Nice and close to mrt and bus to airport

Away from tourist traps, close to the airport. Close to train station. The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. There’s a restaurant within the building.

This is the first time I have stayed here for three nights. The hotel is clean and location is very good in Tuen Mun area. Staffs are helpful too.

I don’t want to go back there again.

The reception staff were great, as was everything else. you can walk the V city ( I think that is what it is called, it is a massive mall connected to the Tuen Mun railway station , just cross the bridge next to hotel it takes about 5 to 7 minutes. the area is safe and well lit .there is also the bus station there and LRT and Metro. I think I searched on google that their is a bus that connect the airport through a new tunnel, I do not live in Tuen Mun so did not check properly, If you carry on walking past the mall their is a market and tuen mun high street with Mcdonalds and other outlets and many good local resturants. everything is price marked and tourist are not cheated. you can get to kowloon in about 40 miniutes by MTR...and I am pretty sure buses run to tsuen wan in about mins.

Rooms are too small. No complimentary bottle water.

Excellent hotel to stay

Just a quick overnight in Hongkong on the way to Thailand. Was convenient to the airport, clean and reasonably priced. The staff we interacted with were plesent and professional.

We stayed on the 6th floor and be aware that they have a function room on the 6th floor. On sundays they host a church group who were playing extremely loud music with the function doors open from the morning 9:30am. This is really not great with a small child and jet lag. Our room also had air conditioning issues, we had different maintenance team members look at it 4 times. We had to switch rooms in the end near midnight with no assistance from the staff. It would have been a lot easier if they had provided a trolley at least. Location was convenient, right next to light rail and MTR station. A short walk away is Tuen Mun park. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Room size and facilities were just fine for us. The small fridge was very useful in the heat to keep cold drinks. Would be better if they took to wash used cups since there isnt a kitchen in the room. Overall the hotel is very clean.

It would be nice if they can prepare the room according to the number of people booked.

It's a good place near MTR & bus stop, walk to the shopping centre around 5 minutes.

Very cute theme and excellent service. The location is a bit further out and near suburbs, so not what you should book if your plans are all centered around Hong Kong proper (Tsim sha Chui, causeway bay, etc). It was sufficient for my family trip, which was more to visit relatives in the area!

Overall experience for 2 nights is good as room is clean, check in is fast. Staff is friendly. Quite disappointed for Breakfast buffet as food provided is limited. Shampoo/Conditioner 2 in 1 in bathroom is in poor quality.

Very cute and cool decor! Definitely a lot of thought put into it. Service and housekeeping were very professional and quick as well. Would love to stay here again if I came back to Hong Kong.

Small uncomfortable room and bad customer service

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 other occasions without any issues. All past stays I was put in a Japan themed room. This last stay they put me in the kids room which was cramped and way less comfortable. Aircon vent blows right at the bed due to room size and had to switch off at night. I need to work in the room and desk is tiny and chair cannot be pushed back as it hits the wardrobe. Arrived late evening and asked change in the morning which I probably should have done immediately the night before. Even though they had rooms available they told me they were full. Immediately prior to my enquiry the receptionist told another guy they had rooms available. I pointed this out and was then told that they cannot change the room after the initial booking. Very unhappy with the room and customer service and will not be returning. I would advise to change immediately if you do not like the room even if it is late in the evening.

The location is good and convenient. The room is clean and tidy. However, the lift button can be improved as the key card cannot always be detected at the lift.

I like how easy it is to get here and the process for checking in. I also like the ease of access to shopping areas and food. Your staff are friendly and I love it. What I don't like is how poor the wi-fi signal is. Often times, I have 1-to-0 bars. I have an updated receiver so this isn't an issue on my end.

Check-in嘅時候同事答得唔清楚，然後上到間房個地板超污糟，好似冇人清潔咁，問佢哋攞盒裝紙巾過咗成個鐘都冇，沖涼嘅時候熱水又唔熱…..然後啲服務員上到又好唔有友善……speechless ….

Hotel Cozi is very clean, comfortable and the staff are so friends. The note is conveniently close by the MTR and rail station. There are lots of malls around.

It's near Tuen Mun station and quite a number of guest were checkin at around 7:30pm. It is a pity that most of the facilities were closed.

Great value property

A well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel close to Tuen Mun malls and local areas. Has lots of extras like a kids play room, family rooms with two double beds and free bicycles (including helmets) to explore the bike paths along the river and through to Butterfly Beach.

Great location and decent size.

We booked Thailand theme room . Size was good as per HK standard. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was having sufficient veg option. They could have added more bakery item and hot milk if possible. There was play area at 5th floor. we found that some local /Chinese parents were having problem if other ethnicity kids are playing with there kids. They were shouting for 1 full hour on hotel manager. We could not understand as they Cantonese speaking.

Tuen Mun visit

Stayed at hotel for a couple of weeks Room was very small although the room rate was very reasonable. Room was clean but housekeeping always knocked on the door even if the "Do Not Disturd " sign was on.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. I booked 7 nights. The staff gave me a bigger room. I checked the reviews and most people said that they rooms were very tiny. However, my room was a pretty good size. I believe it was about 200 sq. ft. and was very comfortable.

Room too small. Toliet facilitates not eorking properly e.g.water leak in shower head. Toilet bowl insufficient gap to sitting on. Very poor built. Breakfast at 2/F., charge hkd55 each but not much food there. Very very poorly managed...

Got upgraded with this hotel Reservation staff is very accommodating with great service standards. Hotel room is well decorated with good facilities, partly because the hotel was just opened recently. Very close to Tuen Mun MTR Station with a few walks away.....😄

Expedia’s algorithm says this location is 6 miles from Hong Kong international airport. It’s not! It’s more like 23 miles! With today’s technology, how can this distance be so off. The entire point of me saying at this location was it’s perceived location to the airport. I should’ve stayed in Kowloon and enjoy my night instead. There’s nothing out here.

We had booked a double bedroom, but the staff only offer us a twin bedroom coz over-booking of their room, and the staff told us about this arrangement without any apology , of course no compensation had been made. Dear all , Please becareful hotel "terms and conditions" and make you no supprise on your confirmed booking in Expedia.

Should have included free spa for males although including free gym facilities.

Disappointed service

1/upon check in , may be its Hotel.com and Cozi internal communication problem. Paid under my name and Hotel.com ask for accompany name that will check in, I provided 2. then Cozi told me since I am not listed ???? ( I showed my email/and web confirmation from Hotel.com,, but they show me Expedia email, didn't mention my name , my accompany flight delayed 3. I ask this lady Yu to let me speak with Manager, since she is standing so firm 4. Then Ms Tam came and similar tone, but I suggest to use my credit card as security deposit and since there is a Political protest around the area 1 day ago, so , it shouldn't be full, ( by the posted $$) rate, it dropped 4. after long negotiation, she came back to my plan, I can feel the staff are carrying out their rule but lack of flexibility. The hotel is small , its a bed with hardly space to walk and toilet, if you look at the photo , it seemed big but suggest ask for their Sq Ft before considering, its cheaper than Gold Coast hotel but only 1/2 the size of 2/3 of Penta Hotel next door, except a small refridgerator.

Love this new, low profile hotel just a few steps from the subway exit. Easy access, friendly staff, clean and almost brand new facilities. It doesn't scream luxury, but has the sleek face of a modern hotel. Loved it.
