Shower water was way too hot! The room was hot and temperature can only be adjusted by the receptionist in the front desk. No thermals tat inside the room.

Great place for 2 nights in Montmartre!

Great stay in Monmartre! This hotel was a lovely pick for my husband’s and my two night stay in Montmartre! We visited the week before Christmas and the hotel was decorated lovely. We were not expecting craft cocktails at their bar designed by the resident bartender. The location of the hotel was perfect. You can easily walk down to Moulin Rouge and all the sites, but you are on a quiet street. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The staff here was amazing. So kind and helpful. Rooms are small, but sufficient for everything we needed. Excellent location to explore the area.

The hotel was good and the staff was outstanding. One problem with the hotel is that we had to ask the staff to change the temperature. Also, be sure to check the square footage of the room, we barely had space to walk around the bed.

This was an amazing hotel stay. The room was very comfortable/ beautiful, the hotel staff were so helpful with everything and they had great breakfast. I also enjoyed the raclette and mulled wine in the cozy winter garden. Hope to stay here on my next trip to paris!

The absolute best hotel in the best part of Paris. The staff were amazing and so accommodating - they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Everything was pristinely clean, the rooms are so cute, and the boutique touches like a hotel newspaper and old timey stereos in each room were a great plus. A well stocked mini bar, too. Walking distance to everything in Montmartre, including the best cafes. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back!

Super charming hotel! I stayed only one night with my mom before leaving Paris but the property and staff are fabulous! Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The area is super lively and fun with lots of dining options, bars, and things to do. I’ve already booked my next trip back at the Monsieur Aristide for December! 🤗

The hotel was amazing, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Montmartre, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful décor that perfectly encapsulated the essence of Paris. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring. The hotel's location in Montmartre was ideal. I loved wandering the cobblestone streets, discovering quaint cafés and local boutiques just a stone's throw away. The vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood, combined with its artistic history, made every moment enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for dining and activities, and their genuine passion for the city made my experience even more enriching. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which featured a delightful assortment of fresh bread, pastries, as our children are gluten free they went above and beyond to ensure they were catered for. Our stay at Hotel Monsieur was exceptional in every way. It provided not just a place to rest but an experience that captured the heart and soul of Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm of Montmartre while enjoying top-notch hospitality. We can't wait to return!

An absolutely faultless stay!

Wow - what can I say!! An absolutely stunning hotel, with incredible out of this world service and staff. Literally couldn’t fault a thing. Location is 10/10 too - 2 minutes from the Moulin Rouge and right on the edge of the picture perfect Montmartre. Highly recommended - we will be back!

A random choice of hotel but a wonderful surprise. The entire staff was terrific and welcoming. Highly recommend the location for its proximity to great restaurants, metro and fun hang out places. What a way to start my time in France!

From someone used to lot of space I found the room very tight to accommodate four people.

Great location, friendly staff and fun decor.

This was our family’s first trip to Paris. From the moment we arrived at monsieur Aristide we were treated very kindly. Aldo was exceptional as was the rest of the morning staff. We started each day with a nice breakfast and wit and knowledge of the sights from the staff. The room was small compared to American standards but in line with the rest of Europe. It was very clean and tidy. The size made us efficient on what needed to be out of the luggage and when. Montmatre is a beautiful area and this hotel is in the heart. One warning, if you struggle walking hills and steps, do not stay in Montmartre. We plan on returning next year and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Staff is excellent, the lattes are one of the best in Paris, the room is clean and quiet, and the garden seating area is very peaceful and cute. Walkable to all of Montmartre and easily accessible to metro, Uber, and bolt. The live entertainment was excellent as well! We will return. I had my small daughter with me and staff were so very kind to her and even let her feed the fish!

Montmarte Beauty!

Amazing staff, location and cafe/brasserie on site. Only issue was scalding hot water only in shower. I informed them upon our departure. Am recommending this hotel to others and would def stay again.

The staff at this hotel were so kind and wonderful to us! They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was small but the perfect size for a solo mom and kid (7). They even helped us with getting taxis and late night hot chocolate. The area is wonderful and walking distance to many wonderful destinations to Paris. It’s also close to the metro and has great dining options nearby. I really can’t thank the team enough for our stay!

