No service No body at réception we watt 1:30h for our key

Real nice people. No English spoken, but my buddy spoke enough French to get us by. And the staff was very good. Nice room with "character". Air conditioning was functional. I would love to stay there again if I ever get a chance. (I would have to work on my French first.)

$1900 OVERCHARGE ---TOTAL BILL $2600---FOR 1 WEEK--ROOM RATE $135. Place and area stinks to high heaven of raw sewage. Picture is OLD an totally misleading, place is a DUMP, little building on the right of picture is an Old Chicken Coop. Restaurant is "CLOSED", breadfast (bad) if available, normally the hotel has no management staff on site. IT IS NOT ON THE BEACH--PATH TO BEACH IS BLOCKED BY -NO TREAPASSING SIGN AND VICIOUS DOGS MAKING RUNS AT YOU. SLIMMY OWNER SMELLS OF BOOZE AND STAGGERS AND INCOHERENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED-----EXPEDIA WILL NEVER POST THE ARTICLE BECAUSE THEY CAUSED THIS MESS AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Small hotel nestled in the hillside with a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely return.

My room was freshly painted and clean, and with a wonderful view and balcony. However, the shower was broken, the balcony window-blind didn't work and the balcony door wouldn't lock. Although these defects were photographed by staff during my fortnight's stay none were fixed prior to my leaving. I was also not given the more-expensive kitchenette that I booked, but my request for a refund was totally ignored. Expedia also ignored the email I sent telling them that I was given the wrong accommodation.

That area is not in the most convenience part of island for tourist. We were placed on a attic room, which is unique but not practical. I have to hunch my back all the time. I also saw a lot of tiny ants in the room. WiFi signal was also bad for our room.

Little hotel for families

William greeted us and was very positive and explained the features of the property and the room (mini fridge in room, 2 level units, many with views). The little pool was full of kids playing together. The woman from a neighboring unit knocked on the door at 9pm demanding that we stop talking and walking because it was disruptive to her and her family. If you have a family and want to leave the kids at the pool alone this is a great place for you.

Quiet place to stay w/ friendly staff

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating! Great location and nice property. The room was a bit awkward and not what we were expecting. It was a loft type room where you had to climb up a latter to get to the bed. The bathroom was not private. It was below the loft and only separated by a shower current. Also, breakfast is not included. Big disappointment.

Disappointing...

The pictures and description are misleading. It is not near a beach, and the restaurant is not really a restaurant. When we checked in at 7:30pm on a Friday, we were told that the chef was gone. We assumed we just missed him. The next day, I spoke with the front desk to ask about the restaurant hours. I was told that the restaurant is open late in the evening. Later, we went to the restaurant at 7pm and again was told that the chef was not there. As we were trying to figure out why the chef wasn't working on a Saturday evening, another family was seated at a table. We asked why couldn't we get seated, and another guest chimed in and told us that we have to place our dinner orders early in the day from a selection of 3 items, and the chef will drop the meals off at the restaurant in the evening. Huh? No one ever told us that at check in or the next day when I asked about restaurant hours. It was confusing to not know this. For the rooms, there was no real separate bathroom from the main area where the bed is. There is a door next to the bed for the toilet (very small area just big enough for a toilet), and a separate door for the shower. Very small and right next to bed. You can see the beach at a distance from the hotel, but you can't get to it. There is no road to drive to it and you cannot walk. If you need a cheap place to sleep, this is it, but do not expect more than a bed, and a place to shower.

Beautiful property, intimate secluded hotel

A great, intimate, hotel. Features a variety of rooms along with a restaurant and bar by the pool. Very unique property. Located at the top of the hill, hotel is secluded but just a few minutes from lots of activity, shopping, water sports, etc. Room was great, with a huge bed, desk, sofa, refrigerator, shower and toilet. The property has gardens, trees, and great landscaping. The nature comes out at night and you can spot and hear the frogs, snails, lizards and more in the gardens. During the day, the trees are alive with a variety of birds. Beautiful gardens and property.

Beautiful place to stay with great accommodations

The hotel staff and manager were wonderful and always ready to assist. I was unable to speak French and they would try every possible way to ease the communication barrier. I forgot my universal charger and they lend me an extra charger for the whole time that I stayed. The room has everything that a home could have, which was amazing (i.e. spacious, plenty of pillows and beds, free wifi, air conditioning, microwave, fridge, outdoor pool with bar, and ocean view). The food was spectacular and was beautifully decorated. The manager suggested great things to do while I was on the island for a very short amount of time. I enjoyed the stay overall and would love to come back whenever I could take a vacation. ---vacationer from Texas---

The room was very clen everyday, the hotel staff was nice and very friendly, recommended.

