Terrific hotel! Rooms were very nice and spacious! Property was very clean! Roof top was nice touch and wish we would have had more time to enjoy it! Staff was super friendly and always helpful! Location is very convenient access to Rome attractions!

Great room, good looking hotel, very nice staff, you can walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps from there. I particularly commend the breakfast staff, they were awesome.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Hotel degli Artisti. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our first trip to Rome. The location was great and we could walk to several of the must see sites!! The room was perfect and very comfortable!! Nothing negative to say about our short stay. We will be back!!!

Great location. 5 min walk to Spanish steps. 10 min to Trevi fountain. Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Only areas of opportunity were that the free breakfast was mediocre and the rooms are small. Overall great stay and would book again.

Very disappointed very noise at night air conditioner didnt work breakfast was cold not to much selection and hotel situated on hill very rough for walking up ...

Great Rome Hotel

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location in Rome. Rooms are bright and clean. Staff incredibly friendly. Great rooftop bar for guests.

Cleanliness is always a top priority for me and this hotel did not disappoint. Staff was professional. The room was small but immaculate. The street was quiet and very convenient to shops and close to the Spanish Steps. Very pleased. Also a lovely continental breakfast each morning.

The hotel was close to many attractions, shops and restaurants. It was modern and extremely clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us the best restaurant tips and were so kind to me when I had an accident and hurt my foot during an outing, then found out our flight had been cancelled. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt at home. Special thanks to Francesca, who made sure I got to eat, not just the dessert I was looking for, but the best in town. I'd recommend them to anyone coming to Rome and will most definitely come stay here again when back in Rome.

We stayed for 4 nights in sept 2024, the hotel is super clean and staff are friendly, it has a very nice rooftop as well. The breakfast is generous but not up to the Italian food standard. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice room size with wood floors and marble walls. Gorgeous looking interior with marble Nice bar, patio area on roof. Will be back to stay again.

A lower level hotel

We booked hotel for the jacuzzi and wasn't open until summer. Really summer.!!! Flys in entrance to hotel and room soo small. Very disappointed. Not correctly rated. A 3 star minimum. Breakfast adequate friendly reception

This is a great hotel with a fantastic staff. This was the second time I have stayed here. It is incredibly quiet and just off the beaten place. The breakfast is perfect with a little bit of everything to get the day started. The hotel is spotless and very accommodating. Will book again

During my stay at the hotel, I was incredibly impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, and their attentive service truly enhanced my overall experience.

The room was to small. The sq ft showing in the web are much more than the reality. Also they have rooms available and they wanted to charge us for the upgrade. Also the upgrade was too small. When we het to the hotel , the prices were less that what we paid!!!

This hotel made me wish I could add stars to the review. I can't say enough about what a great experience staying here was, starting from excellent staff, to nice breakfasts, to easy transport and a truly lovely area of Naples. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel, beautifully clean and brilliantly located. Service from all staff apart from one was superb and very friendly. Shame he lets the side down. We found him patronising and unhelpful and he did not change our taxi time to the airport as requested. Apart from this, our stay was superb ( breakfast also!) and we would return.

Excellent hotel. Service, cleanliness and location were great. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms a little small but to be expected in a big city.

My family of 7 enjoyed staying at this property. We had 3 rooms. The staff was amazing and the location is convenient. One of the major reasons for choosing the hotel, other than the fact that I stayed here several years ago, is the convenience of a free breakfast. This was important especially when traveling with a large group and ensuring they all started their day off right. The rooftop was always a special place for us to end our day before heading out for dinner. We were all satisfied. Thank you!

Impressive all round. Perfect stay

I don’t think the advertised pictures do this place justice. It was so much better than expected. The rooms are high end, the outlook is very pretty overlooking green space. I received a very warm welcome and all the reception staff were so good and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. I needed a phone charger at 2:00am which they arranged instantly. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace and a separate garden courtyard attached to the breakfast room which is tranquil with nice tropical planting/ lemon trees etc. food was delicious. Plenty of shops and restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer. As someone who is hard to please, I could not fault this hotel and I would highly recommend.

