I loved this hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly and accommodating. It was great value for money and was a wonderful start for my trip

Was a good stay the staff were very friendly even though they were very busy the still had time for you very helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel the only thing I would say is they only had one plug socket and was hard to charge when there a couple of you in the room other then that grate stay

Amazing service

I’ve stayed at Daniya more than once now. The rooms (on the 2nd floor) are particularly immaculate. I’ve stayed in a room on the GF once and it could have done with a little refurb. The staff are friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. The buffet is more than adequate. There is an Aldi literally 3 mins walk. The pool area was very clean. The rooms are very quiet. The staff even accommodated an emergency zoom call for me once. Highly recommended!

It was good value for the room and food. The room was clean however you can tell some parts are just a bit tired. The AC worked perfectly fine, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food selection was abundant and lots to choose from. All looked very appetising. No fighting for sunbeds here either, plenty to go round. I would recommend if you are looking for an okay quality hotel with good food. The room I was in was not road facing so I can imagine that side would be quite noisy with the amount of traffic.

Greeted in excellent english. Free pparking, plenty but first come first available. On street just behind. Parking directly after building.!! Good breakfast. Lunch also available.Dont prebook evening meal as limited choice and some days may not suit. Best are the buffet dinners. Pizza etc availabe from the bar. Very good free wifi. Works in your room too. Comfy bed, rooms spacious. Mine had interior view so quiet. Any issues the receptionist always ready to help with anything. All staff friendly and smiling.hotel all well kept. Excellent

The hotel itself is lovely, but the 4-lane traffic noise immediately outside our window,,was horrendous! Even during the late night/early morning hours, it hardly let up. It made sleeping and just staying in the room very unpleasant. I would have asked for a room on the other side of the hallway, which faces the pool and courtyard, but we had already settled in when we realized just how loud the traffic noise was. Beware!

Last minute booking

Required last minute booking due to flight being cancelled and turned out to be a great hotel close to town centre and reasonably priced

Place was very clean, tidy and staff were awesome. This was a cool hotel in this part of town. Room 2020 had windows that were closed and with curtains but windows did not seal properly. LOTS and LOTS of road/traffic noise from main route outside. Lots of shouting in internal corridor and banging on other doors late into night. To enjoy stay best I recommend always take rooms overlooking pool side.

Por cuestiones médicas visitamos la ciudad, así que no pudimos disfrutar mucho ni de la ciudad, ni de las facilidades del hotel pero, la atención fue excelente, todo muy limpio y el área se veía muy bien.

If you want a place to sleep with breakfast in the morning then this is the hotel for you. If you want entertainment in the day or evening etc then this does not fit the bill. Overall you get what you pay for.

Basic hotel, close to beach further from city. Food substandard. Reception staff not helpful- needed info about airport bus/ taxi but they were not very helpful or friendly. If you just need to put head down, then it would do vut I wouldn't recommend as a holiday hotel.

Pictures of property do not look like the real thing. Food isn’t the best and all inclusive does not include any drinks, not even water. Swimming pool is a lot smaller than photos and tiles are falling apart. Needs refurbishment.

Hotel is fine, only 3 star so remember that. Food was not great so would eat out. Take care around the pool as decking has a few large gaps which could cause injuries if not seen. Rooms clean and tidy but had to ring down for towels as none in room.

Close to Alicante, bus stop right outside. Great bar and snack food all day and restaurant if required. Also great restaurants near by. Staff were very polite and worked hard to make our holiday fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed there 2 years in a row now and will stay again next year. Perfect hotel and pool.

The staff was good. They would go out of their way to help you as soon as possible and do the damage control, but the facilities lacked what most hotels have. There were no signs and instructions on the safe, phone (how to reach reception or order food from restaurant), there were malfunctioning windows; AC didn’t work properly, etc

The 8 lane road outside was a bit noisy , but being very hot and the air con breaks down in the middle of night , not good,reported it , they were aware, all we got was a sorry.

Super slow internet

The worst and slowest internet connection, absolutelly ridiculous. I wasn't too impressed with their breakfast as well. I got different hotel on the next day, and I am so glad I did it!

We stayed in the hotel in March 2019. Hotel was very clean, quiet, safe and beds comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Bus 23 stops outside the hotel, takes 20 mins. to downtown Alicante, cost 1.45 euros each way. Regular frequent service. Tea making facility will be appreciated.

Great hotel for the price

The only downside is that it’s not near the town but it has a decent pool and a gym which in the town would push the price up treble. We loved the hotel and found it easy to get buses into town as the stop is right outside. Staff were English speaking and helpful which made it a lovely break. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. The food is excellent and very well presented. The room was a great size but just needs a bit of TLC as the rooms are looking a little tired and some things need fixing but nothing major.

