with many restaurants to choose from. Parking available at multi-level garage nearby(12euros per day). Down side is not easy to find. One narrow block off the main drag.

The elevator is way too slow. Taking up to two minutes to get up 3 floors and very noisy The bathroom is not water proof and water leaks out in the room through the door The toilet was not working properly and the flush could not stop disposing water making noise all day and night long The hotel management was not consirate of my request to reduce/refund one night as of my need of returning home. They blamed Expedia but in fact it was just decision or the manager. On top of that, even with the room booked for one extra day, I was asked 3 times by the reception when I was going to leave. My best guess was that they needed to make more money with the same room. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Well located hotel

The hotel is well located for exploringTrapani and getting to Enrice. It's in comfortable walking distance from the intercity bus stop and Avis car hire should you require a car rental service. The hotel has been recently renovated and provides good 3 star service and accommodation. My major criticisms is that the walls between rooms allow for noise transfer in particular between the bathrooms. This can be problematic when the next door guest speaks loudly or makes regular trips to their bathroom. Also I couldn't my notebook to the Wi-Fi but could connect my phone. This was a nuisance when wanting to do something using Wi-Fi that required a larger screen or a keypad.

Great stay at Hotel Trapani. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast room was lovely and the food selection was very nice. The food included bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, olives, juice, fresh fruit and sweet pastries. A hotel employee took drink orders and made us cappuccinos. The room was very attractive and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main pedestrian part of Trapani. You have to park about 500 feet from the hotel and feed the meter. You need to pay at a parking kiosk and put the ticket on your dashboard. You can stay parked in the same location as long as you continue to feed the meter and grab a new ticket. The air conditioning in the room worked well. We were in room 32 and faced away from the main street so there was very little noise. The worst part of the hotel was the very slow elevator.

Great location and easy to park. Small but lovely

Staff was excellent and breakfast wonderful. Rooms very clean and beautifully decorated in modern decor. Walking distance to middle of town. Parking easy infort of hotel, especially for us American drivers!

The perfect hotel!

We intended to stay in Trapani for one night but were so pleased by the hotel and the area that we extended our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated to all local sights, the boats to the islands, and busses to Erice (we actually walked there) and Segestra. The hotel staff was wonderful, the accommodations were perfect - modern, quiet, clean, great breakfast, great internet. Excellent all around. Highly recommended!

It was fine. Everything as promised; glass of wine on arrival; all very new and smart, but quite noisy within and outside the hotel. Breakfast good.

Great Little Boutique Hotel In Trapani

Stayed in this Hotel in July with other friends and loved every minute. Close to the Old Historic Town, Port and some great Bars and Restaurants. The service was great and friendly and really enjoyed our brief stay

Great weekend in Trapani!

We spend in Hotel Trapani In 3 nights from friday to monday. All was perfect. Welcome drink at reception and prosecco in room :) Modern, comfortable and well furnished room, great bed, clean and nice bath. Wi-Fi works very good. Italian style breakfasts, good coffee. Minibar with free drinks. Great service.

Gentilezze e accoglienza. Pulizia della camera, letto comodo e bagno molto bene tenuto e di recente ristrutturazione. Unica nota forse la colazione potrebbe essere un pò più ricca. Ma nel complesso un'esperienza molto positiva vista l'ottima posizione.

Hotel pequeno, com elevador. Apesar de ter solicitado cama de casal, recebemos duas camas de solteiro encostadas, formando um buraco entre as camas, o que foi bem desconfortável. O banheiro e chuveiro eram bons. A sala do café da manhã era bem apertada. Localização boa. Estacionamento somente na rua, pago 1 euro/hora. Devido ao esquema de limpeza das ruas, é necessário trocar o carro de lugar a cada 2 dias.

