Extremely dirty rooms. Layer of dust everywhere. Marks everywhere. Worse than a than 1 star Motel. A very narrow uncomfortable bed for two people. I guess the only reason they still can get guests is that they are close to Airport.

The staff was very courteous shed the room was nice. I enjoyed the hot tub.

Staff and desk personnel are nice, very approachable. Clean property, they clean the units everyday. They provide toiletries. Foods in the hotel cafe are okay and affordable, but they have the same food everyday.

Was told prior that there was a shuttle from airport, got there and found out the shuttle did not run until after 1800 (6PM)! Address on map was confusing and cost me a taxi ride of $30.00 to go to the wrong Hotel, then another taxi ride to correct Hotel. An address on your receipts and literature would be helpful and less costly for customers!

Location to the Haneda Airport is fine. Air vent in the comfort room has to be cleaned well. Also the carpet has to be vacuumed especially near the window. Great staff.

Mystays hotel at Haneda airport is really close to Haneda airport, there is free shuttle bus from and to the airport, modern decor, comfortable and very clean. Private bathroom inside the room. Airport Immigration line was very long, it took us 2 hours to be done with it and additional 15 minutes for both baggage claim and custom, we were done close to midnight and shuttle bus was still available, which was great. Make sure you email to check with the hotel if your flight arrive after midnight and you need shuttle to go to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe and clean area. There is convenience store few doors down the street that opens 24 hours have some refrigerated food that can be microwaved at the store and ready to go warm fried chicken cutlets, croquettes. Since many hotels in Japan have small rooms, you should book according to the correct amount of people that will stay in the room. Breakfast buffet has a lot of local choices in addition to international favorites such as scrambled eggs, potato, croissants, check peas salad, and dumplings. I will definitely select this hotel again next time.

So close to the Haneda airport, and was a great value. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choices and was also a great value. The airport shuttle does not run often but the train was easy and quick to the airport.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Free laundry in hotel, free shower and bath products like toothbrush, facial cleanser, razor...good breakfast and hotel cafe was good. Having more English friendly signage would be helpful for how to use phone, washing machine, etc. Overall pleased with our stay.

This is a modern clean hotel with good staff. My downgrading is due to a high step into the bathroom capsule and then a shower positioned over the bath . The bath had very high sides which made it unsuitable for seniors.

Room was great but getting to and from the airport was not straightforward as we arrived and departed at times the shuttle bus was not running, which was virtually anytime later morning or in the afternoon. Not convenient for us.

Convenient to the Airport. Arrived around 9pm. final found the shuttle pick up point outside and that we had to wait 40 mins for the 5 min drive. Ended up getting a cab. Very Basic room inside. Beds uncomfortably and small. Felt very dated and old and reminded me of a Formula 1 hotel in australia. Way…… over priced.! paying for the location near airport obviously but is not really worth the cost. wouldn’t go back.

Great place to stay near Haneda, only two stations away from terminal 3 plus less than 5 min of walk. Staff were super nice and helpful, and room was nice and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel as we had an early flight the next day. Check in was rather standard, as we arrived around 8pm. The room was clean and right-sized. Appreciate the shuttle bus to the airport the next morning, which got us to Terminal 3 in about 7 mins!

Overall the hotel was nice, friendly staff, good location and room was spacious. Two things that I would bring up is firstly the toilet looked clean but there was a pungent smell from the toilet bowl which I assume it was not cleaned thoroughly enough. Secondly I was not able to adjust the fan direction of the air conditioning as it was defective. The air conditioning fan was blowing directly on the bed which made it uncomfortable.

A return customer overall satisfied with the hotel for overnight connections. Room clean and spacious for the price and good proximity to airport. The only complaint is that I communicated through Expedia app with hotel about airport pickups but all they did was sending me a bunch of policy directives without a timetable or where to go. I had to ride back and forth terminals when my plane arrived to look for bus stops but I missed the last departure. I also had to catch a taxi to the hotel in the end.guess what, when I arrived at the hotel, there’s a timetable for shuttle bus just at the front desk! The checkin guy was very polite when I told him this so they made my returning shuttle ride a smooth transition. Breakfast is okay but not as good as it was five years ago. Overall I’m happy to come back.

The hotel description states free airport shuttle but on digging deeper you discover that the bus only runs from 5am until 10:40am so no good for my 8pm arrival. Room very basic as to be expected in Japan but was looking rather tired. Shower leaked onto the floor and aircon blowed directly onto the bed head. Breakfast was basic too.

Proximity to train station was great. The staff were great. Rooms were comfortable, in excellent condition and despite being close to the airport, there was no aircraft noise.

The bed was pretty hard to sleep on other then that it was excellent.

Got stuck in Tokyo due to typhoon. I thought I was going to have to pay a fortune for a hotel - but no. This place is close to the airport, very reasonable price, very clean, very professional staff and good thing for me - very fluent in English. I would absolutely stay here again.

Well located for the airport and nice to have a free airport transfer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room smelt a bit musty and was a bit shabby, dirty marks on the walls, damaged wallpaper, just had a tired feel about it.

The Hotel and the staff we're excellent but their free shuttle and how, when and where to find it at Haneda airport is very confusing for first timers. The posted maps will further the confconfusion. Hotel buses have their own designated parking area at each terminal, please simplify the map by stating what floor and door to exit plus instructions to the parking area once you exit the door, then please reformat the confusing time charts for each terminal,, thank you

Great place for the night before your flight, a very short drive or train ride into the airport. Well-appointed, clean and quiet queen room (thank you for not squeezing the bed into the corner). Decent Japanese and Western buffet breakfast and free shuttle to airport terminals are plusses. Walkable from Anamori-Inari station, with some budget dining options in the area. Anamori-Inari shrine a pleasant spot to visit in the evening. Would stay here again.

Its a clean and nice hotel located very close to Haneda airport. Beds are small and can accomodate only 2 people and no kid. There are 2 family marts nearby and a nice Ramen restaurant. Mono rail station is 10 mins walk and is covered under JR pass.
