A nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was not especially large, but it was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Friendly hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. For being on a main road it was a very quiet room and the curtains blocked out all the light. Nice to have air con too. Breakfast was good and hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the main square. The supermarket next door was great

central, excellent receptionist

Rashid at reception was charming, efficient and helpful. It's a mostly pleasant central budget hotel. The neighborhood was quiet as it was a Sunday, otherwise the nearby stripclub and prostitutes might be a bore.

The property is fine. They just need to stop using the cleaning agent they are using. They need to upgrade room no. 307. The front desk personal were great and very helpful especially Maryline and Cassandra.

A nice, clean hotel, perfectly located (right next to the airport shuttle stop, and close to the main train and subway station). (The WiFi Internet was a little slow, by 2023 standards, however.)

The woman at the front desk was really nice, she even helped me practice counting in French :) The rooms were one of the biggest I've stayed in in France. The building was secure as you had to be let in by front staff late at night.. A close walk to all shops, restaurants and transit. I also love how eco-friendly they are! The room did have a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the toilet finally broke in the middle of the night, leaking water that I stepped on. The building is old though and we probably should have said something from the beginning. Besides that, really comfy rooms.

A few days in Toulouse

This hotel is great for an overnight stay if you are leaving from the major train station. My error was reading the reviews and not looking at the amenities the hotel offered. That was my error. For a basic hotel it is good. The front desk staff were good and some were great. I missed having things like a kettle or coffee maker. There was a 'maid services' but towels were changed only sporadically, and the bed was not made in the three day visit. The room size id adequate. This hotel is clean, convenient to rail station and only 15 minutes' walk to the center of town. The immediate surrounding area on one side is a bit dodgy but is easily avoided. I never felt unsafe. All in all, it has some real pluses if you are looking for basic accommodation.

Our stay was great, front desk personnel were very friendly. Gave us a map and accommodating during our stay.

Return travellers to this hotel. Excellent friendly front staff. Ideal position for early train or metro to airport. An easy walk to many very good restaurants and bars.

I like it that it is just across the Toulouse Matabiau train station n the city center.

A good value hotel walkable to the main tourist areas and many various restaurants (try the Smoky Bar). Staff were friendly and helpful, put up with my awful French and kindly spoke in English when necessary. The room was compact but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is bread, croissant, honey, jam, juice, coffee or tea. The garage is on a street nearby and was fine for our midsize estate car although would be a challenge to get a large, long or 4x4 vehicle down there.

Lovely clean room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day in a bright airy room near reception. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel for my needs (Sleep n Shower)

Three minute walk from Toulouse Matabiau train station and a minute walk from bus stop (including airport shuttle bus). Walking distance to town center, restaurants, etc. Clean room, no aircon but we opened the window and we had a good breeze. Better than aircon during pandemic. Friendly reception. Only downside - no coffee maker in the room. I like Blagnac Airport more than Paris so i would book again at Hotel de Bordeaux next time we go to Toulouse and neighboring towns.

Cold room on a cold night.

Cold room on a cold evening. The heating system did not work very well. The room was small but clean. The area, across the canal from the train station and near downtown, is very convenient.

Terrible, terrible check in - but OK hotel

This was the worst check in ever! What a disaster. The guy on the desk he took about 40 minutes. He didn't seem to have a clue. Despite there being a sign about the hotel staff being able to speak in English, Spanish, German and Italian he couldn't speak any English at all! Very bad experience. However, the room itself was OK and not too bad. Although it should be for the price, which wasn't exactly budget or cheap.

Station location

Good location for the station. Desk is manned all night so good for late arrivals. Very helpful on arrival. We had bikes and they were easily accommodated. Reasonably priced and good for a one night stay.

Good but...

It was ok not great. Check was supposed to be 1330. When we got there early they said 1400. Got back for that time and room still wasn't ready so waited a little longer. Room looked like it had been rushed to be cleaned. Location is good but don't think we would stay here again.

Expedia made an error. Reservation wasmade for June 11 to June 14. Instead, hotel had reservation from June 13 to 16 . Fortunately, hotel accommodated.

I chose this hotel as it is near to the Train station but it is a bad hotel, the carpet is dirty, bad smell and the hall does not have light was dark

The price is relatively low, but the smell (both cleaning chemicals plus the room being old) makes it difficult to enjoy the bargain.

Nice clean hotel, opposite station. About 10 minute walk into city centre. Basic but very clean. Reception could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Hotel was not great, very small rooms, very old carpet. It was in a very sketchy area. The person at the desk was very nice. The rate was way too much for this hotel.

Loved it! Great location for train and bus travel, and also for canal boat touring. A small, clean and courteous budget hotel . Safe area. Short direct walk to center of Toulouse, much to see along the way.

Good value

This was good value for money and very convenient. It meets expectations for a 2 star hotel. Not a great neighbourhood as it it across the street from the train station but is an easy 15 minute walk to the Capitole Square. Good for one night stay enroute to somewhere else.