Le stanze sn proprio piccolissime, l’ascensore è un bradipo: dal piano terra al 4 90 secondi! Per il resto il personale è gentile, buona la pulizia, discreta la colazione con più dolci che salato. Ottima la posizione ad un passo dal centro e tantissime soluzioni x la cucina. Il parcheggio è tt a pagamento. A 700m c’è un silo gestito dall’azienda dei trasporti pubblici che con 10€, 25€ in estate, al giorno lasci l’auto.

Fine nyrenoverede værelser. Ok morgenmad efter italienske standarter. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Hotellet som helhed fremstod pænt og ordentligt.

Gutgelegene Unterkunft, leider ganz schlecht einen Parkplatz zubekommen, und dann noch sehr teuer. Es gab leider kein SatTV, also nur italienisch auch keine Bademäntel wie in der Beschreibung. Personal sehr freundlich

Nice place to spend the night if visiting Trapani. Hotel appears to be quite new and staff is very helpful and friendly. WIFI was very unstable, hence no top score from me.

Struttura molto carina in edificio storico recuperato. Posizione strategica data la vicinanza immediata con il porto sia per traghetti che per prendere l’aliscafo/gite in barca per le Egadi. Camera molto piccola ma curata molto bene e abbastanza funzionale. Colazione ottima e personale molto disponibile. A presto!

Très bon accueil mais malheureusement chambre très mal insonorisée jour comme nuit... Peut-être est-ce dû à l'étage 1 où nous étions. Quelques problèmes défectueux que nous sommes tenus de noter pour cet hôtel noté haut standing : -une fuite au niveau de la douche passant par dessous la porte et inondant la chambre -porte produits dans la douche cassé et fixé sur des vis risquant de tomber sur les pieds -une tête de lit complètement rongée -poussiėre et objet d'un ancien client sous le lit RAS côté emplacement : à proximité des ferries pour les îles et en plein centre historique.

お部屋はとってもきれいで、ファビニャーナ島へのフェリーも目の前で便利でした。 朝食も、パン、サラミ、生ハム、チーズ、果物・・・・たくさんあり、とっても美味しかったです。 フロントの方もとても親切で、到着時に、いろいろメモを書き込んだ地図を用意してくれていました。 おかげで、着いてすぐにエリーチェ、次の日にファビニャーナ島、最後の日にトラパニ散策と トラパニを満喫することができました。 本当におススメです。 ただ、ホテルを出て大通り左側にあるあるオステリアは、あまり美味しくなかったです。 ホテル横のジェラートはとっても美味でした。 全てを満喫できました。 また行きたいです。

Meravigliosa sorpresa

Molto vicino agli imbarchi per le isole, e praticamente in centro, la posizione è ottima, il personale gentilissimo e stanze molto accoglienti Solo il parcheggio è un po complicato, ma si può parcheggiare a breve distanza

Buono ma niente di più

Le note positive sono sicuramente la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione (vicino al centro ed al porto). La camera era davvero piccola e l’ascensore per raggiungerla (stava al quarto piano) era non lento... lentissimo. Quasi 2 minuti di “viaggio”. Colazione da migliorare in termini di varietà proposta.

Chambre très confortable et personnel très agréable. En face du port et à 2 pas du centre historique on fait tout à pied ! Excellente adresse.

Lille gemt hotel

Svært at finde (gade navn er stavet forkert på deres hjemmeside, så vores GPS kunne ikke finde gaden - godt skjult i en meget lille gade ... meget lille indgang... men nyt og flot og utrolig søde mennesker, der står på spring for at give en god service. Værelset var mindre men nyt og flot og vi savnede ikke plads, badeværelset næsten flottere. En klar anbefaling.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Super śniadanie. Zarówno cały hotel jak i sam pokój bardzo czysty, zadbany i ekskluzywny. Rozmiar pokoju dwuosobowego niezbyt duży ale pokój bardzo komfortowy. Brak Parkingu w hotelu. Parking płatny przy ulicy obok hotelu. 100 metrów od hotelu znajdują się promy na pobliskie wyspy.
