My room was extremely outdated and there was a very strong smell from the kitchen that even made its way to our room. The area where the hotel is located was nice and safe.

En general bien

Me he quedado ya en varias ocasiones en el hotel. Es muy cómodo y tiene buenas amenidades. Sin embargo, está última ocasión nos tocó ser vecinos de unos chavos muy escandalosos (me imagino era su viaje de grupo) y en ningún momento el personal los vino a callar. Estamos hablando a altas horas de la noche. Independiente, creo que deberían de mejorar el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones y pasillos, para poder tener un mejor descanso, a pesar de que se puedan tener vecinos ruidosos.

Hotel lacks some maintenance and better options for food

Nice property in a enclosed private area. Weather is cold but heating is nit sufficient during the night. There is not minibar in the room and there is not room service. Everything else is in excellent condition

It is bad

No one told me up front about the 600 pesos extra fee per night to have my little dog, I paid 153 dollars for one night including breakfast, one plate of eggs and 1 cup of juice, everything else was extra, looks like a good place but it doesn't really worth it, awful experience.

Quiet stay in the city

The hotel is on a large golf property secluded from the city and very quiet. The grounds are beautiful. You’d hardly know you were in a city. The rooms are a little dated, but in good condition and comfortable. I enjoyed my enmoladas in the restaurant and the service was quite good despite my terrible Spanish. Getting off the property and into the city would be a bit of a challenge, but I had a relaxing evening in my room. Elegant and safe hotel on the whole.

Private hotel entrance, safe parking, clean room

Beautiful gardens in nice condition. The room was clean, it had wood-like floor, with a desk. The curtains of the room were very thin, and the air came thru the window at night making it very cold. Pillows were not very comfortable. We hate the tub. It seemed like it was going to break just stepping on it. And it was clogged. One very good thing of this hotel was the security of the property with a private entrance and safe parking. And the food for room service was delicious with variety.

Nice Hotel with a beutiful huge garden with golf very well preserved. Hotel is not new but room and building are in good conditions. Good brackfast. In my opinion it is 4 stars Hotel.

The best option in Tula but far away from a Resort

The hotel is still under construction, jacuzzi and gym were not open. Staff is not very kind but it seems in Tula people are that way. It is still the best option to stay there.

Nice, spacious room with a balcony!!!

I had a very nice spacious room with a huge, comfprtable bed and large bathroom. My room also had a balcony which I enjoyed listening to the owls and morning doves when I got up in the morning.

Good but tight

The hotel is pretty nice, it has golf club in a good shape. The only problem is the space between sink and a small closet. No other complaints other than this.

Rooms OK, cracks on walls, lack of proper maintenance. SPA excellent, my wife loved it. Very good food.

Nice hotel, but old

The hotel is nice, it's surroundigs are great and all the vegetation is awesome. The only thing we didn't like is the "look" of the rooms... they are just plain old fashioned.

a few days to enjoy Tula

It is a good hotel and nice, well kept. Service very slow but good taste of food. Try to convince us that a cold jacuzzi is a good jacuzzi.

El hotel está bonito y fuimos hospedados en un área nueva así que todo el mobiliario estaba impecable. Lo malo es el diseño de las habitaciones y la mala calidad de los materiales, no hay insonorización en las paredes ni en las puertas. Cuando caminas por los pasillos oyes todo lo que sucede al interior de las habitaciones, desde una película infantil a todo volumen hasta las muestras de afecto de las parejas. Es mucho muy caro para lo que ofrece. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas las habitaciones parecen de motel barato, aunque nuevo.

Está increíble que te dejen hacer el late check out, todo el personal muy amable, lo único es que su carta de alimentos es muy pequeña, pero en general todo muy bien.

Me gustó las instalaciones el lugar es muy bonito, pero el buffet está muy pero muy básico y está caro para lo que ofrecen.

El más caro de la localidad y muy mala experiencia

Beim Check-in wusste niemand über unsere Buchung Bescheid. Wir mussten warten bis das Zimmer bereit war weil wir zu früh waren. Als wir dann das Zimmer bekamen war es das falsche, somit mussten wir nochmals 40 Minuten warten bis das entsprechende Zimmer fertig war. Das Essen im Hotel ist relativ teuer und nicht gerade gut. Wir hatten eine Küche im Zimmer, jedoch ohne jegliche Ausstattung, wir konnten nicht einmal Wasser kochen, keine Gläser, nichts! Die Liegen am Pool sind manchmal mit Matten bestückt manchmal auch nicht auch bei schönem Wetter und die Poolbar ist teilweise offen aber meistens nicht. Das Hotel gibt sich selber 5 Sterne, wir würden maximal 3 geben. Der Garten und die Zimmerreinigung waren das beste am Aufenthalt! Preis/Leistung stimmt ganz und gar nicht!!!

Estaba mucho más lejos del lugar que quería visitar. Olvidamos unas botas y dijeron que no estaban. Entiendo fue nuestro error olvidarlas, pero la atención de recepción vía telefónica fue súper grosera. No querían decir su nombre y hablaban muy feo, nada que ver cuando estábamos ahí que eran decentes. El servicio de WhatsApp muy lento y sin soluciones. Definitivamente le falta mucha atención al hotel

tuve un incidente al pedir en la alberca servicio, pedi la carta y por una cuestión de interpetación me estaban cobrando una cuenta que considere elevada y un servicio en la alberca que no especifica la misma. En fin al final despues de esta desaveniencia me dieron por cortesia el platillo. las habitaciones no tienen alfombra, no hay telefono a la recepción, no me proporcionaron la clave del wi fi, no hay cobijas extras y debido a la lluvia, la habitación estaba fria y pase frio en la noche de mi estancia.

Todo muy bien menos el servicio de Restaurante. Muy tardado, falta más organización en la cocina.

Buena opción en Tula, centrica y tranquila

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena, una zona tranquila y silenciosa. El hotel es bonito y con una atención de primera. Lo único malo es que el olor de la habitación era algo desagradable y penetrante. Dejamos la ventaba abierta todo un día y mejoró, también deberían revisar su drenaje de la regadera que está tapado.

Excelente ubicación, privacidad y seguridad. No nos gustó que el aire acondicionado y la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba, el burro de planchar bastante desgastado y la cafetera tenía polvo.