Damien is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome and relaxed. The staff were excellent. We had dinner on the deck by the main pool area at short notice, and were very surprised over the quality of the set menu! Truly excellent. The communal areas of the hotel are quite modern and clean. Our main issue was in the quality of the rooms themselves. Outdated. Proper curtains, better linen and mattress as well as a shower head would be good

Nice, affordable, pleasant...

This hotel is off a small bumpy road as are many on Martinique. The neighborhood is residential so you will want to have a car. While not the most fancy hotel this is a very nice and surprisingly affordable place to stay. Ocean view rooms look out on the Caribbean water and some small islands. Hotel staff tried to be as helpful as possible.

Did not get what I expected

The pics were misleading. Didn't get the room I reserved. Got a smaller room & reception clerk said there was no room like I described. I later found out he lied. Disappointing.

Old, rusty and dusty place

The kitchenette was rusty and simply could not be used, the furniture was old so as the bathroom facilities. A lot of moschitos hiding between the walls. Wifi did not work most of the time. The only good thing about the place is the see view and terrace of the rooms at the ground floor. Generally, overpriced, if you find a house to rent for half of the price than opt for a house.

Hôtel bien situé et calme, mais parking insuffisant et chambre 211 à éviter (WC et douche minuscules et dans la chambre, vue sur le parking plus que sur la piscine !) Restaurant correct mais la carte ne change pas de la semaine !

Très agreable sejour

Tres agreable sejour, la vue sur la mer, la piscine et le restaurant tres sympa. Poisson frais le soir au menu tres bien cuisiner, je me suis regalé.

Le personnel très agréable, accueillant, aux petits soins. Un séjour paisible dans un environnement calme et très bien décoré. Cependant l’emplacement nécessite une voiture.

Der Ausblick war hervorragend. Wir haben das Zimmer nur zum duschen gebucht, da der Abflug erst um 23:00 Uhr erfolgen sollte. Diese kleine könnte ein Juwel sein... Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

La vue depuis les chambres de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’hôtel a beaucoup de cachet et est à taille humaine. En revanche, certains équipements dans les chambres sont vétustes

Chambre spacieuse, piscine très sympa Matériel vétuste

Pour 88 euros logé sous un toit avec peut de lumière, chambre en mauvaise état avec des sanitaires au rez de chaussé sans porte pour les wwc.

Le logement était très décevant, rapport qualité prix (payé 88 euros) pour une chambre sous un toit avec peu de lumière, accessible par un escalier très pentu en mauvais état, les sanitaires au rez de chaussée isolés de l'entrée par un simple rideau de douche. Ne recomande pas du tout

Jolie vue , assez bon rapport qualité /prix. Nous avons passés une journée mémorable en sortie bateau avec sea eagle ! Très vivement recommandé !

Grande chambre salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, chambre à l’etage. Tv qui fonctionne mal. Quelques poils dans la salle de bain et douche. Bonne literie. Jardin de l’hôtel avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Le jacuzzi n’etait propre. Piscine agréable

Hôtel charmant,cadre pas mal...et...et...maitre d'hotel plus que genial!!☺ Nous avons avec ma doudou,passez les meilleurs moments de notre sejour en martinique.... "Damien" est un "patron "extraodinaire...☺ Il est juste magique et vous donnera le maximun de lui même. .. Meilleure adresse de martinique pour nous☺ On est devenu ami et il passera en vac ds le 973.. A vous de voir...et bizz a lui de notre part..la 212 (suite) est magnifique ainssi que les autres..!!!

Séjour agréable, paysage magnifique. Très éloigné de tout. Pas de restauration, piscine mal placée et beaucoup trop petite. Pas d'ambiance.

Bel accueil à notre arrivée, personnel sympathique, chambre spacieuse, magnifique vue sur la mer à partir de celle-ci et lit confortable. Le lit principal et les serviettes de douche étaient propres cependant un des lits secondaires (que nous n'avions pas besoin) n'était pas fait et l'évier de la salle de bain n'était pas propre (taches de café, cheveux) à notre arrivée. L'établissement a besoin d'amour et d'être rajeunit. Un peu bruyant, surtout le matin. L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter le nord et le sud de l'île et il y a quelques restaurants aux alentours. Je crois que des travaux pour améliorer l'hôtel sont prévus prochainement...

Très belle vue mer de la chambre. Hôtel bien placé. Seul souci : travaux même le week end et des le matin.. Du coup dur d'atteindre la piscine... Personnel accueillant..mais pas de resto sur place (pas indiqué sur site de lhotel)
