A great little Hotel

A great little Hotel. Nice position, lovely rooms, friendly staff. Also has a great restraunt just next door. Breakfast was nice and the kids game room was a real bonus.

Perfect for a family of four!

Couldn’t have been a better overnight stop on our road trip through Andorra. A picturesque setting in this small town. The room was clean and spacious and quiet. We loved the set up with the bunks for the kids on one side and a large bed for parents on the other. The man at the desk recommended the French restaurant behind the hotel for dinner and it was amazing! We had such a nice meal in the patio with a view of the mountains.

Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast and reasonably priced.

Gem along the French toll road

Decided to spend night on way for a family vacation in Northern Spain. Last minute booking and later arrival time. Front desk was great and we got a nice room for 4 of us. Enjoyed the breakfast in this former castle. Great location and great service

Nice value

Very reasonably priced hotel in a small village just off main road through Andorra. Has a restaurant and bar. My rate included breakfast which like most in Europe includes lots of breads, cold cuts, cheese and cereals as well as juices and coffees.

Clean. Comfortable. Good customer service

The room was a good temperature. Also nice bathroom.

A gem hidden in the mountains.

Awesome find. The owners made us feel like family from the moment we stepped in the front door. Nice clean rooms, great bathroom and wonderful restaurant. If back in Andorra, this is where I would stay, hands down.

First class breakaway from all the bussle in life.

Loved it. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful with helping with travel arrangements. Firdt class breakfast with delicious home cooked evening meal. Would highly recommend.

Peacefull mountainside hotel

Faultless hotel; quiet location with good outlooks, excellent room and facilities, generous meals at inexpensive prices, very accommodating manager and staff, two easy day walks from hotel and central to many of Andorras tourist destinations.

Awesome, with a couple caveats

I enjoyed this place - clean, comfortable rooms, surprisingly good food available for dinner in the adjoining restaurant, and a nice setting atop a hill looking into the Andorran mountains. However, a couple minor complaints: first, the place isn't sound-proofed well, and my room was directly below the kitchen, which meant it didn't get quiet until late and then the noise picked up again early. There was a family with some loud children as well and the sound carried - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The only other comment I have is that their cancellation policy is extremely strict, so be very careful with your booking. I was passing through on a road trip and accidentally booked the room here on the wrong date. When I tried to move the date (not cancel), I was told that this wasn't permitted. It was my mistake, yes, but no margin for error. Overall, though, it was a nice place and reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend to the budget traveller.

Charming little hotel in Anndorra

We absolutely loved our stay at hotel L'Ermita and wished we would have stayed longer than the one night. The owners are very friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations on a hike in the area. The room is a bit cozy but could have slept 4 comfortably thanks to a second floor bunk area. My wife and I peeked up there, but didn't need to use it since it was just the two of us. We liked the location as it was a secluded little side of the valley with gorgeous views. The hotel has a restaurant and I believe there is a bar across the way, but there isn't much else around there. I am not sure what the public transportation is like in Andorra, but I would think you would need a car to visit. We were there in the off season though and it looks like Andorra caters to a lot of winter ski traffic, so perhaps there are shuttles that we were not aware of. All in all, we already can't wait to come back to Andorra and will definitely stay longer at Hotel L'Ermita as we thought it was a great value.

Great Customer Service in a Beautiful Location

Hotel L'Ermita really exceeded our expectations! Nestled on a hill next to a sanctuary, we were very happy with its location outside of the bustling, busy city. The view from our hotel room was beautiful and the immediate area is perfect for a stroll. Hotel service at check-in, dinner and breakfast were all outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. Ample parking right next to the hotel was also a strength. No complaints. This is a wonderful hotel!

Great location - quiet and picturesque

Stayed for 3 enjoyable nights, felt it was great value. Excellent restaurant. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Good hotel

Good safe parking - you need a car to get anywhere - about 5-10 mins drive from Andorra La Ville. Very good dinner and excellent value but they close the restaurant on Sunday. Very helpful receptionist.

