Decent place to staying in Jaipur. Good customer service.

It was safe and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is decorated very well. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. There is a terrace area on the 4th floor and the onsite restaurant is where an extensive and very tasty buffet breakfast is served. The restaurant is vegetarian and does not serve eggs but with all the other tasty options this would not be missed. The service by the staff is excellent too.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights. It is a quaint place with old time vibes. We checked in very late at night but the check in process was smooth. The staff brought out luggage to the room. The hotel is in a good location and very close to Hawa Mahal. The two gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The attached veg restaurant had very good food. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. If you want to stay in a hotel different from the usual hotels then this is the place I have deducted one star as the travel desk guy took advantage of us. We were not getting a Uber in time to go to the station. The travel guy said he can arrange a taxi but he quoted a price 4 times the cost of the Uber XL amount. Since I was in a hurry I had to go for it. With the dollar conversion it was not a big deal for me. But it’s a question of ethics. You can quote extra but not an exorbitant amount to fleece customers. That was my only bad experience in the hotel

Nice hotel in Jaipur

Chose this hotel partly because it was all vegetarian. Breakfast was phenomenal. And the one night we had dinner there was great as well. Overall a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Two gripes: One, the shower wasn’t fully enclosed resulting in the entire bathroom floor getting wet after a shower. Two, the hot water didn’t work properly and we had to keep complaining about it.

Short and sweet stay!

My husband, toddler, and I stayed for 2 nights in October 2019. The hotel is nice and clean. The air conditioner worked very well as did the wifi. The food in the cafe was really good. Breakfast was nice as well but the options are limited. Shower was nice and hot. The hotel location is pretty good too. There was also free parking. No complaints...and an awesome price. I was hesitant at first but staying here worked out well. We are a Canadian family.

Cordial & Courteous reception & staff, I had a good experience. Food was scrumptious. I recommend to stay at this hotel because of its prime location & sight-seeing tourist destination not far away... 👍

Very decent hotel close to the Pink City

We enjoyed staying in this hotel close to all the main tourist attractions of Jaipur, Pink City, Jantar Mantar and Hala Mahal. All easily within walking distance....staff were friendly and helpful as we were travelling with our bicylcles and they were able to accomodate storing them in their dining hall without a fuss.

Overpriced hotel, heater in room did not function.

This hotel is overpriced for the quality you receive. On my first night I was placed in an expensive room that had two problems: 1) the bed had only one under sheet, which meant that my feet were directly in contact with the mattress, which itself was soiled; 2) an electric current could be felt from the metal fixtures in the shower, which is very dangerous. The following morning I asked to be moved to a different room. This room also had problems, the main one being that the heater did not work in the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk I was told that it was a cold year in India. I replied that I had lived and traveled extensively in India for more than five years, that this year (2016-2017) was not colder than any other I had experienced, and that for the price I was paying for the room it should have a functioning heater. On a good note, for other travelers considering this hotel, there is a moderately good vegetarian restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast selection is adequate. The staff at the hotel are also very friendly. My primary complaint is that the hotel is overpriced and that the heater in the room should function, which it did not.

Overall a great hotel. Staff were very polite and friendly and accomdatd every need. Good customer service as things were sorted out quickly and would definitely come again

Comfortable stay and good neighborhood

This hotel is in a really convenient location. It's a little outdated, but good quality for the price. Food at the restaurant on location is excellent! Staff is helpful, but also gave me some wrong info about timing/location of certain things... so double check their advice!

Nice hitel, close to market

Nice hotel, very close to MI road and ganesh market is nearby. Basic facilities available. Wifi doesnt work in corner rooms. Food is great.

Best Hotel to stay in Jaipur

The rooms were very specious and best for Big Family and staff were very friendly. Food was very nice. we love staying in this Hotel.

good location, spotty service

The location is excellent off of MI road, and our room was large and spacious. However, we had problems with the toilet and brought it to the attention of the hotel management, and they did nothing to repair it causing inconvenience to us. This is a budget hotel, and amenities are not that much. However, it was very reasonably priced, and the morning breakfast included in the Price was excellent

Not very good, lots of work under progress

The hotel seems to be undergoing significant maintenance and that has caused lots of disturbance. The rooms are not clean and food is just average quality. There is no parking available and one has to park on street. I found people manning the reception after hours incompetent and rude.

Horrible hotel. Air conditioners not working. Bathrooms in poor condition. Highly avoidable.

great service

Location was great, off the noisy busy road but only 5 mins walk away from several nice eating places. Taxis were easy to get for tours. Breakfast was limited but nice. Was very clean and tidy. The free wifi was good but had to get new password after every 4hr use which can be annoying. The lift smelt off grease. Overall would stay again.

Great hotel

This is a great hotel in a great location - close to the sights and with some great restauants nearby - particularly try Niros. The staff were friendly and very helpful with all the questions I had.

The room was clean. No ants. The towels felt gross but the sheets were clean. The room and bed was too small for three people however.

Hotel was very nice, located close to major shopping area. It's a short ride to the tourist attractions. Rooms are nice, with comfortable beds.

Good Experience

Complete family hotel but improvement is required in case of car renting service. Hotel give us car for sightseen ( Ajmer & Pushkar) which A/c not working.After complaint drvier little bit start A/c at return travel. But hotel charge full A/c Payment.

