Excellent service and location

Very elegant.

Fantastic 2 night stay

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so visitors could catch the AirPort Express (even for price).

Service galore

As soon as you arrive the service is out of control good. The whole experience was like no where I have ever been. If I come back I will always stay there!! Rooms were beautiful too.

It was a last-minute reservation for Valentines Day. The restaurants looked great but were all fully booked. Outdoor pool deck on 9th floor with nice warm water. Excellent support from concierge/bell desk. Nice location near Science and History Museums.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel ICON, and I can’t recommend it enough! The partial sea view room was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such a beautiful view every day was a highlight of our trip. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay, everything was impeccable. One of the things I really appreciated was the customizable options, like their pillow menu and the filtered water provided in the room—small details that made a big difference in comfort. Plus, the room size was impressively spacious, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Overall, Hotel ICON exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and outstanding hospitality, this is the one! Can’t wait to be back.

Lovely hotel that was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Loved the service and amenities at this hotel! 😬 they gave us the highest floor and we had free mini bar every single day! The daily housekeeping was done really well too :) overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend anyone to consider this hotel!! The only downside would be that the rooms don’t have very good soundproof and we could hear people talking in the corridors in the morning. It didn’t affect us as we were going to wake up anyways!

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries! The mini bar in the room was replenished daily with an abundance of drinks and snacks, ensuring we always had something to enjoy. The pool and gym on the ninth floor catered perfectly to our different needs, and the views of Victoria Harbour and The Peak from the pool were breathtaking. What truly touched me was the attentive service. On the day of my checkout, I had to attend a meeting and could only leave my 14-year-old son alone at the hotel. Upon check-in, they not only offered a late checkout but also informed us about the lounge available after checkout, allowing us to continue using the pool and gym facilities. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and was conveniently located within walking distance of a bus station, the Science Museum, the History Museum, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Overall, our stay at Hotel Icon was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Being around 20 years old, I think it’s keeping well. I would prefer if they had wine glasses as it’s not cool to drink wine from glass cups

The hotel has a strange smell like Chinese medicine when you enter. There are 3 people working at the reception but the checkin/checkout process seems complicated and time consuming. Also the ground restaurant took quite some time to serve. Hotel room and facility are great, price quite reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Icon. The hotel is very nice, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the room was well laid out and I loved the bathroom! it made for a wonderful stay while on a business trip, if I were to be traveling to Hong Kong for leisure, I would def want to stay here as well! all around a great experience and hope I get to stay at Hotel Icon again soon!

Amazing hotel every which way!

We had a great time staying at Hotel Icon! The staff are great and helpful. We booked the partial harbour view room and the view was great. The room was spacious and the free mini bar is a plus. The location is convenient, it's close to the bus terminal and a huge bus stop next to the cross harbour tunnel. The closest metro station is about 10 minutes away.

Decent size room, view ok Expensive dining. Unusual lighting in room. Long walk to East TST.

All the staff at the lounge was soooo nice: Agnes, Issac, Angel, Vivien and Karen offered the best service during breakfast, tea time and cocktails. We enjoyed our stay in HK at the icon hotel. We enjoyed the shuttle service but we think it might offer more rides after 2pm because the following service is around 4pm. One thing that could be improved is to have tables available in your restaurants for the guest that has just arrived. Another thing is to limit the age of the children, sometimes the kids get too noisy. Its the first time that in a hotel lounge that allows children, these ammenities are usually for adults only

This Hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are huge and beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need or want including a free mini bar that is stocked daily. The bed is so comfortable with the nicest sheets and pillows I have ever had in a hotel before. The view from the room window was spectacular so much so we didn’t even turn the television on once. We arrived much earlier than the normal check in time and while we waited for our room to be ready for us we were given a key to the guest lounge with relaxing chairs, tea, coffee and snacks, usb recharging sockets, and access to showers, sauna and the swimming pool. The hotel is in a great location, close to the underground train station and a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade where the light show over the habour is best viewed from. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for your stay in Hong Kong, you won’t be disappointed.

Its not what I expected, elevators took forever, staff was not friendly, the club access is super small and when 1 person sits at a 4 table seat takes all the space.. I wanted to leave right away. I didn’t spend a dime there but the stay..