Brilliant value and very friendly Hotel

L'Ermita is a very well kept and organised hotel a short distance from Canillo. The Hotel itself is very good value for money and the Half-Board option is excellent. All the food is prepared from scratch in a proper French kitchen. The owner is very friendly and speaks good Spanish, Catalan, French and English. I would recommend it to British travelers who do not want to be surrounded by British holidaymakers since the clientele is mostly international.

We chose L'Ermita based on reviews and weren't disappointed. Fantastic stay. Next time we visit Andorra, L'Ermita will be our first choice.

Un endroit romantique, reposant niché au cœur des montagnes. Le village est très pittoresque. L’hôtel, à taille humaine dispose d’une vingtaine de chambres spacieuse confortables.

Accueil exceptionnel

Hôtel tranquille face à Merixchell, chambre très agréable et propre. Super petit déjeuner très complet en sucré et salé, il manque juste la confiture maison. Le top c'est l'accueil, toujours avec le sourire et à votre disposition, une vraie bouffée de gentillesse.

Parfait en famille

Accueil parfait. Solution proposée très simple si on arrive après 20h00. On se gare devant l'hôtel (du moins en été). Les chambres sont propres. Petit déjeuner nickel. Pour le restaurant, il y en a un sur le parking juste en bas de l'hôtel => Prix correct et excellent dans l'assiette. Conclusion : Nous avons fait une étape à l'aller et allons y revenir au retour...

Habitacion algo pequeña, por contra muy limpia, nueva y aseo grande y moderno. Yo pondría los enchufes más accesibles. Desayuno muy bien y mucha amabilidad. Entorno muy bonito. Tranquilo. Cuidado no hay recepción después de las 20.00

El personal muy amable, el desayuno y las habitaciones excelentes, aparcamiento fácil y gratuito.

séjour très agréable dans un petit hotel familial à l'accueil chaleureux aux chambres refaites à neuf, dans un cadre très calme, loin de la foule mais à quelques minutes seulement en voiture du départ des pistes de Granvalira. Un très bon rapport qualité / prix en saison de ski.

Cadre très agréable Des chambres familles pour 4 petites mais conformes aux descriptions. Salles de bains très propres et modernes. Literie excellente. Ma chambre un peu bruyante avec la route en contrebas. Petit dej excellent. Accueil très sympathique.

Para disfrutar de una vacaciones tranquilas

Una estancia magnifica con un trato excelente. Fué un acierto su elección ya que se encuentra en un punto cercano a todas zonas interesantes a ver en Andorra, pero con la ventaja de la tranquilidad y la calma de estar fuera del bullicio de las zonas urbanas. Además nos acompañó el tiempo en toda nuestra estancia, que más se puede pedir

Hotel très agréable

Retour 8 ans après une première venue que nous avions bien apprécié. Aujourd’hui, les chambres ont été refaites et celle que nous avons eu était très bien. Petit déjeuner impeccable, varié et copieux (super jus d’oranges pressées) et patron au petit soin (et très accueillant). Très bon hôtel avec bon rapport qualité prix entre Andorre et Le Pas de la Case. Nous vous le conseillons.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, the location had free parking, the people there were very nice, the bfast was excellent and well priced, and the gym was great.

Hotel de calidad muy moderno y recomendable

Hotel muy cuidado. Servicio excelente por parte del personal. La media pensión merece la pena, con la comida de calidad. También el desayuno es excelente. Café Nespresso, bollería recién hecha. La habitación cuádruple quizás un poco pequeña, sin espacio suficiente para colocar toda la ropa. Pero la decoración es muy moderna y nueva.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Habitaciones dobles algo pequeñas, pero en un estado óptimo inmejorable. La media pensión merece la pena. Desayuno muy completo y con bolleria recién hecha. Cena de calidad

Soprende, muy por encima de nuestras espectativas

El hotel esta en una zona muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo cerca de la principal carretera que te lleva al centro de Andorra en unos 5 minutos. hay zona de parking publico cerca. La habitación estaba recién reformada. Recomiendo la media pensión, no es buffet, pero en el menu opciones para elegir; tanto la cena como el desayuno excelentes de muy buena calidad. El personal del Hotel muy atento. volveremos a repetir.
