The bed was to hard for my old back. The free breakfast was very good. The facility appears to be very clean. Ask for a room away from the freeway as it is very noisy on that side.

Was a very nice hotel grounds are beautiful very clean well manicured I only wish tv was bigger and maybe some artwork on walls Breakfast was delicious and service all around was exceyeill definitely stay here again . Great location too

Close distance to malecón

We stayed herefor a week and opted-out of the all-inclusive because we wanted to explore the city. Traveled with 3 children under 5yo. With that in mind I’d like to share our experience Pros: family friendly hotel, there are a few pool options for children. There are palapas right on the beach, with local vendors who come up to sell different things. Breakfast buffet provides an array of food options, they seem to change the menu every other day but overall it was good & the views to the open seating are stunning! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. There’s an Oxxo within walking distance. Cons: some pool amenities weren’t working in the children’s pools. The water over at the boat pool was ice cold the week we were there (February) & was always empty because of that reason. Some areas to the hotel need some work. Id rate their customer service a 2/10, we had an issue where they charged us an extra week & weren’t able to get a full refund despite me speaking to a manager onsite! They’re super stingy with the pool towels so don’t loose them or that'll be an additional charged at checkout! From what we saw, this resort isn’t worth the money for allinclusive, their restaurant options are very limited including the bars, so save yourself a couple hundred dollars & opt-out. I’m glad we did! We enjoyed their breakfast & ventured out throughout our stay. Lots of local restaurants in the malecón & nearby area.

When i check in they send me to a different palomas hotel, i didn't like the location and spend more in transportation

Tepic Roadtrip Stopover

Nice stopover on road trip. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Wish it had a pool and restaurant on site. Hotel was a bit noisy next to highway and gas station, but rooms in back were quiet.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast. Great value.

3 story property with excellent staircases but NO elevators. Poor room lighting and dark bathroom. Excellent beds and bedding. No decorations at all and wood panels instead of usual hotel curtains. Good breakfast and safe parking area, but it is stone paved so drop your heavy bags with receptionist before parking because they may not roll. Hot water was scalding hot so use EXTREME care with showers especially with young ones.

You get what you pay for. Great price for clean, spacious room with very basic amenities. Wifi was good. Doesn't have badic amenties we are used to. No hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, no drawers to put things in. Overall great price for clean place.

The outdoor pool, restaurant, and bar were non existent. My reservation stated I had all the facilities but when we got there nothing. Appears they have a sister hotel by same name. Staff was nice. Bare essentials in room. I was looking forward to a relaxing two days. Very disappointed.

Beautiful newer facility, quiet and close to highway for travels

Nice and clean bed. The only thing was the cleaning lady’s walking around early morning trying to get in the room and making a lot of noise outside, they can stay a little quieter and they have this control do deactivate power inside the room and that was annoying but they fixed it in 5 mins but still annoying

It is clean and they try to create a good surrounding, given that it is in between roads. Because it has metal doors, it was noisy when people closed them without being mindful. The staff was friendly.

Pleasing hotel.with poor expedia coordination

Too bad expedia and the hotel can't coordinate payment for a reservation. Both charged my credit card for our room. Hopefully one or the other will remove the charge. Of course, in the interim it's my problem. Really makes internet reservations untrustworthy. Not the first time.

Restaurant was not ready in the morning when it should have been. We left without breakfast;did not feel like waiting for coffe to be ready. Internet was very slow; difficult to use.

Easy in, easy out.

Very conveniently located hotel at the top of the Tepic Libremiento. Rooms are clean and spacious. Short on amenities like coffee in the morning. Easy place to stop, gas up, visit a pharmacy or Oxxo as needed.

Not the greatest

The hotel is very institutional, very stark and smells strongly of bleach or chlorine. So much so I thought they had a pool. The room itself had a very different but overly pungent cleaner sent. I had to open the window and I almost asked for a different room. It seemed very clean but I was bitten 13 times by morning by bugs that 'off' bug spray did not deter.

6 months travelling....this hotel is the best!

Hotel is clean, comfortable and '60's charming'. Staff at every turn were extremely courteous and helpful. For example, I had a mechanical issue with my bike...Eric (Security) jumped right in to help me. Juan Carlos, the Hotel Manager was constantly in the lobby helping and greeting guests, Veronica and all at Reception were more than kind, and Pauliano (?) in the restaurant ensured my breakfast was exactly what I was looking for. Hotel is easy to miss - right off of Libramiento.

Comfortable room, quiet, clean. Very decent restaurant for a hotel. Very convenient location next to Oxxo, Pemex and pharmacy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, among the best I've encountered when traveling. Highly recommend this place, easy to get to. Make sure you get a room on the side not facing the highway. Very motorcycle friendly, great stop for riders. Expedia deal was by far the best online.

A place to sleep when passing through

Overall this place is average. We had a lot of luggage and got a room on the second floor. There were no elevators we could find and no one to help you carry it. The room floors where sticky either from being mopped with dirty water or too much cleaning chemicals and that causes the room to have a strong odor as well. overall this place is just for last minute stays.

Comfortable Hotel for Our Overnight Stay

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. There was a buffet breakfast available ( not included in the room rate).

Reasonable accomadations for a great price

This hotels access is a bit tricky to find. I knew what I was looking for and still missed the exit. The hotel itself is very pleasant. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area to the rooms so hauling a bunch of luggage could be an issue. The rooms are huge and fairly comfortable. The building shows a little wear but it is clean. The water in our shower wasn't very warm but this is common in Mexico. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

Good value for the money. Room was a little worn and tired but Clean and good size. Internet worked fine in room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Would stay again there.