Outstanding, adorable property with clean, bright rooms that are nicely decorated. Neighborhood is amazing – very walkable to sightseeing around Montmartre, as well as the metro for access to the rest of Paris. Also, a wonderful wonderful staff — the kindest and most helpful concierges!

Nice little hotel to explore Paris

Lovely little hotel in the buzzing area of Monmarte. Would of been 5 stars if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice in the middle of the night resulting in a very disrupted sleep.

I chose this hotel based on its reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation it was clean, yes the room was small but perfectly formed. The staff were lovely we were welcomed with open arms by a lovely man who also turned out to be a comedian as well as a lovely singer !! We travelled with our friends who were visiting Paris for the first time they also loved the hotel. Montmartre itself is lively and again we we’re welcomed by staff in the bars we visited. We are already planning our next trip and will be booking the same hotel again.

Nice boutique hotel in a central location. Friendly and accommodating staff. The USB wall socket for charging mobile was broken, which is rather important feature for travel.

Perfect Paris Weekend

This place was a dream. Exactly what we wanted and needed for our trip to Paris. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Can’t wait to return

We stayed two nights in courtyard room which we really liked. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are steps down to the bathroom area and also to the closet. I would recommend a nightlight in those two areas because the room is very dark when the lights are out, but that is also great for sleeping! The staff were very good, efficient and friendly. We didn't eat there so I can't speak to that but it was an incredibly convenient location to everything in that area, tons of shopping and places to eat. We had a great stay.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Hôtel Monsieur Aristide! The rooms were tiny, but clean and had everything we needed. We used the airport transfer service site recommended from them, which was a great option for us. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and helpful.

It was very nice to have breakfast in the garden. Transportation was very convinient, waking distance. Moulin Rouge is around the corner. Our room was very cozy and clean. The stuff was very nice.

Charming

Charming comfortable hotel in a super neighbourhood.

Pretty boutique hotel amidst lots of places to eat and within stone's throw of Montmatre. One wonderful evening, sitting in a cafe, listening to live musicians as the sun set over Paris - I'll never forget it.

Friendly and welcoming hotel- breakfast was great. Perfect place to stay and explore Paris. We had family room which was convenient with kids.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We arrived before our check-in and were met with smiles. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfection

Excellent location!!! We had the junior garden suite with our own petit jardin! Walked everywhere and saw everything. The staff was beyond helpful, Spoke English, and the place has such a unique vibe. We booked it completely by chance and would go back in a second!

The hotel was very funky and had really cool light switches. I loved the plants, vibe, books, and all the random instruments and throw backs to olden times. The only drawbacks were that I didn’t realize how physically small the room is until we got there. I presumed there would be a bit more space for two people for an executive double. Don’t get me wrong, the room was very cute and super clean and well decorated. Just small for our personal taste and comfort level. The other issue was the evening night shift staff. When I asked for an ironing board, it felt like I was being cumbersome and annoying to the staff at hand. Not sure if that was intended, but that was how I received their behavior/reaction to my request. When giving back the ironing board I was even a little shy to approach this said person.

We really enjoyed this boutique hotel. Most of the staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially Walid. He was the best employee we met on our trip. They serve a wonderful breakfast. One of the evening employees was not helpful. We would love to return to the hotel in the future.

The hotel was great. Good location, lots to do, convenient to get to. What made it so special was rhe people. Especially Antoine, Theo and Walid. Their service and attention were top notch.

Lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood

This hotel is lovely and the staff of the hotel is accommodating and friendly. I would recommend to friends. The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood full of history, restaurants and activities. It is very hilly in this area so if mobility is a challenge maybe select a different neighborhood. The hotel has a very "trendy and modern" design (think Brooklyn Hipster), which is not to my taste and not typical for most Paris hotels, but many people will appreciate and enjoy. If you are looking for a Louis XIV vibe - this may not be for you. I loved that this hotel was plastic free and very eco-conscious. Enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel.
