The lady at the service desk was extremely friendly and helpful!!

Fantastic location - we walked everywhere from the Colosseum to the Vatican to Piazza del Popolo to Trastevere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Definitely would recommend.

convenient Hotel to be close to every tourist spot in Rome. Bus station in the street behind , but not needed if you are used to walk. Vatican City at abour 25 minutes walking, only 2 bus stops

Simple rooms and furnishings, but nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Cute breakfast in tent outside but make sure you are not rushed to eat before a booked sightseeing. One lady served all tables and each item came in a little bowl or plate so she made many many runs to fill the table. To improve you can have warm eggs and fresh fruit. Maybe guests can take themselves? There must be a lot of waste.

This hotel was in a great location. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Staff were helpful.

Perfect location!

The location of Hotel Le Clarisse al Pantheon was absolutely perfect - 2 blocks from the Pantheon, with its lively piazza, and very close to all the main sites you want to see in Rome. It was an ideal starting point for wherever we wanted to walk to and explore each day. The breakfast was always a great experience and the room was clean, with the exception of some tiny mildew spots in the shower. But it was spacious and everything worked great. Our only complaint was street noise. We liked to keep the window open at night so it wasn’t so hot but there was traffic noise from street sweepers and garbage trucks and other vehicles all night long. Not much they can do about that and it definitely did not ruin our whole experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very good. It had a very comfy bed, was very close to almost of the big tourist attractions, and the room itself had a lot of space (more comparable to an American hotel room than the typical Italian hotel in our experience). It did have two downsides tho: 1. The shower floor was Ridiculously slippery, my wife and I both slipped and fell in it. (We are not clumsy, and didn’t have an issue in the other 3 notes we stayed at while in Italy. 2. The hotel used a website on your phone to unlock the room and building doors instead of a traditional physical key this is a good idea but in practice the website was very slow and sometimes took several minutes to get a door to open.

The location of this property made almost everything walkable. We walked to all the major sites. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They gave us tips, directions, and arranged our airport transportation for us.

I think there must've been a club nearby because early am hours 2:00-4:00 young adults would be yelling and laughing every night.

This hotel was wonderful. Perfect location, right in the middle of the historic district, a 3 minute walk to the Pantheon. The hotel room was beautiful and clean, all modern amenities. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was on the terrace and was delicious. This hotel really made our Roma experience perfect

What a wonderful hideaway hotel which is convenient to all the major sites in Rome one wants to see when visiting. It was especially perfect for someone who does not like being in the middle of all the noise and crowds We were first welcomed by Sara who gave us some great information and a couple of recommendations for restaurants not touristy, she was also very helpful in giving us additional information in ordering a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure The hotel is super convenient to transportation, whether it’s the buses the tram or just walking everywhere. You would not know it’s a hotel as it appears to be a part of a residential building. The accommodations were clean comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and an electric tea kettle with some tea and coffee available for use. Every morning we were provided a lovely breakfast on the terrace, which is perfect to start our day. Even in the colder month during the rain, we were able to sit outside under their enclosed area. Service was lovely. For those unfamiliar with European bathrooms, there was a bidet in the bathroom and our room had a very large soaking tub. However, like a lot of other European accommodations there was no hands-free shower, rather in order to wash one’s hair you have to hold the handheld shower component whilst sitting in the tub. A minor inconvenience which was traded off by having a lovely soak in the tub. If you are a light averse sleeper, the Wi-Fi blinked.

Great property for a couple or family looking to see as much as Rome as possible. Walking distance to all major tourist sites. Over a week we took a taxi once only. We saw all major sites by walking no more than 20 minutes each way. Lovely resturarant below hotel and loads of options really close by. This hotel backs onto the pantheon !! staff were relly helpful and always on hand when needed

The staff was very friendly

Loved the breakfast approach. It was nice to be tended to at our tables. Menu was limited but thats ok as it was not practical to provide too many options. Liked the eco-friendly aspects, such as automatic lights. Great location, just a few mins from Largo Argentina and Pantheon etc. So many places to eat snd drink are nearby too. Easy to walk to major tourist locations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - centrally located and easy walk to major sites. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Shower in the bathtub was a bit strange even for a seasoned European traveler. Would definitely stay here again.

