Perfect vacat

The location is just in the heart of all high end shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere since all was walking distance, the Doumo was 10 mins walk from the hotel, the opera, everything!! The room was big enough for two suitcases, big comfortable bed, clean bathroom, the clean the room in the morning and evening. I highly recommend

The hotel was immaculately clean and an oasis of calm in a busy city. The facilities were excellent, our room was well appointed rooms and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending.

First stay at this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom is kind of dated and old. Hotel is in the best area for shopping. They refused to upgrade us. I didn’t like the big old keys to the room and the fact that u have to bring the key back and forth but overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street. While the rooms were comfortable and quiet and the lounge area relaxing, the very best part of this hotel were the delightful and gracious staff. They were so friendly and attentive in a relaxed way. They even remembered what room you were in and had your key waiting at the front desk with kind greeting when they saw you enter the lobby. The front desk/concierge gave great recommendations. I highly recommend Hotel Manzoni.

This is a gem of a hotel located in one of the most attractive parts of Milano. The hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms were not large but beautifully appointed and the staff was great. We have stayed at many hotels in Milano and this will be our go to hotel for future visits.

The Hotel Manzoni is in an excellent location close to the Duomo Cathedral and lots of shopping and restaurants. Service is excellent. The accomodations were elegant and suited all of our needs.My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer!

It was a gem in most convenient location. Very close to everything I wanted to do. Staff were friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable and charming. For sure I will stay again when I go back to Milan.

The stay at Hotel Manzoni was perfectly located and provided a beautiful room. It exceeded my expectations. We awoke to classical music playing in the room. When checking out, the hotel apologized for not providing the free wine as a VIP hotel, and gave us gifts! I received a necklace and my husband received pocket scarves! That sealed the deal- I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Manzoni.

Hotel is in excellent location with easy walking access to shops, restaurants and major landmarks. Hotel staff was exceptional - friendly, attentive and just overall lovely. We would stay here again in a minute.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. For the 3 days I stayed there, the wine glass and coffee mugs I used remain unwashed. The cleaner even covered the dirty wine glass with a paper cap to signal it had been ‘washed’!

Great little hotel in Milan

Great two-night stay at this cute little hotel right next to all the fancy stores on Via Monte Napoleone. The staff is friendly and helpful, you are greeted on arrival, helped with your luggage and led to the checkin which is swift and smooth. The hotel has a quintessentially Italian feel with its marble floors and wood panels all over. It feels warm, homey and gives off a vibe of subdued luxury. Our room was spacious, the bed was very big and quite comfy, and the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. Beauty products from Laura Tonatto, the Italian perfume designer from Turin (they smell nice!). All in all a great base to retreat to after a long day of walking around or shopping. If you’re coming by car, I’d suggest a local parking garage instead of the one provided by the hotel though - 50€ a day feels a bit steep.

The fromt desk representative was not welcoming at all. Despite the central location which was convenient for shopping and 1 block from metro the front desk didnt greet us bareky said a few words.Did not offer a city map and when we asked about vip access which waa listed on the site he was very condescending.

We paid in full before our trip. Upon checking out at 0600 the man at that desk tried to get us to pay again the amount we had already paid + $200 more. We knew we had to pay for taxes & breakfast. Thank God I had printed my receipt before we left for our trip. He made a copy of it and we left. Not exactly the note I wanted to leave Italy on.
