We spent 4 nights here over the busy Christmas holiday. The staff is excellent at answering questions and making arrangements, if necessary. Very comfortable rooms, well designed with a desk, fridge and safe. Great breakfast offerings with breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, eggs, pastries, juices, coffees and more. Great location in a maze of a neighborhood.

Beautiful little hotel at a quiet street.

The hotel is located in a small side street. Therefore is quite and nicely decorated. There’s a semi-outdoor seating area for guest to seat and enjoy the scenery. The room is a good size and we got a third bed which we use to store out carry on. The only complaint we have is the AC unit is not working all we have a is warm air and the weather is servile is warm which you don’t need heating system. We have to open the window to get fresh air otherwise is too stuffy in the room. That’s the only complaint we have, otherwise everything is perfect. Cleaning crew is good at cleaning the room every day when we’re there for 3 nights.

The location is perfect for touring the historic Centre of Sevilla. It is a bit off the beaten track, 15 minute walk and you are at most of the sites. Very quiet at night for sleeping, nice linens and comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied, with both hot and cold options, both Western items and more traditional Mediterranean breakfast menu. Great coffee machines and free coffee and tea when the kitchen closes at 11:30. The hotel was not easy to find, however, our phone gps had us turning right when we couldn’t, so had to McGyver our own way. We did appreciate the secure parking garage. Never used a car elevator before, and a staff member was great in helping to manouver in the small space. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the style of this hotel with the beautiful decor and open courtyards. The staff were very helpful.

This hotel is in a great location in central Seville and rates are very reasonable. However, we did have a situation. The room we were first given was “not as advertised.” We complained and they gave us the room as it was advertised on their website. This annoyed us a bit appearing to hope people don’t complain in an old very dated and rather disgusting room. The new room was much nicer and clean. Their breakfast is great! Staff was friendly. I would recommend!

Lovely hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room comfortable. Very well situated to walk to all the major attractions. Lots of lovely tapas bars and restaurants around.

Almost all rooms hav a patio acces . Good breakfast and bevs all day long . In the middle of the city center . Close to the “Setas de Sevilla “ 20 minutes walking to the Giralda . Nice . But I prefer something nearer the river .

Clean and quiet hotel with very helpful staff

This hotel is located at a very convenient location. It’s walkable to all the attractions. It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of tasteful works of art on the walls and in the lobby. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They provide two bottles of water each day. The only thing we don’t like about this hotel is the pillows which are so low and they provide only one pillow. I have to use a blanket under the pillow to make it higher.

On a very quiet street yet just two blocks away from the main dining and shopping area. Easy walk to the Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar.

The hotel was very pretty older well kept clean property. The location was very good. We walked everywhere, very close to restaurants, and the stop for the hop on hop off bus.

The location is amazing and the hotel itself is very nice and relaxing. The hotel is situated in the middle of sevilla's old town. A few steps in any direction around the hotel will get you to great scenes, shops, and restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is also very good and conveniant if you like to have an early breakfast. but i would recommend sampling the many restaurants in the area as well.

We stayed for 4 nights on vacation. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and check in/out were easy. The location is perfect and within 15-20 minutes walking distances to key attractions. The only downside is that, where our room was location, every night at around 12:30, you could hear loud noises of what sounds like gatbage or recyxling trucks lifting and emptying contents. Luckily it doesnt last long. Other than that, we had a great stay

Clean, safe hotel and amazing location. Staff were good overall especially Alfonse. However, couple of them were uncooperative and seems they did not care. Parking was horrible. In summary, I recommend this hotel, but do not park a car there.

Charming Hotel

I had a very nice one night stay at this hotel. The staff are very professional and kind, and the hotels characteristics are extremely charming.

Our room was located next to an interior courtyard, with planters, waterfeatures and tables and chairs. Open to the sky, it was a lovely place to sit and relax. There are many quiet, comfortable seating areas in the hotel, and the rooms are cool, with high ceilings snd comfortable beds. Its in a very convenient location in the historic Old town, within easy reach of every amenity. vCard The staff are all very courteous and helpful.

Old world hotel with completely renovated rooms in a vibrant neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. About 10 minute stroll to the main cathedral. The front desk staff was amazing, I would definitely stay again. They serve a nice full breakfast as well.

Clean lovely hotel

Staff are all very friendly and fun especially Alysha. Lovely courtyard to laze around.. Besides thexnain lobby they have nice big room to enjoy.

We were greeted by Kevin at the front desk the night we arrived and he was very helpful and courteous. The entire staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was great and the free coffee option during the day/night was excellent. We were able to book day trips and a dinner show at the front desk, which was very nice. They have a lot of tourist information available. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. Overall, I strongly recommend this place.

Hay a disposición leche de avena , sin lactosa , descremada y regular . Eso es excelente ya que es difícil de encontrar en los hoteles.

Location has access to everything you want to do in Seville. I really love this little hotel. I highly recommend. If i come back to Seville i will stay at this hotel. My two friends and I LOVE IT.

Little refrigerator did not work. The bathroom ceiling started leaking badly. No apologies or offers for the inconvenience. They moved us to another room and the bathroom door in this room didn’t close. The ground floor rooms have major structural issues in this hotel. Bathrooms very tight.

Clean and comfortable room. The towels were big and soft, the commodities were the essential (soap, shampoo and shower gel). The only problem was the bathroom: due to its strange shape, it was hard to sit on the toilet and the toilet brush was missing. All in all, it was a nice stay, in a great position and with a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Cozy little hotel. Very well decorated, clean and convenient to get to impirtant places to visit in Seville. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a plus. Very clean!

Good, clean hotel with courteous staff. Parking is available but with limited space. Overflow is redirected to a commercial parking lot that is located a mile away. Area is walkable, but the streets are a labyrinth. Takes a while to find proper orientation. For some that may be part of the Sevilla charm. Do not go there if you have a large car or SUV. It may not fit in those narrow streets.

Hotel Cervantes was very nice. Our bed slept well and the room was spacious compared to other European hotels. I had two complaints. The tub/shower glass shower divider didn’t not keep water off the floor. Our bathroom floor got a large amount of water each time we showered. The second issue was about coffee service. They had free coffee/tea service after 11 am. The machine we used for that was in the edge of their dining area. Before 11 am it was not available; however they had a larger machine in the dining room for breakfast guests to use. If we wanted coffee before 11 am, we had to purchase the breakfast or go out. I did not like this as I do not eat breakfast usually but have one cup of coffee. Otherwise the hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful in setting up excursions.

No complaints

I checked in very late and wasn’t given the best service, however, I was given a late checkout without question which made up for it. I like this place and would recommend.
