Location & cleaning were good.
The room had a terrible smell ,as a sewage tank, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but the only solution offered was to pay for an upgrade to change rooms. A refund for the original room was also not accepted. This situation significantly affected my trip, as I was unable to sleep properly for four nights.
Perfect for a stopover in Rome
Location is good
.
Great location, staff very helpful, clean hotel, easy to find. Would stay again
Courtyard

The check in was easy, speedy and no bother. The gentleman behind the desk was knowledgeable, attentive and very kind. We got a free room upgrade and even free breakfast. The room was massive, with huge double shower. The room was facing some sort of inner garden away from the huddle and bustle of the main road so it was very quiet. Good night sleep on comfy bed. Going for breakfast in a bit and I am sure that it will be up to the standard of the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel. THANKYOUUUUU
Location was perfect for train travel.
It was comfortable and very convenient.
Excellent location right in front of main central train station. Property had an elevator which was a great amenity since we had large luggage. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was very spacious as well.
Checking in was fast. The room was cute. The doors in the room were loud and didnt shut well. The shower was unusable. It didnt mix hot and cold water to make the water comfortable. It just sprayed scaulding hot water then cold water over and over. My hands and feet were stinging from checking if the water was tolerable for a few seconds to rinse my hair. Also there was a used womens razor on the shower ledge. The day of checkout my husband was dropping me off at rhe airport 4 hours before checkout. I was carrying my own suitcase and we tried to walk to the train station. One of the staff just yelling after us over and over not letting us leave. I didnt notice she was yelling at us at first because i thought dropping off your wife across the street at 8 am was allowed but i guess not. :| probably not staying again. Being across the street from the train station was nice tho
I was travelling with my family (my parents, husband and 1 year old) and we overall really enjoyed the hotel, the hotel is on a busy street right by the main train station in Rome so it is a bit hectic to get in and out of our transfer especially with our one year old. The hotel itself is walking distance to a lot but also so convenient when we wanted to bus back to the hotel since the bus stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel! The staff were really helpful anytime we needed help getting to and from the airport, booking experiences with the other Bzar hotels, and answered all the questions we had! Our room was turned down everyday but they didn't sweep very often which ended up not being super pleasant by the end of our 5 day stay.
Don’t overpay for this 2 star hotel
Only good thing about this hotel was the convenience to the train station (had to catch a 4:50am train) and the bed which was very comfortable. Cons: Apparently when I booked on hotels.com I only selected one guest even though the room/bed size said for two people, so upon arrival they charged me an extra €30 for a “guest charge” and double the room tax €25 even though every other hotel the room tax for 2 people was €6-13. We definitely got ripped off. Upon entering the room it was clean and spacious but very old/outdated and smelled musty. In the bathroom there was only 1 bath towel and a single small wash cloth. There was also no phone in the room so we had to go down and ask for extra towels (we clearly paid €30 for the extra towel via the guest fee), yet when asked the front desk rudely said “you have a towel in your room.” Lastly, after flushing the toilet, it regurgitates a sewage smell. Would not recommend, would not stay here again. My advice: book early and get a better hotel that’s just as close. Our total was $260 for a 2 star hotel we were in for <6hrs. What a joke.
I couldn’t use the shower . There was no phone in the room . Everything was basic . I did not expect and I never use this hotel again .
The morning we checked out, i went to shower and there was no hot water omg. That was terrible. We also requested a refund for breakfast due to schedule conflict and they would not give it to us unless we email the admin, according to the reception, it will take 30 days! I was so upset for 5 people. GOOD WAY to ruin our first Rome vacation.
The room is not as it shows on the pictures, the only plus is the location right in front of the train station
Right in front of termini station so a good option for a quick check in with baggage. Rooms are spacious and well maintained
The Hotel is just walking distance from the Metro station which provides great access. The Staff is very cordial.
The room was extremely hot despite having the cool setting on the thermostat. It was so hot. It was hard to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also lacking.
No ac, not informed, 27 degrees in the room with a young baby, awful stay
Did not care to check if soap was kept in the room
Property condition - there are plumbing flushing noise throughout the night, walls are thin since i can hear people cough next door, the room was a bit smelly was stuffy. We had to open the windows because the AC was turned off due to local law during the month of April? (and there is absolutely no way you can turn it on, it would just blow hot air), a silly rule if you ask me since everyone has a different tolerance on temperature regardless of outside temp. We were advised to open our windows. With windows opened, you are then greeted with a dirty third world country looking open space, which was horrifying. The room was dated but clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Bacons are gone by 9am and they did not bother to refill it. The location is fantastic just right across from fhe main train station, and there are dozens of eateries nearby. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay a day or two.
Perfect location across the street from the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel policy of storing baggage at no charge before you're room is ready treats travelers very well. Excellent stay
Great location! Roma termini was 2 mins walk. Lots of dining options and bus routes to hop on hop off busses. The room was good.
Average
Transport-wise, the location was perfect, the room size was not what I expected as a family, the hotel doesn't provide sleepers, and the floor was tiled. There was an odd smell in the room, so we had to vacate the room by opening windows. Breakfast was good with the services. Also, staff were allowed to keep our luggage before the check-in and even after check-in, which was great.
Room was too hot. Air conditioning was not working. No tea or coffee making facilities available. Told when we booked in that we could not pay for breakfast as they were full.
It was s very nice property
Does the job.
Weather was amazing. Hotel is in a great location, directly across from termini stations so great for metro and getting to the airport. Room was basic, had to ask to change room and first one had a funky smell and air conditioning didn't work. Did the job, we just went to hotel sleep as we were out all day.
Recommended. Great position and good staff
Next to the main station, so just what i needed
Staff was not helpful in giving guidance since we are from a different country. Room was ok but very old
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I was in a single room which didnt live up to the images on expedia. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was bigger than the room. There was constant noise coming from the lift. The room doesnt come with air conditioning as stated on the site. The shower unit flooded my first day. Was basically told I hadnt used the shower properly. I was on the 6th floor and it was undergoing extensive room renovations. The flooring of the hallways was covered in brown paper which made everyones footsteps noiser. Im disappointed that I wasnt made aware of the renovations prior to my stay as I would have changed hotel. Apart from that the location was great. Its 2 mins from the train station and metro.
Property was excellent however the air condition in our room was not cold. Did not matter as we just opened the window. The bathroom sink and shower struggled to drain water. Both issues did not affect our stay.
The water temperature in the shower kept changing as I showered.
Under cinstruction
Just close to train station! Property is for discount travelers and low cost
The shower was discussed and the water was unstable (hot and cold at the same time)
The bathroom needs updating. The shower head was broken and the tile in the shower needs repair.
Easy button
Not only is the hotel just across the street from the train station the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Not that we needed it but this was one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever had in a European city.
Stay in Rome
Great staff evry friendly
The staff were very good. Hotel very dated
Staff go beyond and above so accommodating any way possible Olga super sweet
Solo adventure to Rome complete with this stay
Staff where very friendly and very informative great location very easy to find and overall just a great place to stay
Excellent stay, especially terrific tours
I never give 5 stars for ecofriendliness, but this place was great. Not even a single plastic drinking glass wrapped in plastic or single use soap, etc. Bravo! The hotel also offers free tours of a wide variety, so a special shoutout to Elisa who led the two tours I took. An art historian who really knows her stuff and also young, so up on what’s current in town for shopping, history, and art.8 Also love the fact that it’s directly across Via Marsala from the train station. This will be my hotel of choice on future trips.
Very near from train station
At a good place near the trainstation. Nice and clean.