A clean and safe place to stay and enjoy Jaipur

I felt the staff went out of their way to be of assistance. They helped set up a touring itinerary and made all the arrangements for transportation to different places and told me how much fare to pay.

Review for Hotel Ratnawali

Good and prompt service. We stayed in the family room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The quality of food served in the restaurant and room service both were good. The only minus points were a creaking double bed and poor wi-fi strength inside the room.

Great hotel

This hotel was the best we stayed in during our time in India. It was clean, modern and was located in a decent area, not too far from the Pink City. During our stay, I had an upset stomach (due to eating elsewhere) and the hotel's staff were extremely caring - they couldn't do enough to help. Also, when we had a small dispute with a tuk-tuk driver outside the hotel, the hotel manager suddenly appeared and sorted everything out. The hotel obviously takes its guests' wefare seriously. Recommended.

Nice, clean and friendly

My girlfriend and I stayed here during the week of Holi, it was a bit hectic in the city (during Holi) but coming back to Ratnawali made our experience in Jaipur that much better since we could get away from the action when we needed to. The hotel staff was excellent, they provided top notch service from the beginning. They picked us up from the train station at about midnight and provided excellent service from there on out. They were helpful with providing us a map of the city and advice on how to book our trains leaving Jaipur. The food there was well prepared and delicious. I would really recommend staying here.

Hotel Ratnawali was very good. We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent quality and value for money.

Located near old Jaipur city - pink city

This place was pretty near McDonald's and the famous lassi valla shops. It's located in a relatively quiet street but on the street round the corner it's bustling with activity.. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. However, there was no heater and the floors in the room and bathroom was pretty cold for February weather. The staff was very helpful and warm.

Ratnawali - Good location for shopping, business

Its location is very good..centralised place for business, shopping etc..staff is very good. On the whole we like it very much..and whenever we will go to Jaipur we will stay in Ratnawali. It is economical too..

Really good hotel

Hotel Ratnawali in Jaipur-A walk away from PinkCit

Excellent Hotel!!!! Clean room and friendly staff. Crisp white sheets, NO stains on the sheets like you would find in other hotels. Clean Bathroom. Working TV with many channels. A bit tricking internet though. Breakfast was good, again the staff is great. We were allowed to stay until 1600 without extra payment when checkout is at 1200. There were no touts outside/inside the hotel offering tours, we felt at peace here. Beware that almost everything is closed on Sundays in Jaipur. This hotel has a ping pong table as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ratnawali is a decent experience

Customer service is good. Hotel needs a bit more sprucing up but the Management is keen to improve the customer experience. Overall, a satisfactory visit.

Well Maintained

The hotel was located near the Raj Mandir which is on MI road. Parking is an issue as it doesnt have sufficient parking. The hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms were really nice and clean. The towels, sheets were also odour free. Another plus point of the hotel was its buffet breakfast, the food was really well prepared and fresh. Overall the experience of the hotel was great. If someone wants to stay in a budget hotel in Jaipur then you won't find a better hotel than Ratnawali.

Cancellation policy

There was flights changes the day of my travel,i called hotel.com and informed them i will arrived 2 day later and request for a refund.Until today I am still disputing the charges after numerous phone calls I been told they cannot refund any charges until they are able to speak with the manager for Hotel Ratnawali.My mainconcern my reservation was done through hotel .com. I will never booked with them ,at the time of booking it clearly states shuttle pick-up from airport.When I arrived called the hotel again face another issued.No free service to hotel .

Excellemt base for a Jaipur visit

Myself and a work colleague were visiting the Jaipur Literature Festival in Jan 2011 and this lovely hotel was not only near the site of the festival (walking distance in fact) but also near all the main attractions of this great city. Though near the main road, it was quiet and very clean - an oasis of calm in a very busy metropolis. The staff were very friendly and the food was adequate. There were also plenty a other places to eat nearby. Check it out!

Great for Family Rooms

Perfect for the family room. Nice service. Breakfast was good, buffet different everyday. Bucket type bath and food geared towards desis. utilized the hotel provided taxis, drivers and service were great, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Great base for exploring Jaipur!

Good location, good bed, nice and helpful staff and overall good standard of hotel considering it is in Jaipur in India. The breakfast was not great though, but the food for dinner was excellent and with a very nice rooftop terrace.

Bon hôtel propre bon service matelas un peu dur mais il faut aimer Jaipur personnellement je n'ai pas aimé cette ville vendeur un peu trop insistant et chaleur étouffante a cette periode

古ぼけていて難点が多く割高感のあるホテル

4階の部屋に泊まったのですが、シャワーのお湯の水圧がほとんどゼロに近いレベルでした。Wifiもなぜかパスワードが8時間制限で、いちいち貰いに行かないといけません。部屋も、いちおう清潔ですが、なんか殺風景でところどころ古ぼけており、とても中級ホテルとは思えません。なぜか部屋からフロントに電話する番号がどこにも書いてないのも困りました。部屋の呼び鈴が異常にうるさくて鳴らされるたびに飛び上がってしまうなど、全体的に難が多いです。

Hotel relativ zentral in jaipur. Sas Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Kellner können allerdings wenig englisch . etwa knappe 3 europäische sterne.

Hotel ok, nada mais que isso. Muito barulhento e com serviços de quarto pouco atrativos. O lugar do hotel também não é dos melhores. Procure mais um pouco que você achará coisa melhor.
