Metrobus bus station near, about 6 minutes walk between şükürbey and Ibb stations. Beds are comfortable for small people but lots of broken items in the room like refrigerator and bathroom. They offer small safe deposit box. Staff are excellent. Rooms are super small.

Few updates could be better. Bathroom is has broken shower area with mold affecting room smell. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and soap. They have too generic and bad smell one. Its stucked in a broken plastic old container on the wall that fallseasily. Shower heads broken. Be careful the holder rod might fall on your head. You might not find hot water if showing. Hotel is very clean but my room was very small didn't fit my couple small luggages I couldn't move it around or open it freely. Beds are clean with one pillow. Hotel is directly located on major highway E5 where you will expect lots of car noise. Hotel in 5 minutes walking distance between Şükurbey and IBB Metro bus stations. Rooms furniture run very small yet sufficient with one night stay. I had a very sharp splinter went into my nail while trying to open the tiny nightstand. You must be careful when walking in the small room not to hit furniture. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a large person. There is a kettle and glass cups. Windows are half size, you can open window widely. Elevator could fit one person and 2 pieces of luggage. Breakfast is okay but do not expect lots of variety. They serve fresh orange juice, fruits, veggies, herbs, bread, delicious boiled eggs and varieties omelets to request for free. All staff are very respectful and nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

personaly me i liked it very much clean safe with nice breakfast good customer service i suggest others too to reserve this place it is realy worth it

Amazing stay in the hotel. All staff were excellent and manager was good and helpful he guided us where to travel around Istanbul. I definitely recommend anyone going for a trip to stay in this hotel because manager was no doubt 100% will make your stay enjoyable and will help you out

The toilet was dirty,mouldy . They should take care of this hotel

The service quality changed from day to day. One day I would have two body towels and one face towel as expected; then some other days they would stock just one body towel! The same thing happened with the breakfast quality. Some days they would provide variety, some other days you wouldn't find any variety. Another annoying thing during my long stay was the noise from the employee. I often had to eat my breakfast while two women were shouting at each other in the kitchen a few meters away from me. Same thing with the cleaning maids. The whole floor could hear them arguing, laughing, etc... I understand that the employees must interact with each other, but they should keep in mind that the hotel guests paid money to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment.

The Oto bus Stops right the hotel and it passes by like every minute. You can take this bus to go to the malls. The seaside is nearby and I go there every evening when I was staying at this hotel. From this hotel to go to new airport is about 40km from hotel. I took the Havaist to go. Cost me TL16. Overall hotel is quiet it’s good if you want to feel how the local people lifestyle because residential areas are surrounding. What I like most of this hotel is the staff - housekeeping, restaurant and reception. Very good staff and reception staff can speak English too.

Comfortable hotel, staff very helpful, pleased with the service. The hotel is situated on the main road and is very easily accessible via the travel networks, the nearest Metro station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Thank you for looking after us. Mohammed (UK).

Really rubbish hotel! I do not recommend it at all

The staff are rude, they gave us a tiny disgusting room. We requested a change it took us having to kick up a fuss for them to change our room. The breakfast is terrible. The front desk service is disgusting. I really urge people to not stay at this hotel! I absolutely hated it!!!!

Nice Clean Hotel

It was a very short stay with my family as we had to board the next plane the next day. It is about 15 mn drive from the airport and it cost around 30 TL for a taxi, but careful some cabs ask for 60 and even 80 TL. Overall very god hotel but the downside is the noise as it sit on the side of a very busy carriage way.

It was the same Breakfast every day. No variation. The roomservice doesn’t clean the bathroom and beds in the room every day. That’s not three stars standard.

Tek kişilik oda için , oda küçük fakat benim için yeterliydi. olanaklar iyiydi. tuvaletin kapı kolu yoktu fakat benim için bir sorun değildi zaten tek kişilik oda. kahvaltı iyi denebilir, yeterliydi. E5 kenarında olması bir dezavantaj fakat yalıtımın daha iyi olması sesi engelleyebilirdi. sabaha kadar uyumakta zorlandım.

Terrible hotel. Shower didn’t work. Cheap rule about not being allowed to have guests visit without paying more. Cold because of poor heating system and only one thing blanket on the bed. Loud traffic noise because it is beside the busiest road in Istanbul and the room has thin windows. Awful, awful, awful place that I hope no one else ever has to stay in no matter how cheap of a deal they offer online.

29 odalı 3*'lı bir otel. Kahvaltı 3*'a göre son derece iyiydi. Önünde park yeri var. Ulaşımı kolay. 3 yıldızlı bir otele göre gayet iyiydi. Yine tercih edebilirim.

Terrible. Do not choose this hotel.

Very bad conditions. The breakfast is very very very poor, is not the same as the photos in the hotel website. If you ask for obe EGG, be prepared to pay 15 EUR. There isn't any milk or even an american coffee. Terrible!!!.The only good think is the hotel location. I will never come back.

Not clean, very noisy, breakfast was poor, plates were not clean

Otelin konumu iyiydi, yol üstünde olup metrobüse yakındı ancak 2 gün üst üste temizlik yapılmasını istedik ama yapmadılar, sorduğumuzda da unutuldu halledilecek denildi ama yapılmadı 2 gün.

War dort geschäftlich eine Woche. Ich habe mich in der Nähe mit Geschäftsfreunden getroffen. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut verkehrsgünstig.