Federico was such a sweet person. He took good care of us every morning during breakfast. The receptionist was also great and helpful!! The hotel is so close to everything around. We didn't use a taxi/uber at all. I would definitely recommend and return!

Best location to see all the historical sites in Rome with everything within a 20min walk. Cant get a better location. Rooms very clean and well laid out, although not the biggest room you would staff in. Use of technology to enter property nice, but could be probalmatic if you don't have your own internet data plan and relying on the hotel internet.

The hotel is situated in a great location and very accessible to all the major tourist destinations. It’s about 3 mins walk from Pantheon and another 10 mins walk from piazza Navona. The room is clean but slightly dated. It’s reasonable size. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is first time visiting Rome and like to be close to all the major attractions.

The property was okay. There was no one in the front desk after 8 pm.

Hotel is nice, bed extremely hard!

Excellent hotel, very clean and great safe walkable location. Our room was specious with a very comfortable bed and the shower was so refreshing after long hot (35deg) walks around town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. When checking in you must take the elevator or stairs to floor 1.

Amazing stay! Location was perfect, on a side street so close to everything. There’s a mini mart right outside and a few cafes and restaurants steps away. Quiet street, felt safe. The building is dated but hey, when in Rome! The a/c was wonderful!! Spacious room and the cleaning staff was on point. Reception was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind, no elevator there’s a decent amount of steps with heavy luggage but most definitely well lit at night. Would definitely stay here again, great value!

Perfect location!

I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. They were wonderful. The rooms are large and what the hotel lacks in amenities it more than makes up for in terms of location and hospitality.

My second stay at LeClarisse. Comfortable, very clean rooms; especially love the shower, also having a fridge and electric kettle. Only negatives: little storage space for clothes and closet set up for very tall persons. If you require an elevator, make sure to request room in that side if building. Location can’t be beat! Staff all helpful and friendly. Recommend highly!

Upon checking in a room key was not available and had to use a code sent via email to unlock the room electronically. Initially was confusing but I got the hang of it. This system may pose a problem for guests without a smart phone with access to their email.

I’ve been to Rome five times now, staying in five different hotel. Hotel Le Clarisse is now my favorite place to stay. It is in the heart of Ancient Rome, close to major sights, and It feels like a small neighborhood hotel. A taxi stand is a block away, the Pantheon is two blocks away. We easily walked to the Vatican and the Coliseum.

Great location in the heart of the city. Very walkable to all the sights and a bus stop/taxi pick up right around the corner. Felt safe in our hotel with multiple locked doors before our room. Nice room that is affordable.

My first time in Rome & when my taxi stopped, I was a bit underwhelmed at the access and check-in but then once I met the check in staff, my impression started to change. Lovely people and amazing spacious room with high ceiling, tall windows, lovely bed and pillows, clean and modern bathrooms. When I stepped out, I realized the real value. It bang in the middle of archaeological area with walking distance to everything u need to visit. Breakfast was OK and served in the room as the dining room was under renovation but who cares.. Can't recommend it enough especially for the price go for it guys

Everything was amazing.

Le Clarisse is super well located. There was an elevator to the hotel floor, which is always nice. Tucked onto a side street, it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly, making sure we got our taxi to Termini early in the morning. We never could get the television to work. We probably could've gotten the staff to help, but it wasn't that big a deal. The shower temperature was possible to control, so moved from cool to hot on its own.

Amazing location, so close to everything but not in the middle of the chaos. Incredibly clean and the room was spacious. Amenities were top notch. Staff was very helpful and polite. I travel a lot and I highly recommend it.

The location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Bed was in poor condition. Shower had water temperature issues-it’s hot, now it’s not! Light and fan in bathroom on a timer that went off after 3 minutes, not easily reactivated.