The positive: They have a very nice roof top bar. Prices are ok, a bit high. The staff was helpful on Taxis and restaurant reservations. Breakfast was good and a set time. The negative: There is No coffee maker in the room, lobby, or the staff will not provide any accommodation for coffee or a snack if you need to leave a little early for a tour.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Very clean and staff very friendly and professional. The nighttime casual rooftop bar with great company from our bartender Fazio and lovely courtyard for breakfast was awesome. Breakfast spread amazing. Definitely a 10 plus rating. 😎🌵 Arizona

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Degli Artisti hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Sonia for breakfast on the day we arrived. She made such good impression, her kindness, courtesy and attentiveness made the beginning of our first day and the rest of our stay just wonderful. She made us feel so welcomed every day we were there... The girls at the front desk were so sweet and always had a smile for us as we left for the day to explore beautiful Rome. The terrace is just mesmerizing!! having Aperitivo (best Hugo Spritz we had in Rome :) ) prior to leaving the Hotel for dinner was just amazing! only regret we have is only spending one evening at the terrace and missing out on the jacuzzi, next time for sure we won't miss it! Our room was impeccable and kept so clean every day, as well as our view from the room was breathtaking... we woke up every morning open the shades just to look at the view. Being our first time in Rome it was a such a great stay. Cant wait to be back! book you Wont regret it!! Thank you for making our stay at the Hotel so great. Hope to see Sonia when we come back next year :) and the rest of the people at the hotel who made us feel so welcomed! Hope you remember us :)

Wonderful Hotel.

The hotel was really nice - clean, comfortable, beautiful view. The rooftop bar was lovely and the breakfast was great. We asked for restaurant recommendations every night and the restaurants did not disappoint. We stayed in August and the AC worked wonderfully as well!

No fue una grata experiencia. El personal no fue amable, y las habitaciones muy chicas. Llegamos con varias maletas, nadie nos abrió ni la puerta, ni nos ayudo, estaba el personal solo viéndonos batallar con el equipaje.

This small boutique hotel is very well located. A 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and that shopping area. The only problem we encountered was that we were over charged for the taxi from the hotel to the airport. We ordered it through the lobby and were explicitly told it was a fixed price of €50. We wrote directly to the hotel to let them know so they can report the taxi driver who insisted on charging us €70. Hopefully they are able to track him down and file a complain through the taxi company.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis, find sights and set up car service from the airport and to our cruise. Our bathroom had an area that had been repaired but you could still see some mold, but other than that the room was very nice. The location appears a bit obscure, down an alley by a parking garage, but it is was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return!

Lovely hotel in a convenient location!

One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed at in Europe! Near restaurants, shops, monuments but off a quiet side-street. Beautiful rooms, nice closets, spacious modern bathroom. The breakfast had many options and was delicious! Great service. Would highly recommend!

The staff at Hotel degli Artisti treated us with joyful kindness and care from the moment we entered their doors. We were waylaid by a last minute flight cancellation and the staff at the hotel took care of us with fresh coffee, baggage service and an open invite (which we took) to repose and regroup on their stunning rooftop terrace for as long as we liked. Not soon after, their porter came up with all of our bags and said our room was ready (well before regular check in time). He took us to our beautiful room that was spotless and luxurious. From then in, any question or help we needed was attended to by the kind staff. We got on with our day and walked 10 minutes to the Villa Borghese Gardens which is a stunning park, not unlike Central Park in New York, and took in the day amongst the flowers and trees. We woke the next day and were welcomed to a beautiful breakfast in the cafe downstairs where it was fully stocked with all the food that one could want to start a day and with fresh cappuccinos to get the ball rolling. The concierge set us up with our taxi ride, the porter helped us with our bags and we checked out in better form than we checked in. Mille Grazie Hotel degli Artisti!

A boutique family run hotel, with personal attention to detail. On the "Street of the artists", it is a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very helpful and personable and gave great recommendations for restaurants! The view from the terrace was beautiful. The classic room was small, but served our needs. Great breakfast was included!

