Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially 'Lomo Saltado' (Peruvian stir-fry). Only complaints were that some of the neighbours liked to party until the small hours and could be a bit noisy.

Soldeu ski vacation

Everything was great; large, comfortable rooms, incredible breakfast and dinner and attentive staff, location. Sol at the reception was wonderful to deal with.

Personal amable, habitación enorme, con todas las comodidades, limpieza perfecta, todo estaba impoluto, vistas a la montaña. Cocina impresionante, cenamos en el hotel y todo estaba riquísimo. Desayuno abundante, muy variado y completo, con muchas opciones de dulce y salado. Experiencia increíble, volveremos seguro!

Hotel was very friendly and also were flexible in putting on an early breakfast one morning at 5.30am that was excellent

The hotel feels old and very tired. In our room the sink was blocked and one of the reading lights didn’t work and was hanging from its fixing! But the most disappointing thing was the food (and drinks) at breakfast. It was awful. The staff were helpful and friendly though. Amazingly the room rates were similar to the Piolets and Nourdy hotels!!

Ski holiday

Good hotel with very friendly staff

The hotel is well situated, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were clean. The food was OK, and the common areas seemed fine although as it was half term all these areas were taken over by kids and families running around - so avoid half term time if you're bothered by this. The hotel is dated in appearance, and our room was very dark to the point where we had to use iPhone torches to see inside wardrobe to find/remove things. Our room didn't have any overhead lights except near the entrance door, and as it (like all of Soldeu) was painted in various shades of dark brown it really was a problem. For this reason alone, we won't sta\yt at this hotel again. Our friends were staying opposite in the very similar Hotel Piolets which we visited (it has a nice terrace bar outside, the common areas are a bit more modern, dining room has multiple buffet areas, unlike the Himalai single feeding station :) The room at our friend's hotel was also much brighter, with overhead lights. So I'm giving it a good score overall, and I suppose some rooms may actually have overhead lights - but just for this reason alone, we'd not revisit it.

Good hotel but it’s tiered and needing some TLC

Convenientemente localizado cerca de las montañas de esquiar. Hay 3 ski rentals sumamente cerca y el Hotel te da descuentos en algunas tiendas. Personal sumamente amable. Desayunos muy buenos. Variedad de restaurantes cerca.

Lovely ski weekend

Hotel was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Slight hiccup with our first room, but the staff swiftly sorted it and moved us. Breakfast had lots of choice - even for a vegan and vegetarian. Magician was a brilliant bit of entertainment one night!

Great hotel. Really central to Soldeu.

Our stay here was wonderful. It’s tough to beat the location - across the street from several ski rental locations, 2 minutes down the road from the Soldeu gondola, and within walking distance to great restaurants. The VIP perks were the icing on the cake though. An upgrade to a larger room (it was huge!!) with a balcony and a welcome drink made us feel right at home. We also booked the spa within short notice which was very relaxing following a day of skiing, and in general really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean, check in was quick and easy - very good English spoken. Rooms well maintained if a little dated.

Just stayed one night for a ski day. A good hotel. Room was comfortable. There is parking but it is 18 euros per day which I thought was a bit expensive. Also there are not too many spaces so I would advise to ring ahead to book it if possible. Overall a good stay.

I got a room just above the street on 2 floor with nice balcony .... But just above the biggest bar in the area .... The music and screaming was very noisy all night . The nice guy at front desk offered me to move to other room in the other side of the hotel and I did ... Got tiny room with no balcony ... Just above the smoking area of the same bar .... Very noisy all night ...

Large comfortable hotel

A large spacious hotel set in the middle of an attractive village that's perfect for skiing and hiking. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed before in the Autumn between seasons, so the hotel was incredibly well-priced.

Family ski trip to Andorra

Stayed a few times here, good service as always. Food could be slightly better, hotter, etc, but overall experience was good. Location was by the ski slopes so brilliant.

Short Ski Break

We stayed only one night, the first time at this Hotel. Everything was satisfactory, breakfast was good and breakfast staff are very pleasant, especially the lady making the eggs to order. The room was spacious but could do with some updating. Can be noisy in the early hours when the bars and clubs close.

Friendly hotel

Excellent location. Have stayed in ski season and summer for walking. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Free half day activities are brilliant. Edu and his team of guides are superb -we learned so much about the area and walks nearby are excellent.

Close to the chair lift and very friendly staff

It's not a ski in ski out hotel as some sites would have you believed, but it's only 5 mins walk to the main chair. It's a nice hotel with hot tubs and steam/saunas. Staff cannot be faulted & it has everything a skier needs. It has free lockable lockers. You can buy ski passes in the hotel and there is a ski hire shop 1 minute from the hotel. Me, my wife and 7 year old stayed on a B&b basis. There was plenty of variety of food, a chef will cook omelettes to order. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough. We were in the 4th floor and had a great view of the mountains. Like any hotel you can find faults if you go looking, but I would definitely go back as it ticked all of our boxes.

Summer visit

we went to Andora for couple days before our stay in Barcelona. Admitidly all Andora reminded us a Ghost Town in summer , most of restaurants , hotels , shops closed. and it was not much things available around. Spectacular views. however hotel geared up for skying season and not much else.

Average

Arriving at midnight was really annoyed that our clear booking of twin beds (me and my son) had been given to somebody else and spent a week sharing a double bed. Hotel was full no chance to change v poor.

Andorran break

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Easy access with free parking in the public car park over the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable although there can be some road noise when the windows are open. The food in the hotel is excellent - both substantial buffet breakfasts and evening meals. A good base from which to see lots of Andorra - just a few minutes walk to the nearest cable car. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it as an in expensive, value for money option.

