Decent hotel, fairly priced, great location!

Great location great staff

I had a booking for 6 nights, over my birthday. The room I was given was extremely cold so much so that I had to use duvet from other bed so two duvets and wear a jumper to bed. Also the water was stone cold. I told a staff member who told me to wear a jumper. I told her re duvets and she did not care. I asked for a new room as I had developed a cold and needed a hot shower. She said no I asked again and eventually yes but told to wait a whole day. I said no and eventually I got a room that night. Unsure why she initially said no and then suddenly room was available. I got no apology and after that the staff smirked at me every time I walked past. I have never encountered such poor customer service and on my birthday! Getting a cold also was not ideal. I lived the location but the staff were so unhelpful. Food I had as I was so sick one night had to have room service. I also got the incorrect order but just kept as was unsure if this was an error or on purpose.

Great location at the edge of lovely peaceful, gorgeous, treelined quiet CONDESA district. This is a clean Great budget friendly price for its location. Ceiling fan is sufficient to keep the room cool at night in October. Bars, cafes, restaurants located around Parque Mexico next to Amsterdam Ave. are all within walking distance from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, Do prepare to bring earplugs due to busy traffics on the main avenue facing the front of the hotel, or ask for a room far along the quieter street of Calle Popovateletl behind the hotel.

Always excellent and moderately priced. My go-to for quick stays in La Condesa/Roma.

I was very comfortable here for over a week. Great location. Comfortable bed. Only complaints, lots of street noise/honking, had to have my key reprogrammed every time, and once when I extended my stay, they packed me up and moved everything out of my room, not realizing that I had extended my stay and had asked to remain in the same room. I understand mistakes can happen, but it would've been nice to at least have an apology when they saw how concerned and upset I was at my missing personal items and computers.

Good for the price

It is a good hotel. Great price for the area. Clean and friendly staff. The issue I had was the noise from the street is too loud, I had trouble getting some rest. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Poor lighting. Although exterior noise cannot be controlled, the internal noise could be (noisy guests)

Una gran relación beneficio - precio. El estacionamiento es mejorable, el adjunto es pequeño y el adicional está a algunos metros y hay que avisar para que lo abran. El elevador podría recibir mantenimiento o renovación. Habitación cómoda y limpia, el baño podría mejorar en la cortina y el agua caliente parece tener solo horario diurno. En general, muy cómodo, staff muy amable.

Great location for walking around Condesa and Roma Norte, right on Metro Bus line 1. Nice staff, and all was quite clean. Noisy at night, and shower didn't drain well, so didn't get all five stars.

La mejor ubicación!

The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation. There are a few eateries and bars in the area but tend to be on the lower end. The hotel was clean, but the hallways and elevator were noisy, as was the music playing all night long from one of the local bars or clubs. If price is an issue, you could do worse in Mexico City for the same cost.

This is a low-end hotel, popular as a place to bring prostitutes. No air conditioner either. I had booked it for three days, left the next day of my arrival. No refund policy for the unused days. Very disappointing! They should have reimbursed me.

The Check-In Process is always Quick and Easy. The Staff is courteous and quick to help. The location is right in the middle of things and we utilized the Spanish and Mexican Parks. The area is really shady so it is not too hot to take a nice stroll in the mornings or afternoons.

The area is very close to any mode of transportation that you choose. There is FREE WI-FI when you walk around this area of the city. The rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and capable.

I love staying here the only thing is that there is no lounge with a coffeepot to get coffee early in the morning. You have to exit the hotel to get coffee for the early birds.

Our room and the picture shown by the listing were two different things. Our room was extremely simple, first floor, no AC, terrible bed and the lack of air conditioner forced us to open the windows which considering the hotel location, makes it impossible to sleep due to the traffic sound outside. We decided not to stay for the second night and left.

I have stayed here several times and enjoy it. The surrounding area is great and you can walk in the evenings. The streets are lit in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Very close to bars and restaurants in Condesa. Front desk was available 24 hours, and they were very kind for the check-in and check-out. There are two things I wish were better: 1. there was a lot of noise (I understand we need to expect some noise because of the neighborhood, but there was no noise cancelling at all) and 2. there was some trash around the front desk, and there was an envelope that apparently was used by a previous guest, which suggests that the room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The rest of the room, the bed, the restroom, the space to store the clothes, etc, everything else was good.

Ubicación conveniente, personal amable. Instalaciones deficientes, cuarto muy caliente, sin aire acondicionado, ventilador insuficiente, falta de burós de cama, cuarto demasiado pequeño. Falta de contactos eléctricos.

The location is excellent but only that unfortunately the traffic noise was terrible. The cleaning service only includes making the bed. They don't clean the floor, or disinfect. The coffee is horrible no sugar I always had to request shampoo, towels, iron etc the reception reacted quickly but was annoyed to call mostly every day to ask for something. My bed has a disgusting brown mark in the box. in conclusion the location is excellent but that's all.

Esla segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel, la ocasión anterior me tocó habitación que da a la calle de atrás y es muy tranquilo, pero en esta ocasión me tocó a la avenida principal y hay mucho ruido. Además, no sé si hay arañas o moscos pero me picaron los dos días que estuve. Fuera de eso, estoy muy contento con el servicio, seguro regresaré pero si pedirá habitación no con vista a la avenida principal.

Mejorar mantenimiento a contactos electricos. Poner 2 aguas al menos no una.

Excelente atencion, solo que se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

El personal muy profesional y amable. Si quieres una estancia más tranquila en la Condesa esta es la opción. Todo estaba muy limpio y se cumple con todo lo que se ofrece.
