Location is ok. Amenities are not good. Theres a sewer smell. Pool is very small. Service is minimal. Theres almost no room service. They treat the guests in the restaurant better than the hotel guests. I would not come back. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying.

El Llorenc is in a perfect location for exploring Palma by foot. We loved the spa facilities, rooftop pool and the restaurant. Everything was perfect, but above all the staff were amazing. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Hotel El Llorenç for 2 nights and received excellent customer service from every staff member we encountered from the moment we walked through the door. Our room wasn’t ready so we went to the beautiful roof top patio for a drink and a bite to eat. We also ate at Dins which was outstanding. It certainly deserves the 5 star rating as a hotel and will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Generally property was very good, there are 2 things I didn’t like, firstly group of Americans on a bachelor party were noisy and secondly some guests were ordering delivered pizza, these two lowered the status of a boutique 5 star hotel

For a hotel that claims 5 star level, it evidenced multiple deficiencies during the process.

Lovely stay, the hotel is to a high standard both in terms of decoration and service. Nice touches such as providing fresh water and little snacks daily were appreciated. The weather during our stay wasn’t the best but the spa downstairs was a perfect way to spend those days. Would definitely recommend

Upscale boutique hotel walkable to old town Palma. Staff was friendly. Nice views from the pool and rooftop bar. Only complaint is the rooms are small. Ours felt like a cruise ship cabin. Be sure to upgrade to a suite if you require more space.

A wonderful hotel in Palma which was perfect for our girls’ trip. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Jose deserves a special mention! Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop pool was a welcome addition at the end of our days sight seeing!

Wonderful stay! A peaceful, quiet hotel with a lovely rooftop pool. We enjoyed being in the center of town and close to the restaurants, shopping and sites.

Had a really lovely time at this hotel. Our air conditioning didn't seem to work properly but the staff were excellent at facilitating our needs and jumped to help us at every opportunity

Beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic service. Pool is lovely and peaceful and no fight for sun beds. Food in the pool bar was excellent (we didn't try the Michelin starred restaurant). Great location. Responsive and quick when requests made to housekeeping, concierge etc

El Llorenc is a fantastic small boutique hotel ideal for long weekend stays. It has a great style and theme throughout with a premium feel to everything they do. The staff were very friendly and made the stay even better. The location is very close to the Cathedral but will suit those who like a slightly more leisurely pace as it is not in the city centre - which is a good thing - but everything you need is no more than a 10-15 minute walk away.

Great staff and service - very convenient location. Only slight downside is the rooms are small but if you’re not intending to spend much time in then - it’s fine.

The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth the money. It's s nice hotel but not super convenient. The rooftop was probably what saved it from a lower grade. Also I was charged 35 euro each for breakfast, that was far too high. Other staff, rooftop, breakfast and cleaning were excellent.

This hotel is exceptional. We loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the roof bar and the decor. Would def stay there again.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Hotel El Lorenc! Reception were extremely helpful before and throughout as were the breakfast and rooftop waiters. We were given a light room as requested and enjoyed both the rooftop and spa pool. Highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Always attentive helpful and constantly and genuinely friendly. Their warm and considerate attitude was noticeable every day. They were the real differentiator for this hotel to stand out against similar models. Other important features. A very fresh, clean and stylish Hotel. And yes the food was excellent also.

I stayed here with my friend for my 40th birthday celebration and so glad we did! We loved it and felt spoilt whilst there, it was first class. Staff were all friendly and attentive and the hotel staff made my birthday special for me 😊 it was very quiet and relaxing with Moorish design and Balearic beats. Very clean and flawless design inside with a great roof terrace for enjoying the sun and evenings food / drinks. Breakfast was yum. We ate in Dins restaurant on my birthday and it was a lovely way to spend the evening having a tour of Majorca by the dishes served. The chef was also very accommodating to my vegetarian needs and my quirk of not wanting to eat eggs I can see (don’t ask). I felt this was such good service to have this catered to. Taxis were quick to the hotel to venture out or it felt very safe having a wonder outside in the evenings. Easy to go to and from the airport quickly. I’d love to stay again.

My wife and I came here for a birthday celebration and our experience was above and beyond our expectations. The staff when checking in and the staff serving breakfast are so professional and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.