Great 3 star hotel

Nice stop over hotel. Staff very helpful. You dont get rippid off for food and drink as in ither hotels. Prices very reasonable. 10 euros for a bottle of wine and 2 euros for a beer.

Nice hotel nad excellent food.

it was very quick and easy to check in. My room was very clean and spacious, however the pillow wasn't high enough for me so i had to use a blanket. I found that the shower rail was nearly coming off. Also the telly wasn't working in the room but that wasn't a problem as i had luckily downloaded movies to watch as there isn't any English tv. The food was excellent although it was the same for lunch and dinner which was a little disappointing.

Do not recommend hotel Daniya Alicante

The hotel Daniya is 1.5 hours walk away from the Alicante centre, so too far. It is more a business hotel than a tourist one. It is in a residential area. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room, and despite requesting them, after 4 hours wait there still were no towels provided. The beds in the room were so uncomfortable, that I had to move to the other one in the room, having woken in the night. Late check out was allowed, but only up to 15.00 hrs despite the hotel appearing to be being less than half full. An extortionate charge was incurred for this privilege !!!

NOT enjoyable

Is not far from alicante town but still it was in the middle of nothing!!! If you want to have a. Breakfast you will have to go to alicante, meaning that you have to take te bus and wait for it for 20 mins. Also I requested a double bed and they give me 2 single beds instead. I requested this 3 months ago before my journey but still they didn’t care.

Bus 23 stops just outside the hotel for a fast ride to the centre. Hotel is comfortable and staff very friendly.

Poor service

The first room smelt like cigarettes, the 2nd room TV remote did not work. I booked the hotel as I was ill and wanted to rest and watch a bit of TV. I was told that the main receptionist was alone and the maintenance man was not around and promised a reduction. Next morning I was told there was no record of my complaint. Nice hotel let down by service of a few.

If you like the M25 in England then you will love this hotel. They say it's 10 minutes walk to the town, that's if you fly. It's 20 minutes on the bus. And the breakfast was rubbish. So all in all never go to this hotel because you will be very disappointed.

Unexpected

The check out should have been till 2 pm but they kicked us out at 12 pm.The room we pay for was double instead it was a twins room. Not much else

2 day, 3 night break

Lovely enclosed garden area & pool & basic but clean bedroom & bathroom & free wifi were the positives. Breakfast was awful, ordered lunch the first day, very overpriced & again awful. We were told there were no shops nearby - complete lie.... huge supermarket literally up the hill & around the corner, along with a MacDonald's. Taxi service to & fro the airport was extortionate (more than we paid for the flights to Alicante from the uk)! Would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel but the beds could be more comfortable, they were quite squeaky and could feel the springs down my back.

Nice 3 star hotel

Nice, clean and helpful staff. I was just for 1 night. Good breakfast, hotel not expensive. Close to the centrum. Sometimes you have to wait for a receptionist to come to the desk, there is no ring or anything for attracting attention. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Decent Hotel at appropriate rates specially if you are driving. We drove from Valencia parked at the hotel and city was easily accessible by taxi a 5 mins ride. Do visit the castle and the Santa Barbara area on the hill must do

Noisy road & dirty pool

I was only let down by the cleanliness of the toilet and the quality of the mattress, very springy. Other than this, the hotel was fair.

Truly awful, on so many levels.

Firstly, I don't know how much and how many people had to be paid to get this hotel 3 stars, but it is absolutely nothing more more than 2 stars, at best. Never before in over 30 years of hotel stays have I had to ask to change rooms, THREE TIMES, before even unpacking. I had asked, more than one month in advance for a double bed, upon arrival we were designated 2 singles. Change room. Next room has a double, but it's now a smoking room. I do not exaggerate when I say that the smell in this room instantly made me nauseous, the odour is embedded in everything. Change room. Back to another with 2 single beds, this time one of the beds had almost completely collapsed in the middle. The springs of the other 'pound land' mattress could almost be made out through the inadequately supplied one single blanket. Change room. Patience is running very very thin at this point and we were told by the reception staff that 'this is a budget hotel and if you want good beds you should go somewhere else'. At this point it is far too late in the day to try to find an alternative hotel, unfortunately. So the final room, two single beds again, but slightly better than the previous and at least not entirely broken. However, the blackout blinds were torn, which let in an unwanted light show, there was mould around the air-con vent, which was unadjustable from 19c. Poor quality bedding - all aspects. Its only slightly redeeming aspect was a new'ish bathroom suite.Breakfast - waste of time.

Economy hotel with simple clean rooms

I have stayed in the Daniya Hotel several times now, it is a simple family hotel with no-frills. The rooms are getting a bit dated now, with several holes visible in the curtains within each room. But otherwise it is perfectly clean and tidy.