Le Charisse is a small hotel that isn’t very modern but what it lacks in amenities, it makes up on customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. The room service breakfast is plentiful and good.

Great staff! I felt as though they were happy to have me as a guest. 2 mile walk to the colosseum and Forum. Similar to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. I would return to this property. I recommend staying here

This is a very nice property. It is is right next to a Michelin starred restaurant, but even the modest restaurant at the end of the alley was nice. The staff provided excellent service and assistance during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends and family!

Comfortable accommodation that is close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and walkable to many other destinations. Easy access to bus and taxi. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the centre. Receptionist was brilliant. Only downside potentially is some steep stairs on one side of the building with no lift. Was ok for us but may be a problem for others.

Location is amazing plus the room has very high ceiling. One thing we didn’t like is we could hear the next room snoring and it was loud.

We stayed here 3 nights at the beginning of the week, with our adult daughter in a room for 3. We had an excellent experience. Sarah, the staff person at the desk, was especially noteworthy for her kindness and responsiveness. We returned for one night at the end of the week before our flight home. There was just my spouse and I this time, so we were in a double room. Sarah was terrific once again. She arranged our transportation to the airport for the next morning. We had trouble with the Wifi in the room. We could connect outside the room at the hotel, but it was impossible inside the room. We were only there one night, so not a huge deal, but if we'd stayed longer that would be a bigger issue.

Conveniently located. Quiet and clean. Sarah at the desk was terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. We would stay there again.

I stayed here with my daughter and the staff was amazing very helpful ladies at the reception and gave us recommendations for food and a map to move around the city. I also felt very safe in this hotel and the room was comfortable and very cute. I would recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel le Clarisse al Pantheon!! Zaiga & Sara were so helpful and kind!!! The hotel is in a prime central location. Walking distance to most key sights! It was absolutely spotlessly clean!! The breakfast on their terrace for 8 Euro was delicious and plentiful! The beds were comfy and the shower had great pressure!! We were more than happy and will tell all our friends to stay here when they visit Rome!

This place was extremely expensive for what you receive. Other than the staff’s dinner recommendation, the pillows, and the location, this hotel was big disappointment for its price. We didn’t have any data, and the key system to get in almost got us locked out for the night because you need wifi to enter. We needed to ask the neighbouring restaurant to help. The key system is not intuitive. You have to gain access at the building entrance, the floor and then your room. Everything was small: the room, the elevator, the shower and bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t even free! We had to pay 8€ each for a breakfast that was not good at all. The shuttle to the airport was extremely over-priced. We were so disappointed.

This hotel has a great location - close to sites, shopping and transportation (bus stop is Argentina and the hotel is one block away), the Staff are super helpful and sweet, the room was a decent size and clean with a comfortable bed, you will have your breakfast in the room and you make your selections the night before.

First time in Rome and this is where my wife and I stayed. Would definitely recommend and loved all of the staff. A stones throw from the Pantheon which is a great central location. Two thumbs up.

An unbelievable deal for a great stay! The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and communicating with us prior to check in to ensure that it would be a smooth arrival/check in. The hotel is located on the first floor up and there’s an elevator. The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. We opted to pay 8€ for breakfast and in the winter they deliver it to your room, you check off what you want the day before and they bring it on a beautifully done tray and this was definitely worth it! If you’re looking for a very affordable stay in a great location I’d recommend this hotel

Just spent an amazing 2 weeks at the Clarisse al Pantheon. My room was spotlessly clean, breakfast arrived on time every morning, staff were amazing, and the location is perfect. The ambience of the hotel is just what I was looking for in a Roman vacation. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Rome!

From the lovely young lady at the front desk who assisted in changing a dinner reservation (and was even complimented by the restaurant staff!) to the staff member who wrote our names on our morning cappuccino- everything was above and beyond. Third time in Florence, and I would book this hotel again without hesitation!
