Really liked the service as I was checking in late and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed 2 nights before W trek and one night after the trek. The hotel provided quiet sleep and bed is comfy. If you are lucky you will fall asleep to amazing sunsets overlooking the water and mountain. I had 3 dinners at the hotel, and they were very good. Walk into town is about 45 minutes or you can use Uber for $3-4 each way,

Good but not great. The lay out, with the sink in the living area is weird. The bathroom has ‘sunk in ‘ tub which is not easy to get in/out.

Such a peaceful place. All the staff was so friendly and the views are great. It was a short uber ride into town ($3-$5) or a 30 min walk. Would recommend to others.

We have spent 2 weeks in Patagonia, both Chile and Argentina staying in about five different hotels. Hands down Simple Patagonia is the best. The hospitality and service was above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed and kudos to the chef. We ate there three nights in a row and every meal was absolutely fantastic. I would give it six stars if I could!

Such friendly and extraordinarily helpful staffs. A staff helped us obtained national park entrance permit. A variety of spreads for breakfast which was included with reservation. A taxi ride to downtown is about $5.00 one way. Shower pressure was excellent, and bathroom was clean. The lighting over the vanity could use brighter light to put on make up but overall it’s a great place. We are coming back to the hotel in 4 days.

Hotel Simple was a perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales before our trek in Torres del Paine. Minimalist and well appointed, with comfortable beds and a great on site restaurant and bar area. It was comfortable and low key. Highly recommend.

Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended.

After 5 days in the W Trek this property was exactly what I needed. Absolutely perfection, every detail. I didn’t even leave to go the short distance to puerto natales for dinner, instead enjoyed an amazing dinner and view on property. My bags had not been transported from the pre trek hotel as intended but the owner just gave me a lift there and back. Doesn’t sound like much but I was about to melt from exhaustion. Also the included breakfast was lovely. I loved the sitting room with comfy chairs and view. This property is special.

Would highly recommend. It is a little bit away from town but you can get Uber easily which will only charge you about $3 to 4

Absolutely perfect hotel

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The architecture, the feel, the service, and oh wow…the food! We had such an amazing time in Puerto Natales. The staff could not have been more helpful with tours and even a car rental. Stop looking and just enjoy. I was a little concerned about not being “in town”, but Uber works great here. Plus, the hotel is so wonderful, you won’t want to leave.

This hotel is even better than in pictures. You have the luxury and beauty of a high class hotel with the personal touch of a family run business. Truly amazing in every way.

We loved our stay at the family-run, Hotel Simple. The staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The dining and sitting rooms, plus the guest rooms have GIANT windows looking on the water. It was a very cozy place to spend after long days in the park. Highly recommend.

After traveling all over Chile for two weeks our last few days were spent at this tranquil retreat with an ocean view and delicious food. It was the perfect end to our trip. Just out of town and on the way to Torres del Paine, we enjoyed the location and the peaceful feeling of Simple Patagonia.

AMAZING!! Book this hotel!! Some of the most honest and sincere staff I have ever experience. Beautifully decorated. Quiet, gorgeous and a perfect place to recharge and relax. Only con is it’s about 5-6 min drive from town but taxis are everywhere and Ubers are around $4USD. I travel 200 nights worldwide per year, this one breaks the top 10 for sure. You won’t regret it.

Simple Patagonia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The perfect place to stay if you want a quiet, beautiful view to enjoy joy the mountains. And great for English speakers!

We had a fantastic stay at Simple Patagonia. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. Superb views and location. Martin and the family who manages the hotel were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. From the meals which were very tasty and the room which was comfortable, clean and contained all the main amenities we needed. Definitely recommend.

This property is so beautiful. Hands down the best hotel in Puerto Natales. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. My wife and I were happy just to sit in our room and look out the window.

We were very pleased with Simple Patagonia. It was the last place we stayed on a 2 week trip, and was the best! The staff was terrific, the views wonderful, food was great. We had a peaceful & pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel for family vacation

We stayed at Hotel Simple Patagonia for 3 nights total before and after our W Trek hike. The hotel is beautifully designed and is a quiet retreat away from city life. The town of Puerto Natales is a 2-3 minute cheap taxi ride ($4 one way). Alvaro and his wife were wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience in Patagonia. Highly recommended for a getaway or as a jumping off point or coming back to point from Patagonia.

Do not trust the view

My expectations was so high yet... The view is of a local port and not mountains and patagonia. Its not a horrible site, but far from paradise. The bathroom was bad at best with an old shower and showerhead that I had to take apart to clean.

Very unique and beautiful property, attentively family run from the cooks to the owners! Possesses a unique Scandinavian feel from the simplistic (yet gorgeous) architecture, the views, and the setting. The reason to stay here (more than anything else) is the welcome you feel from the owners on down who did a tremendous job making this a memorable stay!

Beautiful hotel with very attentive and warm staff. It is a new hotel with a very good view and architectures. The only problem is that it is located outside ethel city with nothing walking distance.

Simply Unique

It looks different and feels different, but it was simply wonderful! The huge glass windows frame the beautiful view of the harbor and landscape. The unique architecture and decoration emphasize its place in the environment. The service was warm, welcoming and friendly and the food was simply outstanding. I would go back in a heartbeat.

A truly beautiful property with breathtaking views of the water and mountains. There are no other hotels nearby so it was very peaceful. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was top notch farm to table and one of the best meals I've had. The staff went above and beyond the following morning and have my girlfriend and I a ride to the airport. We had an amazing one-night stay at the Simple Patagonia. This family-owned hotel was impeccably designed and sits on the waterfront about 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Natales, 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal, and 5 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and our meals were wonderful. Everyone who at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

I have never stayed in a hotel as nice as Hotel Simple Patagonia! My wife and I checked into Simple Patagonia after the longest and most stressful day of traveling you can imagine, and the staff took it upon themselves to help turn our day around and make it great! Our day started with missing baggage, driving around to find said baggage, and getting held up by missing paperwork at the Chilean border. The staff at Simple Patagonia (big shout out to Andreas!) helped ensure our check-in was painless, and showed us around, told the chef to let us order some dinner and wine (we checked in after dinner service due to all our delays), and then showed us to our serene, and stress-relieving room. Throughout our entire stay, this hotel and the staff that worked there did not stop being anything besides helpful and they are all incredibly warm and friendly! We chatted our waitress' ear off about our day of travel, borrowed iphone chargers from the front desk staff after ours ended up being in the missing luggage, and got some of the best recommendations from Andreas about things to do and see during our short stay. Our only regret was not staying here longer! We could have stayed a week, easily!! Love everyone here and all the hard work they do to make this a truly GREAT experience!

I LOVED this property. The view was amazing. It was very clean. The service was personal and impeccable. The breakfast was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was some noisy guests the second night of our stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Simple Patagonia was the perfect resting spot after completing our week-long hike in Torres del Paine! We loved everything about it - the room, the bed, the food, the staff, and the minimalism in the hotel which provides the perfect resting spot to unwind and do nothing. Of course, we can’t forget that amazing view overlooking the water and mountains which serves as the perfect backdrop! We would go back to Simple Patagonia in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone spending some time in Puerto Natales! The town is just a 5 minute (3,500-4,000 Chilean pesos) cab ride away and easy to access!

We booked our stay here the night before and the night following our W trek in Torres Del Paine. The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and professional. They treated us like family. Delicious meals and unforgettable sunset views. 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
