It was very very basic. Not a bad hotel but nothing cute about it. It is definitely misplaced as it’s located in one of the higher end areas of medellin. In that aspect, it’s a great value for the area but otherwise it’s equivalent to what a $35 a night hotel looks like in Laureles

Great area, quite, clean, 24 hours front desk. Nice staff always willing to help, good WiFi for remote work, and there is a nice restaurant onsite. Breakfast buffet is perfect.

They should offer more to customers such as coffee in the rooms etc.

I had dinner and they charged me four times the price, as soon as I realized about it I asked for a refund and they promised they will do it, but in the end I never got my money back. Also I had over a 100$ in my luggage and suddenly it disappeared. I would not recommend this hotel, and it was too noisy.

Esta en una buena localización, Los taxis llegan super rapido. ahi varias cosas cerca , puedes caminar lo que no me gusto, el agua caliente se termina super rapido, solo te dan una sabana para arroparte eso lo encuentro mal, y todo se escucha, las paredes de los cuartos son muy finitas por lo que escuchas todo lo que pasa en el pasillo.. Everything was good, but you can hear everything when you sleeping, anything that is happening around your room you hear in your room.

I reserved, an additional week. Kinda obvious, Hotel Greenview is a great value, with outstanding staff, facilities, and services.

Un hotel sencillo pero muy bonito. Personal muy amaable. La única observación es que deben prepararse para cuando no haya agua en el hotel. Nos quedamos sin agua 1 día y no fue nada agradable. Otra cosa es que las sàbanas deben cambiarlas por unas màs grandes.

Booked for 6 days, checked out the next day for a different hotel. The property is way overcharged for what is delivered. Not taking anything away from the helpful staff (only bright side), the property has very small rooms and in a shabby state. I checked out in 1 day, though I booked a non-refundable for 6 days.

The location is but. Don't waste your time or calorie eating the food from the hotel. The fix breakfast was bad, i order room service and it was bad too.. la propiedad esta en un buen logar pero la comidad es pesima. Tanto como el desayuno gratito como el biste k no es churrasco ero lo venden como tal.

This hotel is overpriced for location and quality. Breakfast staff were great We like to walk but this was up a long hill. Too much hill We hadb reserved two rooms 2 double beds. They tried to give us a dorm room

Cesar Lopez who is in reception at nights was arrogant and rude to me and my whole family. He asked us for all our ID, it was a reservation for 10. There was child she had to sign. Mind you it was midnight. He didn’t accommodate us next to each other and even went on running his mouth about our documents being reported to the police for security. Which I understand. He was unnecessary. Seemed like he didn’t want to work. Look for a better place, theres def more to chose from. Wish i had. Cesar Lopez en la recepción Por la noches fue grosero arrogante No solo a mi pero a toda mi familia. Reservacion para 10 personas pagada con anticipación. No nos acomodo en el mismo piso. Nos exijio identificacion a todos y básicamente nos trato de advertir que la documentación la mandaban a verificar y a imigracion. Como si fuéramos fugitivos, muy grosero y la verdad fue in necesaria su actitud. Como que llegamos muy tarde a media noche y no quería atendernos. Da lastima el servicio del resto fue bueno pero también ahi otros lugares mucho mejores en el poblado para quedarse. No se queden aqui. Hasta hizo firmar un documento a una niña de solo 7 años. La verdad total ridiculeces.

Very simple hotel with a small fridge and tiny bathrooms. Would probably rate between a two and three star hotel by our standards. Very clean, simple breakfast cooked to order, very pleasing employees. You will be charged for everything though. However an overall peaceful hotel and great value for money. Super close to the main malls by taxi too !

They have to keep working on the facilites , The bathroom and the forunitures.

Me alojé en este hotel durante 6 días y quedé sumamente satisfecha. Desde la cálida bienvenida en la recepción hasta el impecable servicio durante toda mi estadía, el personal hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que mi visita fuera memorable. La habitación estaba perfectamente limpia y muy bien equipada, con una cama extremadamente cómoda. El desayuno súper rico y el restaurante me encantó. la ubicación, etc. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, con fácil acceso a lugares cercanos de interés. Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a cualquier persona que busque una experiencia agradable y sin preocupaciones. Esperamos regresar pronto.

Excelente localización, bueno para visitar Medellin cerca de todo. Lo único que puedo decirles es la cama no es muy confortable por todo lo demás esta super.
