The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

Really nice hotel with very few shortcomings. Reception staff helpful and polite. Car park expensive on top of the hotel cost. No bar or restaurant ….

It’s a very convenient location right near the Centre of town. I did on arrival wait a very long time while the reception manager fiddled about and didn’t just ask me to wait or he’d be a short while . Other than that, it was amazing. The breakfast needs a special mention. It’s superb

first time in Albacete

we had a great room, actually a suite. The two guys on reception were seriously miserable and made no effort to help us. When we ran out of milk sachets for the coffee machine my wife went to reception to ask for some more and he huffed and puffed and was very unhelpful. He needs some customer service training!!

The walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms - television, telephone calls. This is very disturbing if you are there for work as sleep is disturbed. However the staff are very responsive and in the event of a complaint act very quickly. The breakfast is excellent

Fran and the rest of the crew are excellent hosts! Our room overlooked the Park and the hotel is 5min walk to the central Pedestrian area full of shopping, drinking and dining options… The room and all the facilities, bathroom, bed, terrace, etc. are good. This hotel is a great place for the first visit to Albacete!

Excellent reliable hotel.

I use the hotel each time I’m in Albacete. The rooms are always very clean and spacious, breakfast choices good and served until 10:30 during the week. Situated in front of the main park of Albacete ideal for an evening stroll. Various good restaurants are within easy reach. Hotel secure parking at rear of the building.

Stayed here for one night and would stay again. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

Ok, but avoid room310

Hotel was superficially clean, but after one night I began to notice itchy marks were appearing on my legs and torso. These were not caused by Mosquitos or heat rash - either a reaction to the washing powder they use - or something else in the room which was hungry.....

Comfortable option

Comfortable enough. We were happy. Parking was a pain having to access the garage then carry bags through streets to check in.

Good location , good staff . Big rooms . We checked in with out any issues very late .

Good hotel in pleasant location

Beautiful hotel with generous rooms. Good breakfast. Car park is at the rear of the hotel, without direct access. Restaurant is attached to the hotel. Reasonable WiFi quality (free).

Comfortable hotel, very well located

Went to Albacete on business, so didn't stay in the hotel for that long each day :(3 nights in total), but it's modern, comfortable, and efficient.

Best 4 star hotel in Albacete

Hotel Los LLanos is an excellent hotel for both business and pleasure. It is located in front of a beautiful park and within walking distance of EVERYTHING in Albacete. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not purchase the overpriced breakfast but rather walked 5 minutes to many cafes with excellent breakfast options. We also did not bother to pay 11 Euros a night for parking. As the city is very easy to walk, we parked 5 minutes away in a residential area for free. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

hotel room was good but forget the so called restaurant. It is not part of the hotel and at best it is just a Tapas Bar . Breakfast is poor and over priced .You do not have direct access to the secure parking from the hotel .

I only stayed one night while on business and would definitely stay at this hotel again! It's an all around great hotel. The breakfast is great too.

El hotel está muy bien situado, la habitación limpia y de buen tamaño, y la cama muy cómoda. El problema que tuvimos es que, aunque la insonorización era buena con respecto al exterior, todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo parecía que estaba pasando en la propia habitación. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos tocara una fiesta de salchichas, que llegaron al hotel a las tantas con su buen jaleo, y a la mañana siguiente parecían no tener resaca y siguieron armando follón. Una pena, porque por todo lo demás la estancia fue buena.

Great hotel close to everything. Room with comfy beds and a big bathroom. A balkony with a view of the park on the other side of the street. Excellent breakfast and very nice personell.

It´s always nice to be received with a smile:) And the girl at the reception also gave us nice hints on restaurants and things to see.... Nice breakfast. Good beds.

Bien en general. Aparcamiento incómodo al no tener acceso directo desde/ hasta el hotel.

Aún teniendo las ventanas cerradas se oían el tráfico de coches por la avenida. Habría que tener más aislante acustico.

Buen hotel muy cerca del centro

Es un buen hotel cerca del centro de Albacete. El parking está a 1 minuto de andar detrás del hotel y cuesta 13 euros. Tal vez el estado general de la habitacion y pasillos etc ya tiene unos años (10?), todavia está bien. Las camas son comodas.