Good little hotel just across the road from the train station. Clean, simple rooms. Very friendly and helpful owner. A 10 min walk into town. The neighbourhood is a bit colourful, i.e you are next door to a strip club but nothing more than would be expected near a train station anywhere else in Europe. Overall a good choice if proximity to transport links are important to you.

OK but soft matress...

I would have given 4 out of 5 overall, but one of the twin beds was an old soft mattress. A good firm bed is a must for any hotel... There really is no excuse for old soft mattresses.... Otherewise great basic hotel close to the train station and within easy walking to centre of town... Nice friendly staff... Good, reasonably priced French breakfast... Except there was no hot milk for the coffee... I guess I could have asked for some.

The hotel is conviniently located to the train station but its in a dodgy part of town. Its within walking distance to the city centre and the metro station. The hotel staff are very helpful and can help you with almost any tourist information. There is also a great wine shop within walking distance. The hotel room was a bit small and the shower slightly cramped for a guy over 6 feet. There was no door between the bathroom and the room.

Hôtel propre et confortable, avec une très bonne insonorisation grâce aux doubles fenêtres. Je n'ai entendu aucun bruit alors que ma chambre donnait sur le boulevard. Le petit-déjeuner de style buffet était correct.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und liegt direkt an einem Wasserkanal und gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Das Einzelzimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Bad war recht neu renoviert und die Angestellten freundlich. Die Straße vorm Hotel ist im Zimmer nicht zu hören, da die Fenster sehr gut schließen. Klimaanlage schnurrt leise wie ein Kätzchen. Alles in allem ein einfaches und gutes Hotel in guter Lage.

Bon séjour à Toulouse

Hôtel sympathique et surtout très bien situé près de la gare et du centre-ville. Nous avons séjourné en chambre triple (un adulte et deux enfants) et c'était très bien. La chambre n'est pas bruyante bien que l'hôtel soit placé dans un lieu passant. Petit déjeuner complet avec du choix. Moi j'étais avec deux petits et c'était gratuit pour celui qui a moins de 10 ans ! Bref, bon séjour.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons simplement adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Un accueil plus que parfait. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous. On nous a proposé de prendre notre repas commandé au niveau de la salle du petit déjeuner. La chambre est très propre ainsi que les espaces communs. L'hôtel est très bien situé ; juste à quelques pas de la gare. Ce qui est pratique pour une famille quand on se trimballe plusieurs valises. Et surtout l'hôtel a été très arrangeant quand nous avons demandé à accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. Il est certain que pour un prochain séjour sur Toulouse nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Très propre, très calme bien que la fenêtre donne sur la rue , rideaux occultants efficaces, j'ai très bien dormi. Un rideau ou une porte à la douche serait le bienvenu pour éviter d'arroser la salle de bain!

I think it's very convenient because it's close to Toulouse Station and the shuttle bus from the airport is also close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful as they were available 24 hours a day. The hotel has everything in terms of condition, but I think it would have been better if there was a little more separation between the bathroom and the partition.

Ce fut mon second séjour à cet hôtel que j'apprécie pour l'amabilité de son personnel, le confort de ses chambres, le bon petit déjeuner et sa proximité immédiate avec la gare de Toulouse Matabiau et l'arrêt de la navette aéroportuaire. Ma note est un 10 sur 10 pour cet hôtel.

Une heureuse découverte

Ayant choisi cet hôtel par rapport avec sa proximité de la Gare SNCF, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service offert par le personnel, service aimable, personnalisé et convivial. Petite chambre mais propre, bien équipée et chaleureuse. Hôtel très bien tenu avec salle de petit déjeuner accueillante. À 3 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de la navette aéroportuaire. Tout m'a parfaitement convenu! Désormais lors de mes prochains passages à Toulouse, c'est là que je vais réserver. Ma note: 10 sur 10!

Todo genial. La llegada un poco agobiante porque había que dejar el coche en la carretera y con luces de avería para recoger las llaves del garage. Nos liamos un poco y llamamos a la recepción que nos explicó cómo hacerlo. Quizá podían poner esa explicación en la información del parking

Hôtel très bien situé pour les voyageurs venant de la gare. Le monsieur a l'accueil le soir est très sympathique. Cependant à la place d'un lit double et d'une baignoire (ce que j'avais réservé sur le site) je me suis retrouvé à choisir soit lit simple avec baignoire ou lit double avec douche. J'ai pris la première option, le lit simple chambre 402 : une horreur ! Je n'ai jamais vu quelque chose qui grincait autant. Et la baignoire je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser car l'eau est tiède et ne permet pas de rester dans un bain. J'avais réservé mon petit dej le soir, et le matin quand je suis descendu tout était rangé, la dame de l' accueil m'a dit ne pas avoir regardé la liste et m'a servi mon pdj, plutôt simpliste pour un petit dej à 9e... Je suis déçue de ma réservation.