We loved our stay in the hotel - it is a quiet, clean and small hotel in the middle of the city. Just 4min walk from the Spanish steps.

I have never written a review about any Hotel, but this one deserves one. The concierge is the same person for everything. If you need to check in, or towels or anything else. Even the plumber to fix bathroom issues. When the concierge cannot fix the issue is like " it is normal" the answers that you get. We booked a family room. One of the bathrooms apparently, they don't use too frequently because the water from the head tube was yellow literally. Also the doors do not close well, and water start flooding. The breakfast is very similar to a Day Inn, however the price for the room is not close to 3 stars hotels. The hotel does not have a ramp to carry your luggage to inside the hotel, instead a stair of 5 big steps. If you need to go out before seven, and the breakfast have not started until seven, the concierge will ask you to arrange yourself with the staff from the breakfast for early accommodations So funny, it is like you have booked a Vrbo. stayed for 3 nights, not so long at least to deal with those issues.

Everything about this property is exceptional. But what really made it special was the staff. They felt like old friends, as if you had known them your whole life!

most staff are wonderful and very friendly to offer help, overall very happy with our stay, the only thing we notice is just when it comes to the heater or fan you can't really adjust or turn n /off on your own so bit tricky at night when you want to adjust your own preference of the temperature to sleep. will definitely consider to return when in rome again!

Tucked away in a quite road with a good outlook from the bedrooms at the front of the hotel. Good breakfast to start the day.

Excellent hotel, great location!

Had 5 rooms for two nights (annual guys trip to Italy). All of us were very happy with the entire experience. Rooms were great and well appointed, location is ideal for accessing most locations throughout the city and the staff was top shelf! Highly recommended!

The location is fabulous- a quick 5 minute walk to Piazza Barbarini and a easy 5-10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The staff are kind and helpful and the room was very well-appointed, modern and well kept. The bar in the lobby was nice to have for a nightcap before finishing the day. Definitely stay here if you are heading to Rome.

Location! Location! Location! Within walking distance of all the major Rome attractions. Entire staff was extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room was small but clean and quiet. Spent 9 days here and would not hesitate to book it again.

This was a beautiful spotless hotel with the most wonderful staff, from the front desk to bartender to doorman to housekeeping. Beds were comfy and our room was lovely with a great bathroom. Free breakfast. Had tasty cocktails on the rooftop terrace.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. It is so pretty and well situated but the service is absolutely top notch. You truly feel like their goal is to ensure the best possible experience in Rome and at the hotel.

Great hotel, modern and nice, good location

We were looking for a modern room/hotel that had a space for our 6 year old to sleep and this was what we picked. It was completely remodeled and updated and clean and beds comfortable. Really nice hotel for the price and it included breakfast which was great. We wanted to stay near the Spanish steps because it’s so central and this was a good location, but it is up a hill, which is the only downfall. We would have liked to stay at the bottom of the Spanish steps but this was still a great location and hotel. Especially because we had a couch/bed for our son to sleep in!

Fantastic and Affordable!

An amazing boutique hotel close to Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps - staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included and enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. The rooftop bar and lounge is not to be missed - and definitely try the Italian Mojito! Above that is the hot tub and a great place to relax!

This is a beautiful little hotel in a clean area within walking distance to local restaurants as well as Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. A buffet breakfast is served and you can sit inside or in the courtyard. Our favorite spot was the roof deck with multiple seating areas and the best bartender named Michel who is charming and very good at his craft.

This hotel have two types of rooms regular and superior ,price difference 70 euros. Size difference about 40 square feet. They gave me the regular room as superior room and do not even replay to my question about the room for five days that I stayed at the hotel ( very busy management).

Very convenient location slightly away from popular tourist areas. It is small and has a bar and breakfast room The staff are really friendly and helpful. Due to a sudden change in travel rules, they gave us good information about getting coronavirus swabs and printed off our results I would really recommend this hotel and would go there again
