Where to begin?!? The location is in the middle of an industrial estate. When we arrived my Russian speaking girlfriend said the staff were not very helpful. The room was boiling hot, had to sleep on top of the covers or even open the window to -15*c to not be boiled alive, WiFi didn't work in the room, there was no toilet roll and no towels, had to request these. The sauna that is shown in the ad is not included in the price, need to pay an extra 800 rubles for this and the small pool. I paid extra for the bigger room and we were put into the standard room. The strangest thing was, after a few minutes in the room, we kept hearing a weird sound from somewhere, we thought it was mice somewhere in the room, when we complained the lady said the owner has a dove coup in the room above ours, but we could hear these doves scuttling and flapping about directly on the ceiling of our room, sounded like more than doves, like rats too... Luckily just one night was booked here before our early flight. You have to pay for everything, tea, water, coffee... They have a lot to improve on. Water pressure in the shower was good and the room itself was clean. But I don't think these 2 things make up for the others, I would avoid myself when next in Barnaul.
