Very beautiful hotel.
Excellent
First class hotel, good location, spacious rooms clean and quiet. Next to the park and 5 min walk from Pau shops and restaurants. On site parking.
While the hotel was very clean snd service was top notch, i used $229 in Onekeycash credits to pay it but then the hotel charged me $296 after i left the hotel. Do essentially i paid for stay twice. Very disappointing
Happy with quiet areas for work and the pool facility is good.
Let down by food offering.
The hotel and room both good with balcony overlooking a pretty pond and the race track. Food was disappointing. Very much thrown at us in the evening. Breakfast was a poor selection and very limited, not what one would expect from 5 star hotel Staff were generally pleasant at reception etc. ,
Stayed here a few times on drive from U.K. to Spain- fantastic hotel with excellent staff
Pau is a small town, and this property is outstanding for its location. Great hotel conditions, on top of great staff and food. The staff did their best with transportation, which is difficult for the region and city, and might require some planning for guests.
Clean and comfortable
Great choice overall
Newer hotel and spa.. Very very well maintained. GREAT front of the house staff.5 star... In the hotel is an excellent gourmet restaurant plus a very good bar with a lighter fare. A bit of a walk to town but a great choice overall. Would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel, great location
Comfortable stay in Pau
A very comfortable hotel in Pau. Large rooms. Friendly staff.
Anniversary Delight
We stayed here for three nights to celebrate our Sapphire Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is five stars and you can see why as everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely first class. The hotel was really well managed especially with regards to the strict observance of isolation for the COVID-19 Virus. Everything was clearly and professionally signposted and even the beautiful Spa and Pool were restricted to pre-bookings for certain times and for a limited number of people (8 Max). We dined in the hotel and found the food drink and service to be excellent. The room we booked was extremely spacious and well appointed and quite luxurious. There was a massive bed and large bathroom with a big deep Bath and a large separate shower Cubicle. We had a large balcony with furniture and with an amazing view across the park to the wonderful snow capped Pyrenees. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every penny. A classy, comfortable and safe Hotel that fully deserves it five stars.
Excellent stay
Welcoming staff on reception. Spacious bedrooms. Had a great stay.
Excellent hotel
Great hotel, good location Nice 20min walk to the centre through park Would definitely recommend
Excellent location and ambiance, friendly staff and good breakfast.
most beautiful hotel!
So beautiful and chic!!!
Very nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations!.........
This is a true gem of a hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it. It’s is modern and gracious. The rooms are calm and cool, with the most efficient and quiet AC I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Just the right temperature, no sensation of blowing. This was very important, as our stay coincided with a terrible heat wave. The decor is serene and unfussy. Service in the room is perfect and at least twice daily. Everything worked perfectly. We had a tub and a shower. The shower had a rain head and a handheld, fixed at chest level, so it was easy to freshen up from the heat without getting your hair wet. There is an espresso maker, a small minibar selection, and paper cups as well as a china set. Water (gratis) is refreshed daily. There is a small fridge. The only problem with our room was the lack of drawers. There are only two, they are in the closet, and very small. But the closet space is enormous. We had a deluxe king with a balcony over the park. A lily pond is below, and frogs are busy all night. We like the sound, and left our patio door cracked open to enjoy them. There is very little traffic, especially at night. By walking across the park and to your right there are many interesting and vibrant neighborhoods within a mile. We walked everywhere. If you walk straight through the Park, past the Palais Beaumont, the promenade will take you directly to the castle. Views of the Pyrénées the whole way. Breakfast here is decent, but overpriced (26 euros).
Nice hotel and location, maintenance needs help
The hotel and restaurant were fine but the maintenance was not. I was locked in the bathroom for an hour because the sliding glass door fell off its floor guide into the carpet; I was finally able to force it out enough to make it move to the side. The Sunday staff switched me to a better room, but it had a similar problem. I showed them and they said there was no maintenance on the weekend so there was nothing further they could do. After all this I spent a pleasant week there listening to the frogs in their pond. The location is very good - it’s not in the town center but is on a quiet park a short walk away. I would recommend it but suggest you make sure everything is working when you get to your room.
Great location, and access to city. Staff very friendly, especially the bar and wait staff. Food was excellent.
Overall, a great experience. I will definitely come back to the same hotel next time.
It is a very good hotel, but the staff made it an excellent one. They bent over backwards to help me with something that wasn't absolutely connected with my stay and carried things through very well indeed. I don't normally respond to requests for reviews like this, but the staff at this hotel were so good their efforts overcame my usual reluctance to respond.
Good quality hotel, at a price.
Good hotel, very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are well designed with large balcony, comfortable bed and seperate shower and bath. Good quality toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Only slight negative is the cost is pretty high for both the room and bar/restaurant.
