Outstanding in all facets. The manager went beyond when I got ill. She called clinics in the area. Amazing!
The room was extremely small, hotel is in an area where the streets are so crowded one can hardly walk
Beautiful room, clean, neat. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast and room service are good options. Close to restaurants and shops. Walkable to train station. It can be a little bit noisy in Tokyo so we had high floor room. Can’t really hear anything from outside except for the sirens and the police talking through the megaphone (it was not frequent).
Great location Lovely staff Very clean
I like everything about the property
In addition to amazing location, the hotel is like an oasis inside. Very quiet and great views. Rooms were very comfortable, loved bedding and bath robe was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great hotel, right in the heart of Shibuya! Excellent views!
The service from the staff
Wonderful!
Great location, if staying in the midst of the Shibuya chaos was on your list haha. My room was great, with nice view of the park. Train station was nearby and even more importantly, so was the Mark City shuttle to the Haneda Airport (about 6-7 minutes). Staff was helpful and friendly. I think it was reasonably priced given the location and amenities.
great staff, exceptionally clean rooms, straight forward and reliable check in
Everything was great!
This was the first hotel we stayed at in Japan. For western visitors, this was a very easy hotel to get used to right after arriving. All of the expected amenities are there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests we made. The hotel is located right near Shibuya crossing and station, so it is a great place to stay if you want quick access to the rest of Tokyo via the train station. Also had a great view!
Nice
Exceptional location while being a serene oasis right in the middle of all Shibuya has to offer. Don Quijote and 2 coffee shops as well as food on the 1st floor
The hotel was beautiful inside. The staff was excellent walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining and entertainment.
The facilities are superb and the service is superior.
Room was too small
The hotel is new and very nice but the room was too small.
Perfect location in shibuya. We stayed on the 25th floor and had a beautiful city view. The hotel is at the top of a few restaurants and cafes so that was convenient. It’s also right across from Don Quijote which is a must when visiting Tokyo! Only negative - staff was very slow to bring a couple requested items to our room on multiple occasions.
This hotel is absolutely worth the price! Located in the famous shopping and bar/ restaurant area it is amazing how quiet is it inside. You get great views on the city from the lobby on the 12 floor and rooms. Rooms are very modern, clean and all staff members are super friendly and helpful! Mattress was on a harder side which I like but if you like soft mattress might be an issue. Location is very convenient and easy to get to places by foot or train. I would absolutely stay there again.
Amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Shibuya. Would come back again. It’s a busy area, but the hotel is a pleasant respite. Staff are attentive and kind, rooms are quiet and kept very clean. Only thing I would say is breakfast is not worth it compared to options in the area, unless you specifically want a western style breakfast.
Great location and easy to walk around Room was good but not great. Overall no complaints .
Great location in Shibuya. Entry A2 to the train station is very close the main floor entrance (that is across from the Shibuya Don Quixote). Makes for ease of entry/egress, especially if you have your travel bags with you. The rooms themselves are not large, but are very clean and attractive. There is a vinyl record theme throughout the hotel as well, and albums are used as decorative items in the rooms. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if given the option.
Great location - good hotel.
Good hotel in an excellent location. Part of the Hilton group so they know what they are doing. The most expensive hotel of the places we stayed at during our travels. Part of that is because it is in Tokyo but I find NA chains more expensive period.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The room decor and amenities provided surpassed expectations, and our room was quiet despite being in the heart of Shibuya. Location is near the trains station(s) and there are plenty of shopping and dining experiences nearby.
Good
Excellent location and staff was nice and accommodating! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed
Great location
Liked: Centrally located to food, shopping, train station & sites to visit; front desk personnel very friendly & helpful. Did not like: Housekeeping tho excellent in cleaning the room, rearranged our personal items in the bathroom & main area without our permission disrupting placement of some of our items; also found trash items that were forgotten by housekeeping
Perfect hotel for families with kids. Close to everything with a 5min walk to shibuya crossing. The staff was exceptional so kind and very helpful.
.
