We stayed at the new part of the hotel - apartments. Amazing modern facilities in our studio room with fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer and washing machine. Dressing gowns, slippers - free coffee / tea making machine in the hall.

This is an old Soviet-style hotel renovated for more comfort. It's quite comfortable. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We stay at this hotel 4-5 a year as an overnight place when we drive. It is very well kept. Overall good, safe, clean place. The lux room is the best has everything you need.

приехали на поезде в Новогород в 6 утра, в 6.20 были уже в отеле и нам сразу выдали оба номера (для нас и друзей). Только в нашем номере еще не стояла детская кровать, но пока мы завтракали, кровать уже поставили. Номер небольшой, но нам и не нужен был больше. кровать удобная, одеяла-подушки, все комфортное. В душе есть гель-шампунь, и даже есть наборчик с зубной щеткой - обычно такое встречается в Азии, в России мне не попадалось - тем более в 3* На этаже есть кулер с водой, хочешь в чашечку, хочешь в бутылочку на ночь набирай. Холлы очень симпатичные, продуманные, приятные. В общем, отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Рекомендую!

Отдыхали с 24.06.19 по 25.06.19. Брали бизнес номер. Делюсь впечатлениями. Из положительного : Чистый отель, приветливый персонал,удобно расположен в центре близко к Кремлю, понравилось наличие на этаже лаунж-комнаты для отдыха с кулером, микроволновкой, чаем, сахаром.В номере мини-холодильник, чайник, 2 чашки, напольный вентилятор, халаты, тапочки, много полотенец. И отрицательного : в номере НЕТ кондиционера, было душно (при температуре на улице 22 градуса), при бронировании на сайте Hotels.com была указана НЕДОСТОВЕРНАЯ информация о стоимости завтрака, который оплачивается отдельно "примерно 300 руб/чел" на самом деле завтрак стоит 450 руб/чел. Были неприятно удивлены, но не идти же с утра искать кафе, пришлось раскошелиться на 900 руб за двоих. Таких денег завтрак честно говоря не стоит. Вцело отель соответствует своим 3 звездам, но в следующий раз выберем отель, где завтраки входят в стоимость и где в номерах есть кондиционеры.

Останавливаемся второй раз в этом отеле. Очень доброжелательный персонал, в номерах чисто, WiFi, холодильник, телевизор, по 3 полотенца на человека. Единственный минус- платный завтрак, но это оговаривается при бронировании.

Гостиница "Интурист" в Великом Новгороде находится в хорошем месте, недалеко от центра. Главный минус - нет кондиционера в номерах: очень жарко, как в духовке, не помогает даже вентилятор.

Отель, находится рядом с Новгородским Кремлем, в 15-20 минутах ходьбы от вокзала, в 10 минутах ходьбы магазин " пятерочка". Тихий спокойный район.Номер - чистый, комфортный. Прекрасное обслуживание. Мне понравилось.