Read review please
Great location. Shower not great. Not a true 5star in my opinion. Hotel Restaurant was expensive, food was not good, drinks either, personnel lacks manners with foreigners. They could not explain their dishes, nor had a menu in English.
Luxury Hotel in Pau
This is a modern luxury hotel. Beautifully designed. Great location on the edge of the Parc Beaumont. Easy walk to the famous Boulevard of the Pyrenees with its spectacular view of the snow capped Pyrenees in the distance. The room was large and spacious. Very quiet. Lots of hot water and good air. The best part was the bed: the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. 10/10. The breakfast was expensive: 26 euros. No thanks Parking was free though.
Class hotel
Perfect stay, even if it was short. Nice breakfast!
Great location
Great centrally located hotel with good snacks on offer at the bar and a excellent restaurant.
Great location
Good location, 10 minute walk to the center square. Actually had dinner at the hotel it was very nice. Only negative was the breakfast buffet was €26 thought that was a little steep
Great place for Business
Great place to stay. This hotel is quite possibly the best one I have been to in terms of taking pride in getting the details correct. Keep doing what you are doing!
Perfect!
Overnight stay but wish we could have stayed longer! We were upgraded to a mini suite that was very comfortable with a view of park. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Parking was easy and free. An easy 10-15 minute to shopping and historic area.
A room with a view
We stopped for one night on our way north. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful . Our room was light and airy with plenty of space with a balcony and a view over the park. We ate on the dining room terrace where the food and service were exceptional.
Excellent hotel in good location overlooking the park and a short walk from town. The only issue was the extremely expensive breakfast which was nothing special, but no convenient alternative.
Great hotel in Pau
Nice hotel in Pau, outside city center, but an easy and pretty walk into town. The service at the front desk is top notch, everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Nice Hotel Close to Historic Town
We enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. Everyone that worked there was really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a little expensive for what was provided. The location is perfect and close to the historic town and restaurants. We were missing US food since we were there at the end of our trip and found a great Mexican restaurant in the old town.
Very nice hotel good service
Hotel is very well situated and room is very spacious and comfortable. The service was overall very good aswell, everyone was very helpful and always with a smile on thier face. Only down side was the breakfast, although it had a good selection some of the trays were empty even though it was still early, could do with looking how the food trays are and replemishing them more offen.
Horrible Wifi, great everything else.
horrible wifi. Kept disconnecting me, and even when I was connected it was 1Mbps down, .25 up, and 70ms ping time via speedtest. On the plus side: huge king bed, clean room, and friendly customer service at the hotel. Parking was easy and free (they only have about 15 or 20 free spots, the rest you have to pay for)
Lovely place to stay in Pau
The hotel and room was lovely with views over the park and pyranees. The restaurant food and ambiance on the terrace was excellent. The srvice was friendly but slow. We had treatments ib the spa and they were very good as was the spa. Definitely an ideal olace to stay in Pau. We would go back
Would go back again
Enjoyed the exterior and interior design. Excellent service and room view over the park. Nice bathrooms
EXCELLENT BUT !
Perfect room and excellent service and food but let down with problem with WI-FI was annoying. They need a better connection and coverage in hotel.
Overlooking Park.
A wonderful place to stay within easy walking distance of the town and overlooking the park. The staff very friendly and efficient. Room overlooking the park, excellent . Bathroom also well equipped with separate WC. All in all a very favourable stay. One we would definitely repeat.
Beautiful hotel well positioned fur center of pau but lovely location next to park
Handy for us.
Dinner was a huge disappointment and over-priced. Veal was all fat and tough. The first corse was messed up melon and a minimal amount of ham.
Pau
We loved the hotel. We were going to stay one night but we loved the hotel so much we booked a second nite. We want to go back & spend a week here.
close to city center, quiet and great view
I would gladly return when opportunity arises, great place to stay, excellent staff.
Best hotel in Pau
When ever possible I always use the Hotel Parc Beaumont when travelling to Pau, being for business or for pleasure.
Style and Comfort
From the moment we arrived, greeted by courteous and helpful staff. Parking on-site a bonus. Park view with balcony worth the additional cost. Inviting indoor pool with jacuzzi, Hamman and Sauna to relieve any travel tensions. Rooms very comfortable, immaculate with stylish decorations throughout. Breakfast and dinner of 5 star quality. Walking distance to all site-seeing areas within Pau. Loved our stay and Hotel.com made our trip easy.
The best hotel in Pau without any doubt.
I always book at this hotel when going to Pau being for business or in holidays. Hotel is new, service is excellent, rooms are spacious, view on the park side is refreshing. Of course it is a bit on the high side of the hotel rates in the region, but it worth it.
Prac Beaumount
One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Friendly clean a fanastic stay.
Pau
A lovely modern building next to a beautiful park. Staff that is dedicated to service, and ample parking.

A bit outdated but otherwise great place to stay: one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, spacious room, big soft towels and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