Beds were uncomfortable especially the pillows
Great hotel conveniently located near Shibuya station. The staff were very helpful and the dining options are great - we really enjoyed the brunch. We appreciated this hotel’s attention to details with amenities, modern aesthetic and cleanliness
Staff very friendly and helpful My friend had an allergic reaction to an eye cream and they were very attentive and caring
Great
Great location and staff were very helpful.
Great location
Loved our stay!!
Amazing stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect location , extremely clean, excellent & attentive staff . Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious.
Excellent
Great location! Excellen service!
Staff was exceptional and willing to help. This is a perfect place to stay in Shibuya
This was a great location, clean, and friendly hotel. Wish the bed was more comfortable (hard as a rock).
Over priced room and dining options, limited dining options and food options.
Awesome new hotel in the middle of Shibuya
Okay not great
An okay stay for the price, the hallways smelled really bad to our room for our entire duration. It smelled like rotten ramen. Could use air freshener and the comforters were not soft at all it was like sleeping in a hospital bed.
Very central location. Subways are just steps away. Staff was very friendly. Nice restaurant.
Good location, safe and clean.
the staff were extremely kind polite helpful and very professional!! Our stay was the best we’ve experienced!!
Just a great hotel overall. Will return!
Great experience, friendly staff, great facilities and ovation, delicious food
Enjoyed a great stay with daughter and grandson , lovely adequate sized room with view , very clean , helpful staff , great location .
Staffs were welcoming, professional and helpful.
Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff at check in were very accommodating.
Stay in Shibuya
It was all about the location that worked well for our family. Apart from that the hotel itself was amazing! They have great breakfast option which will keep you full till late evening. Especially if you are going on any tours. Rooms are super clean. The only complain we had was the bed and pillows. This is more personal may be but I have a back pain and neck pain and sleep wasn’t very comfortable for me. The staffs are amazing! They will go out of their way to get your needs met and won’t stop until you are satisfied.
Nice
We would definitely stay here again!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Love the amenities and the room!! We even got a sleepwear!!
Beautiful amenities in room. Comfortable beds and nice layout. Good coffee place inside hotel and well-situated to shopping and restaurants. Kind and helpful staff.
Solid and cool. Not stuffy. Best breakfast buffet.
Great location and super clean but the beds are hard as a rock. You will wake up with a sore back assuming you can actually fall asleep. That’s my only complaint.
The best hotel in Shibuya
The hotel is conveniently located and has been open for less than a year, so the condition is excellent. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, it is not a significant issue, as this is common in places like the UK or Japan. The staff are friendly, but their friendliness does not greatly exceed the Japanese average; it is appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Of course, this is a subjective evaluation as I haven’t interacted with all the staff. However, one point of discomfort that I feel anyone would agree on is the condition of the bed. Having spent one-third of the year abroad and spending between 30,000 and 50,000 US dollars, this was one of the worst mattresses I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to mattress quality.
We loved out stay at Shibuya Indigo. The room had a fantastic view, lots of restaurants, shopping and fun times right at your door step. A short distance to the train station made it an easy experience. The included breakfast was delicious and full of options for all ages and ethnicities. The staff was kind, accommodating, easy, helpful and it was a terrific experience. I would certainly recommend this place to come back again and or to friends and family. Loved it
Well located for Shibuya/Harajuku. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet.
Nice stay here. Room with great view. Friendly staff.
This hotel just checked every box for our family of 4. The view is stellar, the location is excellent and so central. There are so many good food and shopping options within the same block! And a Mega Don Quixote right across the street. The Shibuya station and Shibuya Scramble are steps away. Even my very nit-picky tweens loved this hotel. We want to come back to Tokyo and if we do, we will definitely be a repeat customer at this hotel. Nothing but good things to say.
Excellent hotel in a remarkable place
Very good. Great for shibuya area
Amazing location and will come back
The location of the hotel is phenomenal, so convenient to eat, shop and commute around Tokyo. This is a huge plus to shopaholics, there's a massive 24 hour shopping mall right across the street and one that opens till 5am downstairs of the hotel. Another amazing thing to mention is the breakfast, it was so delicious and worth the price. I would recommend everyone to add the breakfast. The room itself was fair - good interior design with a little dining table, the space was quite compact though but the room does its job.
