The rooms are so bad. Not clean it’s not worth the price
Good location. However, the music from the hallway can be heard directly from one’s room (i.e. at 7:00am on a Saturday). There was no hot water for the shower, and the WiFi stopped working. A bit disappointed.
convenient need more spley for wash room stuff
Owner is easy, friendly guy to work wid.Cleanest A+
Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. I personally like the twin bed set up is cute. Would highly recommend this hotel, owner himself is approachable, Staff is up for meaningful banter & helping to show your way around. AAA+++ Only good things to say about my stay. Simply too good a hotel at fraction of a budget pricing. Too good , recommend in my heartbeat.
Loved it's central location. Close to markets, nice park, close to local stryfood. Friendly and helpful staff.
Paid for delux twin rooms with breakfast included but booking at hotel suggested standard rooms with no breakfast. Staff were not very helpful in getting this sorted. They claim to have a gym and spa however the gym is situated in a dusty bedroom with very few pieces of equipment which didn’t look maintained and spa consisted of an unclean shower cubicle which also did steam!
Very welcoming and polite stay.
Stay was actually quite great. Much better than the “Five Star” that i stayed on while in Delhi. Hotel was clean, hotel service was amazing and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Room was in great shape and was even upgraded free of charge. Only two issues i did have - Wi-Fi was very spotty and slow (hard to get work down and view anything on my native country phone) and the first few days, there was quite a bit of construction work going on above. Other than that, I’d recommend this place for a comfortable stay. Great location also.
Not for family
Needs massive maintenance , looks like a shady place!
It was amazing
The stay was good as they upgraded our room. But we had to wait for some time for the same. The property is at a great and prime location. The staff was professional in their manners.
Punjab
Amazing hotel. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. Spacious room and friendly staff who were happy to help in every way possible to make my stay even more memorable and enjoyable than it already was. Looking to book again for late 2018
It was good stay

The hotel was good they tried there best and any issues were resolved once requested. Location is great in the centre of so many attractions.

OK for short stay
Stayed here for 2 nights. Left it late to get a hotel and this was the best one with vacancies, as I was in Chandigarh to watch the India v England test. Hotel was fine. Didn't spend too much time there; The room was clean, bedding fresh, and ample hot water in the shower. Slept well on soft bed. Room on the small side but adequate. Staff were helpful. Indian style breakfast was good value at Rs200
Crazy part of Delhi
on the outside, it looks pretty average due to the high traffic volume and dilapidation of the area but on the inside, it's been renovated and the shower design made the bathroom overflow. lucky we were only there for a night.
Disgusting hotel
This place was the worst. There was feces on the phone in the bathroom, not a small spot, but a huge smearing of it! My friend's bed sheets had little black hairs all on them, we had to call down to have them replaced. We also noticed a slight smell in our room when we first checked in but thought that it was just our imagination. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the intense smell...turns out there was sewage gases coming in to our room. It kept waking us up as the smell became worse. When we couldn't take it anymore, we called down again. The man who came to check our room almost threw up when he walked in to the bathroom! We had to pack all of our stuff at 6am to be moved to another room. The second room was smaller and when we went to open the window, there was a pair of dirty men's underwear hanging from the handle! I was so angry at this point. They finally put us in a suite because of all our problems. I'm pretty sure that the first 2 rooms were never cleaned between visitors. This place is NOT a 4 star hotel, not even in India. We stayed in rooms for half the price with better service, cleanliness and room size. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Plus the roof top terrace was closed. Super disappointing.
No toiletries, expired cookies and nuts, unhygenic
Excellent hotel

Very Small size room, old furniture, average cleanliness, overpriced food, taste of food okay, front desk staff good, per day stay for this hotel should not be more than Rs 2500/-. My view for this hotel is an average hotel.