Exquisite attention to detail in their rooms and through out the property. Spa area and indoor pool was amazing, private and very clean. After staying here the bar has been set so high for hotel rooms it will be difficult staying at other hotels. A few suggestions I noticed were: Urba rooftop dining felt closed in and a bit cheap of an atmosphere in comparison to prices they are charging. Unable to see any view from the table unless you stand up. Also, if someone asks for a juice or cup of coffee upon departure due to leaving very early in the morning for a flight, at a hotel with this stature I didn’t expect to be charged 7 Euros for each item especially when I didn’t have milk in my room to use the provided Nespresso machine. That was very petty and distasteful just as I was checking out. The woman actually waited for a server to ring in a bill for my coffee before she proceeded with my checkout, as if they could afford a complimentary coffee to a guest that stayed 2 nights, ate on premise, paid 35 euros to park a car for 7 hours and was hardly on premises (that left a bad impression).

The Hotel and staff were very nice indeed but the location was not great. There were no local bars or restaurants unless you were happy to take a long walk into Palma City.

The staff were friendly and available. We were not offered the option of an upgrade. The two first nights we spent at the hotel we did not have room service cleaning our room. Overall it was an Ok stay for the caliber and price range of the hotel. 7/10

Incredible hotel in Palma! The best of everything here with views of the ocean, 5 minute walk to old town shops or the cathedral, breakfast is fantastic, hotel staff cater to you and care about providing excellent service, beautiful room, bathroom fantastic, clean , quiet location in the evenings , pool and sundeck are amazing , indoor pool / spa area are gorgeous. We stayed one night at another hotel not far away and El Llorence was that little extra bit better in every category.

I would not necessarily say this is a five star property, but it was nice. They clearly have some kind of issue with the plumbing because there was a stench in the air inside the building - that was the only real disappointing thing. They had a lot of nice touches like turn down service and little treats in the evening. There is a michelin star restaurant in the hotel which we did not go to, but the rest of the food (lunch and pool menu) were just meh.

The property is nice, the rooms are well equipped but small. Not what you would expect for 5 star luxury. They felt like a cruise ship cabin. Similar there were service issues: for example, management allowed another guest to play their music loud on their own speaker at the pool. It was disruptive to other guests and took away from the 5 star boutique vibe.

The concierge/reception was excellent and helpful with us, providing info on bus schedules etc. all the servers were very attentive and friendly. Overall great service. Spa was great.

The hotel is in an absolute perfect location to the center of Palma, and the boardwalk. The hotel itself is immaculate, exceeding all of our expectations. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating in helping me surprise my husband for his birthday. Every person working in the hotel was curteous, friendly, and beyond helpful with any request we may have. The restaurant staff that worked the breakfast hour really made a great impression and ensured any request we had was honored....Thanks..We do plan to return!

A very nice property. All restaurant/bar staff is extremely friendly and competent. Roof area with pool, restaurant and bar is excellent. Hotel‘s neighbourhood (Oldtown, Calatrava) is wonderful and safe.

3 day stop over

The people, the service, were fantastic. This is beautiful hotel, it is only small but that was perfect for us. The food is unbelievably fantastic, served with utter pride. If you want to eat there book early. We will be back!

Very clean and beautiful property. Location is excellent if you want to be near the old town and it’s many restaurants. It’s a tiny boutique hotel with very friendly staff and good food. My one complaint is that the concierge booked dinner at the hotel restaurant for us on the wrong Monday, and they were not able to accommodate us at the restaurant that night. Instead we went into town to another restaurant they made a reservation for us at. They paid for the taxi($8 ride) and a $4 glass of Cava. I feel as though they should have accommodated us being that it is the hotel restaurant and it was their mistake.

We went to Hotel El Llorenç for a Christmas break and absolutely loved it! The staff were extremely kind and most helpful - anything we needed, they provided swiftly. We also ate in the restaurant DINS, which was an incredible experience. Michelin Star well deserved! My only criticism was that the in room heating system was difficult to adjust, and the room felt quite hot during the night.

Relaxing stay - December business trip

Beautiful property with very warm and welcoming staff. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect to relax and take in the sights of the old city and port. The hotel has a personal feel to it with only a few rooms per level.

I went on a short solo trip to Mallorca and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Very nice and kind staff, beautiful and stylish hotel, great location in the city, fantastic room equipped with eveything you would need, amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool and also an impressive indoor pool/bath house. The breakfast was very nice and worth the money. I also had dinner one night at the rooftop, and the food was unbelievable! I wanted to thank the chef haha I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing place!

I travelled with a friend and stayed 4 nights in August 2020. From the moment arrived, everything was perfect! The staff were attentive and friendly, with every precaution taken for Covid. The room was lovely, with everything including lights and the opening of curtains controlled by a control panel. The main draw for this hotel is the stunning rooftop bar with infinity pool! So relaxing with views of the sea, and always plenty of sun loungers / day beds available. There were even buttons on the tables between sun loungers to call for waiter service which was a great touch. Location wise, it felt safe and was only a short walk to the cathedral and some very nice restaurants. We will definitely return!