Bad staff, Lousy breakfast NOISY motorway...

Basic bedroom looking onto a desserted plot of 10 acres built on a busy Highway. Breakfast EXTREMELY basic from rude waiters. This hotel does not know who and what it wants to cater for with a mix of middle managers and toursits staying alike. Little room to park cars. The reception was like being in a "Happy Campers" movie #MORE Interested in gossiping and laughing at each others jokes. I was asked my name 4 times when I first arrived. Great advice NOT this hotel. Seen better days and tired with drab and awful staff with a Highway on your doorstep. STAY AWAY!!!

cheap and cheerful

Nice hotel,polite and helpful staff, rooms are what you would expect from a 3 star hotel comfortable but with out the wow.

Ideal location for my hospital stay.

This hotel suited me perfectly as it was just 15 minutes walk from the hospital where I had eye surgery. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me a perfect opportunity to practice my Spanish. I will certainly use this hotel again if I need to return to the hospital. It is not really a tourist hotel as it is not near any attractions, beauty spots or nice restaurants or tapas bars.

Short break

Friendly efficient staff, got me a taxi in ten mins , after id forgotten to change the time and was late for an appointment. A very spanish hotel, as in used by the spanish themselves, a little tired in appearence but nothing was a problem if you needed something. May be not everyones cup of tea if your looking for a modern international hotel , but I enjoyed it.

Hotel Daniya Alicante

Ground floor wIndows with broken locks, no plugs for bath, no other guests, miles from anywhere, vile breakfast, but clean enough and cheap.

We were a little bit disappointed it didn't match the description and that we had a baby and no cot or anything were provided for us, the room was very small and there were no tea or coffee making facilities. The shower also leaked quite badly. The hotel staff however were very pleaseant and friendly. A variety in menu should be offered! Probably wouldn't stay again as we were a little disappointed. :-(

Everything too far away

Although all staff were top class: one female bar tender has a serious personality disorder and would be better suited to a different line of work, possibly with inaminate objects. We also got charged for a bill that did not exist!

you hardly could find the hotel on the GPS

i have found 4 streets with the same name. it carried me to wrong place twice and just by the way i got there. i think it is beter to check the adress and write down the correct one.

The room was of decent size and relatively quiet. Some of the reception personnel were very helpful, however not all staff were equally helpful. Breakfast had a relatively good selection of produce, however the hot food selection was minimal and very limited to none veg options. Dinner was quite poor , best to have a buffet style and fewer options rather than “ restaurant style” menu with very little option and with limited choice of sides.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung täte gut. In den Korridoren, im unteren Geschoss, war es eiskalt, gottlob konnten wir das Zimmer schnell auf angenehme Temperatur bringen. Die gesicherten Parkplätze wissen sicher alle zu schätzen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Siempre que viajo a Alicante me alojo en este hotel. Limpio y cómodo. Las camas, comodísimas. Depende de la habitación puede ser un poco ruidoso, una de las grandes avenidas de Alicante pasa por su puerta. Por lo demás, muy bien.

El peor hotel en el que me he alojado. Mi habitación daba directamente a la carretera, no tenía ventanas dobles para insonorización. El ruido del tráfico era tan fuerte que se escuchaba el paso de los coches como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. ¡Imposible descansar en esas condiciones!

Hotel limpio, personal servicial y amable. Parking en el propio hotel, buena piscina. Habitación y baño correcto, para nosotros es un plus poder llevar a nuestra mascota con nosotros, cosa que este hotel permite.

Chambre mal nettoyer ,a peine rentrer dans la chambre il y avait des cheveux au sol, nous avons une chambre triple on a eu le droit a une chambre double avec un lit pour enfant de 12ans. boissons pas bonne, piscine petite, pas du tout calme a la piscine, notre chambre etait cote rue, fenetre ouverte ou fermer on entends le passage des voitures comme ci elles traversaient la chambre. Rapport qualite prix nest pas equitable.. En revanche, tres bon accueil, personnel au top, communication facile, reponds aux demandes rapidement. Accueil de l'etablissement chaleureux , facilite de parking au top!

El personal es muy amable y el bufete de desayuno está muy bien. Hay animadoras que hacen que los niños estén entretenidos durante la estancia.

Mukava ja rauhallinen paikka

Edullinen ja rauhallinen hotelli. Syrjässä keskustasta, mutta bussilla 23 pääsee hotellin edestä 15-20 minuutin välein keskustaan ja lentoasemalle (bussi C6). Hyvä aamiainen lisämaksusta. Myös kiva sisäpiha jossa allas ja aurinkotuoleja. Aldin supermarket sijaitsee ihan naapurissa.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena. Todo muy limpio y el trato estupendo, sólo nos ha faltado que hiciera buen tiempo para probar la piscina.