Great jacuzzi, nice scent everywhere. The guided excursions are impressive and free ! I`ll be back.

Hospedagem perfeita para ski

Melhor custo benefício em Soldeu: perto do acesso às pistas de ski e dos melhores restaurantes em Soldeu. Quarto com vista para a pista e montanhas de ski; camas confortáveis com bons travesseiros, roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Café da manhã farto, com muitas opções; atendimento da recepção impecável; com estacionamento e ski locker na garagem, essencial para não ter que levar botas molhadas e equipamentos para o quarto. Quase na frente tem uma lavanderia. Único ponto a melhorar: secador de cabelo é ruim, mas pessoal do hotel informou que estão providenciando a troca. No mais, perfeito!

Si puedes quedarte en otro hotel hazlo!

El hotel está viejo y nos pusieron en una habitación que no llega el elevador, teniendo que subir por unas escaleras improvisadas chiquitas y peligrosas. Siendo un destino de ski es obvio que traes maletas grandes y nadie nos ayudó a subirlas. El agua de la regadera se sale por todos lados porque la regadera no tiene puerta se moja todo hasta el escusado. Las toallas están desgastadas. La habitación estaba limpia pero los sillones del lobby se ve muy sucios y viejos de hecho el hotel tiene un olor a viejo.

Personal muy majo

The facility was very modern and cosy at the same time, which resulted in a luxurious yet warming atmosphere. The staff was also really nice and easy-going: when we accidentally checked-out about one hour late they didn't charge us extra. Furthermore the breakfast buffet was really well-organised and extravagant. There was a chef freshly preparing pancaces, eggs, waffles or omelette on the spot. Also there were lots of details and extra's to add to your plate such as fresh cacao for the coffee and lots of spices. All with all it was delicious and a really pleasant suprise. The parking facilities around the hotel are limited to free parking at night or for a €3-15 fee at a private parking space. The Expedia site mentiones a gym and spa, which are not freely accessible.

Le meilleur, c'est le personnel adorable et l'emplacement idéal (juste en face de la télécabine). Mais nous sommes venus ici il y a 12 ans et la décoration (à part quelques nouveaux rideaux, un peu de nouveau carrelage et une nouvelle tête de lit) est exactement la même, et elle a l'air très vieillotte. On a plutôt l'impression d'être dans un hôtel 3 étoiles décent. Et malgré l'excellent emplacement, j'aurais aimé payer quelques centaines d'euros de plus pour séjourner dans l'un des hôtels les plus récents et marcher quelques minutes de plus pour arriver à la télécabine.

Great location, but a mixed hotel experience!

It's a small town, so you must find a parking lot first or park illegally to check in (not the hotel's fault). Hotel is perfectly located to slopes & restaurants/bars, the lobby/downstairs lounge is large and clean, and the hotel is nice overall. The receptionist was friendly, but she did not tell us about the ski hire discount available through the hotel, or about the ski lockers downstairs. The 1st room (with a view) smelled horribly strong of (animal/human?) urine. They offered to have the maid clean again the next day, but that type of deep odor is not easily or quickly fixed. She moved us to a 2nd room (with a view) which was ALREADY OCCUPIED, so we walked in on people "in bed". The 3rd room (smaller, no view) was a total downgrade, but it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. The jacuzzi was barely warm, the steam room was dangerously hot (people were complaining), and the dry sauna didn't work. Two people started having sex while my husband was resting on the spa lounger... not the hotel's fault, but awkward! Breakfast was fine. Overall a mixed experience, esp. because the hotel is a bit overpriced.

La chambre était très propre, le prix très raisonnable ! Pharmacie, épicerie et restaurants à proximité. J'avait un balcon avec vue sur la montagne J'ai adoré cet endroit !

i don't have time

Nos tocó la habitación en la primera planta y hacia calor, pero no podías abrir las ventanas porque subían los olores de sofritos del bar que hay debajo. Mi cama el colchón se un día mucho.

Personal fabuloso. Servicio en comedor genial e instalaciones buenas.

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno algo corto pero bueno.

La habitación grande y acogedora. El desayuno muy completo y variado. El personal muy atento y servicial. Nos encontraron algo que habíamos perdido.

La chambre était très confortable et propre . Par contre on est déçu du service . Tout les restaurants extérieur complet , l’hôtel n’a pas voulue nous faire un room service , alors que c’est noté dans la prestation de la chambre .

Estoy eternamente agradecida por que el personal de recepción de este hotel ha sido super amable, educado y me han guiado en todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuese maravillosa. Muchisimas gracias a Sana por su simpatia y su manera de tratar i a Gustavo, el chico Argentino de noche, que me ofreció una infusion al llegar con frio. Sin duda, un hotel al que hay que ir para disfrutar, desconectar y disfrutar de las vistas

Genialllll! Aunque no es un hotel nuevo, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Localización perfecta,desayuno de 10!! El personal, lo mejor. Hacen que te sientas como en casa!

L'habitació era molt maca, còmoda i àmplia. El personal de recepció com del servei d'esmorzar molt atent i servicial. Totes les dependències molt netes.

De lo mejor de Andorra a un precio excelente

Es un hotele que tanto en verano como en invierno nos ofrece un lugar de los mas acogedores en Andorra. Al lado de las pistas, conveniente tanto para ir en coche a todas las zonas de Andorra, y al lado de un monton de tiendas restaurantes y cosas para hacer durante todo el año. La calidad del alojamiento por el precio que tienen hacen que sea una de mis opciones siempre que vengo a Andorra.

Habitaciones nuevas y limpias . La cena un poco escasa y poca calidad