Service was excellent! This hotel does have intern working here but they are so well trained. So it helps to contribute to society by training more hotel staff for the future. We were pleasantly surprised. We almost lost a small soft toy, possibly wrapped up within the bedsheets, but the housekeeper managed to find it back for us and even gave us a free hotel icon bear! Really grateful. Location is great. Near food places and hung Hom station. The only thing I dislike is that the shower area drainage wasn’t too good and it may flood after a long shower. Not sure if it’s because of this, after that it had a musty smell.

Best Hotel in Hong Kong

We were fortunate to stay in the Club 80 Suite and it was a very special experience. The room was amazing but the view over the Harbour made it very memorable. From the rain shower to the very comfortable bed and lounge everything in the room was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and the whole crew on the 88th floor were out to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Cody in reception was also a big help in helping us organise our exploring. Overall, an incredible hotel with amazing staff.

great hotel, would definitely stay here again!

The concierges could not have been more helpful. Top shelf property in every way but one. Too much “scent” enhancement throughout. Overwhelming at times and reminded one of a duty-free perfume store in any airport.

Perfect base for a work week in HK. Club level a must as the 28th floor is a fabulous lounge with full breakfasts, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. All with a beautiful view of HK Island. Staff was great, pool and gym top notch. Zero complaints.

Confused impressions

On the one hand, the hotel is still good both in terms of location and comfort. The cuisine in the restaurants is also wonderful. But upon check-in, we immediately encountered things that were absolutely unacceptable for such a hotel. How can it be possible to book a Club Suite 80 for four people, if in fact they offered to accommodate three people (offering only one extra bed, which was placed in the bedroom). To our question - “how do they imagine parents living in the same bedroom with adult children?”, in response we received only a smile and an offer for one of us to sleep on the sofa in the living room. If you look at the photo of the room, you can see that the sofa there is in the shape of an arc and it is impossible to sleep on it. It turns out that they decided to laugh at us. After that, I took over the work of this concierge and showed him how to put two extra beds in the living room. To do this, you just had to move two chairs and the beds fit perfectly into their places. But then I heard a “stunning” answer - it is forbidden to move chairs!... Are you serious?! In the end, after a quarrel, they did as I suggested, but it cost me so much nerves that I’m unlikely to have the desire to stay at this hotel again. And I want to repeat once again that it is not necessary to make it possible to book such rooms for four people. In our case, I would be better off booking two interconnected rooms. It would be both more comfortable and cheaper.

The location of the hotel is close by the HungHom MTR station, and is in walkable distance to the harbour and ferry pier. The biggest shopping complex in Tsim Sha Tsiu are all within the area. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful as usual. I would always recommend this hotel to visitors to HK.

The minibar is free!

The staff were the best! They helped so much during the Typhoon and were very kind. Everything about the stay was amazing.

The partial harbor view room on the 20th floor provided a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was compact but was designed well enough to make the stay comfortable. The free minibar had soft drinks/juices/chips etc. The house-keeping was on-point. There are many shopping/dining options close by. The staff were courteous and welcoming at all times. Sight seeing options were also pretty close by. Very comfortable stay overall. Highly recommend.

The cleaning staff was top notch. Most front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. I specially love their filtered water system — don’t know how to get through my day without drinking a ton of water lol.

Superb location and amenities i was upgraded to a suite and it was the best room i have ever stayed in. Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, real first class experience. We had a late flight in the evening and they allowed us to access the outdoor pool to relax and shower before heading to the airport!! Would be my number one location on my return to HK

Amazing room with wonderful views and given the location very reasonably priced. Great pool and facilities too. The service wasn't great though and the club access limited. We arrived after 8 PM so missed many club benefits.

Early check-in allowed and accommodated by super friendly staff. We arrive around 10AM after 14 hour long flight. Helped a lot! Area/location is perfect right on Victoria Bay. Hotel is beautiful and upclass.

One of the best hotels I stayed in so far. Excellent service, professional staff. Very clean and very good location. Rooms are spacious and modern. You get free mini bar refilled every day!! Unlimited drinking water in the room. Was my birthday when i stayed there and got birthday cake delivered to my room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
