I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor was all dirty. This was in the afternoon already. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The staff was correct, yet not friendly or amenable. I could see they do not have any past experience in hospitality.

It’s friendly staff and access to the gondola

Very dissppointing

I one ever on reception and rarely see any staff at breakfast Breakfast very poor.. a hair in cereals and little variation in choice. Asking for additional croissants when none left was told none Wet towels left in bathroom and leaky shower mild on shower and hairdryer didn’t work

I expected basic, as it was a last minute booking. It is basic. For example no kettle in the room, but the simple b and b helped mitigate against that. I was on the very top floor. Room 304 which was bigger than most rooms. But if you are over 6ft. (Im 6ft1) be careful when you go in the bathroom. Frodo Baggins would have to duck to get in! Also, the lift only goes to the 2nd floor. One thing that did upset me is I had some rossignol ski poles go missing from the ski lockers.

Nice hotel and clean one. The bed was just making some unpleasant noise when moving on it. The girls who were working there were helpful, but only one of them (the new one) was speaking good English, the other one very hard to understand. I would definitely recommend it.

It is a cute and solid small hotel. Arinsal is wonderful and there are plenty of restaurants/bars around. Nothing luxury, but still very comfortable to stay a couple of nights. Good breakfast, free parking nearby

Fantastic place to stay

Our stay was great. The hotel is in the perfect location for skiing. Close to gear rental shops, short walk to main Arinsal gondola and great restaurants and bars close by. The restaurant in hotel has excellent food. The raclette royale is awesome. Oh, and views from room are amazing.

Fab location

The hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of the resort, near all the bars and restaurants, 2 mins walk from ski hire shop and 5 mins from the Gondola (even with ski boots on!) The rooms were very small and a long stay would have been a pain but we were only there 4 nights which was fine.

A small, budget hotel. Nothing spectacular. But, comfortable and right on the main drag. Double glazed windows for quiet evenings.

Great little hotel

Great little hotel I a great location. Staff friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great for just putting your head down ready for the slopes in the morning.

Friendly hotel in a lovely village

This is a great little hotel if you are looking for something cheap and friendly. I have stayed in this village many times and found this place to be good. The staff are all helpful and cheerful and the bar downstairs was good too. I had a room on the 3rd floor and so the wifi didn't reach up there but the room was really quiet.

good value for money, at least inspring

The hotel was easy to find in Arinsal, on the left as you drive up the valley. Pricing was very good as I was there in June. Don't stay here if you are in Andorra for the shopping as the main shopping area is Andorra de Vela more than just a short drive away.

A veces lo barato sale caro

Un 3 *** que podria ser una buena pensión. De ahí que sea barato. Larga espera en recepción. Inexplicablemente no hay nadie porque la chica está atendiendo el bar, y parece ser que esa es la prioridad. Habitación pequeña con un extraño olor, colchón de los antiguos y con un pequeño baño en el cual, de manera absurda, hay una vieja bañerita donde no se cabe de pie por tocar al techo, y una miniducha de muy complicado y muy peligroso acceso, sobretodo al salir mojado. Desayuno normal los 2 dias que pasé, aunque la mujer del servicio de comedor no devuelve el saludo ni al llegar ni al salir, y no informa ni en qué mesa puedes sentarte (en plena era Covid19 !) Tristemente a veces es mejor pagar un poco mas para evitar ciertas experiencias. Creo que he sido generoso votando un 3

Vistas increíbles

El viaje a Andorra perfecto en familia disfrutamos mucho de la montaña y sus tiendas lo mejor el hotel muy tranquilo la habitación junto al río encantador lo recomiendo las vistas increíbles.

Perfecto para esquiar.

Hotel muy cómodo para esquiar en Grandvalira, a pie de pistas. Está situado en un sitio muy tranquilo, pero no hay buena insonorización en el interior y se oyen los ruidos del pasillo y de otras habitaciones. Habitación amplia y limpia.

Bien por el precio que pagué, el desayuno correcto

El hotel es correcto, la habitacion tiene buen tamaño y tieen todo l oque debe tener, tal vez la ducha algo pequeña y de complicado acceso. La cena estupenda y el servicio atento.

Hotel correcto. No se puede pedir mas por el precio pagado. I por fin un hotel donde el wifi funciona.

Séjour décevant

Nous sommes arrivés dans une petite chambre avec deux petits lits séparés alors qu'on avait réservé un lit double. Et la propreté de la douche n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Muy buen lugar para desconectar

Buen lugar,es comodo,limpio y tranquilo además de estar en un lugar bonito no demasiado lejos de Andorra la Vella y muy cerca de algunas montañas como la comapedrosa

No había aire acondicionado en pleno verano, ni un ventilador. No había nevera. El armario no se podía abrir porque estaba la cama en medio. Hay un rio justo al lado con una pequeña cascada que suena mucho a todas horas. En el baño el secador se paraba cada 15 segundos, el bidette perdía agua y tuvimos que poner una toalla. El desayuno del hotel bastante pobre. En la habitación una de las lámparas de la cama estaba rota. Resumiendo, por el precio que nos costó vale la pena pagar un poquito más e irse a otro sitio.

Correcto por el precio de la noche. Buena ubicación.

Viihtyisä hotelli vuoristossa. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Ikkunasta näköala lumihuippuisille vuorille ja vuoristojoki virtasi suoraan ikkunan alla. Lähistöllä ravintoloita ja pieni ruokakauppa. Voisimme yöpyä toistekin.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in un ambiente molto caratteristico e piacevole. La località è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in alta montagna.

OK hotell men trenger oppussing

Lite hjelp å få på hotellet. De burde prioritere å sette lyspærer i lampene på rommene og i gangene. Rommet trengte oppussing. OK beliggenhet og meget rimelig. Vi fikk hva vi betalte for!

hôtel très agréable pour de bonne vacances

Dans l'ensemble bien sauf que la chambre donnait sous le bar et nous avons pas fermé les yeux avant 3h00 du matin à cause du karaoké et babyfoot.
