Excellent location, friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness. Super!!

This is my 3rd visit this year and I wouldn’t stay any where else in Cannes

It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops! It had a good gym, nice pool, and private beach with chairs to reserve for a price. Nice stay.

Great hotel in a perfect location for croisette access, main Cannes and shopping. The hotel staff are so helpful and kind.

am writing to you today to convey my extreme level of disappointment with my experience at at M Gallery Croisette Beach in Cannes. My reservation was booked via Expedia travel for 22 July to 24 July 2024 and I was very much looking forward to my stay at the M Gallery Hotel in Cannes based on my recent stay and experience in Bodrum, Turkey M Gallery. I am writing this note to express my deep level of dissatisfaction at so many parts of the experience when I checked in to the hotel as they were terrible and require to be addressed and fixed. I will describe in detail below! Upon arriving at the hotel, it was horrible as the hotel was not prepared to deal with traffic and guest check in on the night of Cannes Firework Show. Their is no clear signage on the hotel on a dark street which helped to confirm that we had arrived at our destination, the front door attendant didn’t help with laggiage check in or parking valet as he mostly watched. The hotel front desk manager was frustrated that we were frustrated at my concerns and it took several minutes to even enter the hotel!! In today’s modern age, this is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel in the height of the holiday travel season!! The experience to gain access cards and check in was very difficult as there was an upgrade and payment for 2 separate beds and a balcony with a view and none of this was the case upon arriving to the room!!!! No one helped us to our room and then to find a room with mis matched set up really ga

This hotel was a big surprise for a 4 star and was better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in The staff were amazing from day one to the end and could not do enough for us We have already recommended them to friends and we will come back again and again !

The property was nice and the staff was great!! The rooms are small and the pool is VERY small. In general, we enjoyed our time, but it’s over priced for the size of the room and the lack of swimming pool.

Was very disappointed at how small the room was. Also on our second day we never received room service. We left that morning at around 9am and came back at about 5pm, and no housekeeping. We called for extra towels and then ran out of toilet paper. When we left for dinner at 6:45 pm, we stopped by the front desk and told the associate that we needed both room service and toilet paper. Was very disappointed when we arrived back to our room at 11 pm and there was still no toilet paper nor housekeeping. I called the front desk to complain and they told me that housekeeping had already stopped by. I told them there was no way because we still had no toilet paper and the room was exactly the way we left it

Good choice

The hotel is clean with good location. However, it is very crowded specially the first floor.

Perfect location and good hotel Expensive-but it is in the centre of Cannes. The Rue Antibes can suffer from traffic fumes. Go for the smaller restaurants near the old harbour. There lots in the back streets. July is hot- August could be unbearable

Great location. Minutes from beach and dining.

Stylish, attractive, nicely appointed. Great location -very short walk to main strip along the water, restaurants and shops in town. AC could be better but was sufficient.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Rooms are well appointed and a good size. The only downside, is the customer service. If this can be improved- then would rate it as a 10.

The problem was a staff member that check in us in, blond lady. She was not helpful and a bit rude. My recommendation is to change her and also the doorman or valet parking person that was there when we left. Both were rude. We checked in the 17th oc august at 21:00 and checked out the 21st at 12 pm.

A great bases

Surprisingly an excellent choice for a family getaway. The location is munutes walk from the beach or the shops/restaurants. The room was modern and amole space. Friendly Staff. A great base for a Cannes trip.

Hotel Croisette Beach is excellent in all regards. It's located a 1/2 block from Croisette Beach and next to The Carlton. 5 minute walk to the heart of Cannes. The hotel has been completed renovated - the rooms are beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The staff was fantastic - helpful, friendly and professional - A

Great location! Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. Nice balcony. Not right on the beach but none of the hotels are, they’re located across the street and this hotel is set 1/2 block back but has a fantastic beach club with a reduced rate for guests. Would definitely stay again!

There was construction adjacent to this hotel, and our room was right next to the elevator.

Did not get the beach access thing, not well explained.

Excellent renovated new hotel in Cannes, valet park ring at affordable rate compared to others. Nice pool and 1 block away from beach.Rooms are new with bright design.

Great location, quiet, good climate control, hard beds. Has beach access for a fee. Great service. Breakfast was good one day and oddly reduced quality next day. No views from property.

Nice hotel, 3-5 min walk to La Croisette

Very helpful and accommodating staff helping us with early check-in and late check-out. Hotel has a modern feel with nice decor. Perfect location to get to the beach and La Croissette, approx a 3-5 min walk. I’d say their pool is relatively small with about 5/6 sun beds but it was never fully occupied and we were there at the height of summer holiday in July, fell into the shade by 3pm. Must mention Alexandra who was accommodating and really friendly. An asset to the team.

I liked location and rooms. I didn’t like the housekeeping services..they hardly change the amenities in toilets . Quality of breakfast and room service need improvement too.

Air conditioning did work at temperatures were 26 in the room at night. Also bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Lovely hotel, not too far from the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Aucune isolation bruit intempestif aussi bien de la rue que de la réception. On entendait même le téléphone de la réception sonner en permanence. Je n’ai jamais fait un séjour d’une telle médiocrité dans un hôtel.