Small room but very good condition
Close to Shabuya - have hotel address ready for taxi, not well known.
Can’t beat the location, a lovely hotel. Rooms nicely sized too - nothing to complain about really!
Great hotel in Shibuya. Friendly staff and very clean.
Very busy area. Great Property and staff!
Absolute gem of a hotel in the perfect location. Ground floor coffee shops and a mini doni store.
Wonderful hotel, great restaurant!
It was good
The staff was great. Nicely located ..near shopping and public transportation. We had fun
Great location. Professional and courteous staff. Nice rooms.
Convenient location. Staff very helpful and friendly. English speaking.
Breakfast was excellent and delicious. Buffet style. Great location. Small rooms with everything you need.
Convenient Shibuya Location
This was our first trip to Tokyo so we wanted to stay in a neighborhood that was convenient to shopping, dining, activities and the subway. This location was excellent in terms of those things. But know that this area can feel a bit like New York's Times Square. If you are looking for calm and upscale, I would suggest another area (maybe Ginza). Overall this really worked for us though. The room was clean but small (maybe average size in Japan tho). It was easy to communicate with the staff in English and they helped arrange getting our large luggage sent ahead to Kyoto so we didn't have to take it on our train and taxi to our Ryokan visit between Tokyo and Kyoto. There is a beautiful rooftop bar that we enjoyed late afternoon drinks and appetizers with a great view of Tokyo and airplanes coming in for a landing at Haneda. The decor of the lobby and rooms is very minimal and doesn't say "luxury" even though I feel like we paid the price of a higher end hotel. I didn't quite feel like the value matched the price, which is why I knocked off one star.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Indigo in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Situated in the bustling center of Shibuya, Tokyo Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
Wonderful stay! Clean, cozy, and very convenient.
Beautiful hotel right in shibuya. Everything about our room was great. Would definitely stay again
Loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful any time of the day or night (we arrived late). Excellent location. You can't go wrong here.
Location is excellent for shopping and nightlife. New building so it’s very clean. Bar and outdoor lounge are a great respite from the Shibuya crowds.
The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean and the staff were extremely friendly. There was plenty of shopping nearby and within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.
So good!!!!
Front desk was extremely helpful with dining recommendations.
Modern and clean in the center of Shibuya
Great Hotel located in the center of Shibuya. A welcoming staff with great service, the hotel looks new (maybe it is) very clean with a very good atmosphere, modern bright and lovely design, rooms are very comfortable and pleasing. Highly recommend!!
We've been to Japan many times and stayed in many hotels. Hands down this is one of the best. The location is amazing, the rooms and hotel are cool, luxurious and fun, the staff amazing. We can't wait to come back.
This was the first hotel stay of our trip- the property was fantastic- next to everything! The hotel was very up to date, and had a great breakfast- with real lattes made with good machine by barista. Overall this was one of best hotels we stayed at on our trip!
Great property and location for a first-time visitor to Tokyo. Room was clean and had a decent view. There was just enough room for two large roller cases, but not much more. Was nice to have the little bench and table area. Nothing more than you need.
Pros: clean, nice bathroom and toilet with good shower pressure close to train station, a lot of shops and restos around, polite and helpful staff Cons: not enough room for travelers with large suitcases
Great location, rooms are on the smaller size, but nice for Tokyo. Staff at the receptionist desk are not the most helpful. We were trying to arrange transportation between two indigo hotels and the staff didn’t provide many solutions, I think mostly due to the language barrier. Which is unfortunate since the hotel markets to western costumers. But the staff on the third are more helpful with transportation suggestions
Fantastic hotel, breakfast was great for kids and adults. Very walkable area, Staff was super friendly and assisted with all requests including arranging baggage forwarding to airport. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
.
Best hotel at Shibuya. The room is very clean. Location is good near to any metro station. There are many option for food
see above
The location of this place is convenient, and train stations near by, surrounded by shopping and great food places. It’s located in a busy area but it’s quite quiet, clean and modern. Would be going back!
