Wonderful location for walking, dining and relaxing.

Only stayed one night, but it was a lovely hotel. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Held our bags since we arrived early. The hotel and rooms are small but very nice (a very tight, winding staircase but we thought it was charming!), but it is in a beautiful square and easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!

This was a lovely small Hotel, everything was clean and tidy, room very spacious, Staff very friendly and breakfast was good could not fault it at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time, and as our room was ready, they granted us early check in which was very appreciated. We were pleased that the hotel had a lift so we did not have to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. We walked to this hotel from the train station, which was about a 20 minute walk. We travelled with back packs, and would highly recommend that instead of rolling luggage if you will also be walking. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Property space is too cramped, claustrophobic. Faulty shower door caused flood in bathroom, when reported to staff they said "we will give you more towels"!! Really, that is your safety plan for customers! They did not have another room to move us, so we left and had to face the inconveniences with children. They refused the refund for the night we did not stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

They were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous. It was away from the most intensely touristy spots but also close to San Marco the bridge to San Paolo and the water buses. Fantastic!

As long as you know what you are getting staying in a traditional Venetian hotel then you won’t be disappointed. The room was snug. The bed comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Recommended some good restaurants to boot.

Very nice service at the front desk

I would definitely stay here again! It’s very petite and quaint, close to water taxi and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to St. Marks square and shopping! It was a less busy area, which we appreciated! But still close to the square. The staff were excellent! They arranged water taxis to the airport and gave excellent suggestions for food. The hotel does have a convenient breakfast which you can eat outside in the square! It is also air conditioned :)

Amazing staff and service! From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and tips for the city. The rooms were very charming and the bathrooms were so clean. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Great location near all the sites, but quiet at the same time.

Very convenient location to all of Venice. Also pretty convenient to water taxi stop which is nice with suitcases.

What a delightful place to stay! This small boutique hotel may have had small rooms, but they were adorable in decor, shower was nice and spacious, and bed was so comfortable! The staff was very helpful and warm. The add-on option of breakfast for 10 euro was AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a smaller hotel situated in a central part of Venice!

The stay in san Marco was amazing. The staff were super friendly. The location was so convienient. Literally a 10 minute walk to St Marks Square.

The guy at the front counter was super nice in helping me figure out transportation and recommendations for dinner. The bed is more firm than i like but i do have arthritis so that may be a factor. The shower has a rainfall shower head super amazing, but the private bath is outside the room which was in the listing. I would stay here again just get a room with the bathroom inside the room

Such a lovely place to stay. The building, decor, and flowers all help to make the hotel a beautiful site. The staff working on the front desk are so friendly and helpful. My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I'd love to stay there again.

Weekend in Venice

Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. It was the only place to sit in the room but I actually didn’t mind because the pillows provided great support and there were enough of them to do the job. My only complaint was that the air conditioner never quite cooled the room down to the temperature set even when we ran it all night. If you slept in front of the vent it was fine but in the night it would go into eco mode and I would have to lower it from 25 Celsius *again*. The room is very small but we were able to get by. The shower had great pressure and the water was very warm. I actually couldn’t get it as cool as I wanted when I came in off the street and wanted to cool down. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive. The welcome box in our room was a welcome surprise. Room was quiet. I never heard the other guests or the elevator and we were on the backside of it in room 10 on the 4th floor. The hotel is conveniently located and we were able to wander the streets and get lost. I liked the complimentary items in the fridge.

Great staff, clean facilities, perfect location

Over looking an amazing court yard. The staff are great, rooms were clean and very small. You are in Venice, transportation is available by boat everywhere. Very expensive, avoid driving to Venice as parking is 45 euro a day plus you take a ferry to get into Venice. I would stay here again

I loved the complimentary wine and location. The stay was pretty good, but the breakfast offered was underwhelming. The pigeons located outside of the hotel in the breakfast seating area are very aggressive. The hotel staff has placed water bottles on each table for you to scare the pigeons away by spraying them away. I had to ask for an iron three times before receiving it. The communication between staff members changing each shift is lacking.

The property is on a lovely square, in a good location to visit all the major sites in Venice. The rooms are not luxurious but are very nice- no complaints. The staff are responsive. This was a good choice and we would stay here again for the convenience and great location.

Quaint hotel in the middle of a pretty square with friendly staff. The room (a single)) was small and but very clean, good WiFi and air conditioned. Good value and I would stay here again on my next visit.

The breakfast was really good with a nice spread and selection. The room was small so prepare to move around carefully.

Fabulous hotel!

Excellent location, fabulous staff, and beautiful room with updated bathroom, nice shower amenities, kettle, and welcome macaroons and Bellinis. We had heard that you don’t typically get your money’s worth for hotel rooms in Venice, but this place was incredible! My only tiny suggestion for the hotel is to add some sort of ledge in the shower for one to place bath products on. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Also highly recommend the restaurant, A Beccafico Venezia, right on the square.

It was very frustrating to be on the 3rd floor with a sign on the last day posted to the elevator stating “Not working.” To make matters worse, when we are carrying our luggage down the stairs, a staff member glances over at me and instead of rushing over to help me with my 50+ pound luggage he decides to rush over to the desk and asks me my name. I am out of breath and very uncomfortable, yet he’s persistent and as I turn to go back up the stairs to help my husband,he continues and follows me up and continues to try and get my name without offering any assistance. Once he clarified everything he tells me we owe some small amount for city tax. I was in awe of how stupidly rude the entire situation was. I get he wasn’t the youngest person but a simple gesture of help would’ve gone s long way or at least get off my back while I’m straining 150 pounds of luggage down 3 flights of stairs if you’re not going to help. Location was good though but not enough to go back.

Location location location

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff make this hotel delightful. The rooms are quite small by North American standards but this is to be expected when you’re staying in the heart of Venice!

Excellent Hotel

Overall, our stay was fantastic. The hotel is located in a quiet area but it is still close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk there from the train station. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
