Es un gran hotel con una gran ubicación, recámaras muy cómodas, confortables y pacíficas. Fácil de estacionarse lo que difiero es en la atención del personal, me he hospedado un par de veces y la primera vez el staff fue muy atento pero la segunda vez dejaron mucho que desear. Debería ser el mismo trato cada vez que visites el hotel.

El baño no funcionaba bien, me tuve que bañar con agua del lavabo.

Nuestra estancia aquí fue corta pero agradable. Los cuartos están pequeños pero igual tuvimos aire acondicionado y agua caliente para bañarnos. La piscina también estaba en buenas condiciones. Lo único fue que nos cobraron 250 pesos adicionales por una persona más.

Cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning when cleaning. Felt like they were screaming from room to room and had loud music playing. Did not respect the door sign of do not disturb.

Third time here and as always very nice, super clean, incredibly nice and helpful staff. Close to the Central de Autobuses, good dining options nearby, this hotel is our favorite in Pachuca!

Need a refund, didn’t use the premises

The lobby looks great at this hotel but the rest of the place is very old and not updated. We were just staying for a short period mainly to sleep and we chose the wrong place for that. The door to our room was too small and light from the hallway penetrated our room all night. Also the fire detector flashed continuously. It was a miserable night.

I expected the Hotel to be closer to the Historic Centre, and also the bar downstairs is quite loud; I could hear it from my room in the first floor which was not ideal. The rest of the Hotel was fine and clean.

Very old rooms. Not very clean. Smelled like sewer. They moved us rooms a couple of times, because bathtub was clogged, and shower handle was broken. There is no heater. Exposed wires in one of the rooms, doors and walls peeling off. We got pretty frustrated, until finally they moved us to the 1st floor to renovated rooms. They should close the other floors until they renovate them. Awful experience. However, staff was nice and tried to work with us.

The service is very good, the customer service is excellent, the cleanliness ☺️but the noise from the air conditioning bothers a lot, I think the bathrooms need a remodel, the food, I did not test it, but everything else was very good.

Hotel was overbooked and staff were really unhelpful in providing solutions. They didn’t even let me use their phone to call Expedia and sort it out.

Everything was good except for the shower which was a really old bathtub and the water temperature was really inconsistent. We had a hard time adjusting it.

Disappointed with Mission Hotel Pachuca.

1. Disappointed 2. Not friendly check in 3. I reserved two rooms. Didn't have the service and items necessary for the amount of people reserved for. For example, towels, toiletries, etc. 4. I informed of that. They promised two deal with the situation but wasn't resolved. 5. The shower didn't properly work. Need it repair and maintenance.

I didn't like the way they receive us and the fact that the restaurant was closed and we were unable to eat upon arrival, I didn't like the bathroom in my room (very old and missing a lot of commodities) and I didn't the breakfast (coffee was cold, the servers were very slow and the buffet was not great). The blankets in the bed were also very old, such as the towels in the bathroom.

It seems like they don’t change the sheets bed after a guess is leaving, because I myself found blonde hairs between the sheets (I am brunette) Even the sheets looked like someone had slept on them shortly before me

Comfortable stay close to the Central Bus Station

Great comfortable hotel very close to the Central Bus Station (about a 5 min walk). Must try the Sundays Breakfast Buffet. Also relatively close to the Estadio Hidalgo for those looking to catch a Pachuca FC game.

Internet connection is Terrible. The shower... so so, one day I didn't have hot water. The Hotel is okay, the price is good and the food is very tasty. I think you get what you paid for.

Lo único que consideramos que es necesario valorar el estado de los colchones ya que se sumen demasiado, y de repente funcionaba el elevador y de repente los botones por fuera no servían

Los empleados muy amables todos, el hotel requiere de una renovacion en las habitaciones, alfombras desgastadas asi como mobilario, baño con manchas, el restaurante deja mucho que desear en cuanto a sus platillos.

El area de la regadera estaba tapada, no se iba el agua con que uno se baña y la tina se inunda.

Hice una reservacion por la aplicación, a costo de 1600, al llegar segun ya no habia la que reserve, me dieron una doble y en la aplicacion costaba menos, y me la dejaron al mismo precio, no respetaron ni me dieron solucion, la aplicacion muestra habitaciones que ha no estan disponibles y todavia cuando pague las empleadas no tenian cambio y me tuvieron esperando mucho.

La habitación deteriorada, el jugo echado a perder, los chilaquiles fríos, la arrachera dura y aunque el mesero se esforzó mucho por atender muy bien la calidad de los alimentos no le ayudó

Mi experiencia ha sido excelente y hemos pasado un momento maravilloso en Pachuca. La estadía en Misión Pachuca fue simplemente grandiosa y el servicio maravilloso.

En recepción se portaron bastante groseros. Limpieza sin problemas, pero el hotel ya se ve bastante descuidado. Las camas muy comodas.

El uso de alfombra sino está súper limpia hace que se vea algo descuidado en la limpieza. No había agua y café en la habitación aunque había cafetera y pocas opciones de comida me dijeron que para pedir a la habitación tenía que bajar a recepción para pedir el menú. Por eso es a la habitación para no salir. En lo demás bien

Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un elevador o baños cerca de la alberca para no atravesar todo el lobby o área de restaurante
