Basic but practical
Hotel was basic , but practical, not 5*, but, not 5* prices, staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean , & serviced daily, location for market square very good 10min walk, Better to eat out, overall acceptable.
my only criticism is not being able to get any more tea or coffee ,after we used the welcome pack of 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee, just seem a bit mean, other than that everything was very good.
Good location
Good location near to bus /tram stops to and from the train station. Bars restaurants all close by many to choose from . Enjoy your stay as we did
Average hotel.
In general was ok. Some things need to be improved (example: bathroom)
Excellent place to stay in Wroclaw for a few days. Walking distance to the center. Helpful staff. Modern, clean rooms.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They showed me where to get the tram and also booked taxis for me, when requested. A very pleasant stay
The property overall was ok. The carpet in the room was old and had stains next to the bed that looked like someone had vomited there. The carpet in that room should be replaced.
Staff really friendly and helpful, good and convenient place for short stay
Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed.
Ok average hotel
One night stopover
Good for a Basic hotel. Good location, walking distance to the main square. Comfortable bed, good shower/bath. Free limited parking available and additional paid for. Breakfast ok, selection of cold and hot drinks, hot dogs, sausages, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and salads... Nice smoothie shots.
No parking
It's in a convenient place, about 10 mins walk from the old Market Square area
Avoid
No electricity for a whole day, bleach stains on carpet, noisey, a lot of staff rude.
Good Hotel great location for the old town
Nice clean Hotel One of the nicer budget Hotels I've stayed in
Weekend in Wroclaw
Comfortable stay at the Campanile. Staff were friendly and only too happy to help. Great service from bar & restaurant. 5th room which was slightly warm for January, but didn't inconvenience me. I'd request a different room if it was summer though. View of the main rd wasn't an issue and even with the window open it wasn't noisy. Would definitely recommend, safe location, handy for walking around alone.
The property was very nice the rooms had everything you would need for a short city break. The rooms were cleaned daily, tea & coffee facilities. Lashings of hot water with the choice of shower or bath ideal. Only slight downside if you are a light sleeper the road outside was very busy with traffic & trams. Personally it didn't bother me
Wroclaw
I had a truly great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located near the University, where the conference I was participating in took place. The staff members were also really helpful and polite, and made my stay a lot more pleasant.
Overnight stay
We had just one night stay, it was very pleasant although the approach was very difficult because of the building development and not knowing the area at all.
Central and comfortable.
The hotel is very good, clean modern and comfortable beds and walking distance to old centre. The only problem was that there is a building site nearby which made it very difficult to drive to the hotel because of road closures.
Calm, good enough.
It’s good enough, no problem. Calm place, a lot of trees , good for bikers, I guess. If you want just a croissant and a caffe latte gi to a supermarket nearby, st the hotel they make you pay the 14 euros for breakfast. And the girl at the reception didn’t know it.
Good location,Good standard room but can hear noise from outside (busy road),so we Could not sleep. Also we got room with stain on the carpet.
A good but basic hotel close to the city centre.
Good
Hotel in center of Wroclaw
It is a hotel where one gets everething needed for overnight stay. Nothing particularly extraordinary good or bad. Walking distance to the historical main market of Wroclaw. It is in a strict city-center and the hotel's parking is small, so if you come over by car in the evening you can have problems with finding a parking spot.
Building site area
In 2 years' time this may be in a good situation but at the moment you have to walk past 3 building sites, having crossed the river, then past a house being renovated, as is the house on the far side of the hotel. The view from my window was of 2 motorway type bridges over the river, large industrial buildings beyond, including a power station! However it is in walking distance of the historic area, but you do need a sense of humour to stay there and enjoy it.
Nice hotel, good location
Fridge in the room would be helpful. Nice hotel with good location
Stay from hotel nightmares
Where to start. Staff not happy at all, no smile, no how are you doing and most importantly nothing at the end about how was your stay which Id be more than happy to answer. We tried dinner menu. After being told the meals we would like were sold out we were served 2 meals which werent freshly prepared that day, also very much overpriced which we found out the next day when we went to old town (10mins walk from hotel) and saw the prices over there being lower than in the hotel itself. Now let's talk about the amazing room. Mattress was really hard, only one soft flat pillow available per person. Also we found out air con wasn't working but we thought not a problem let's leave the window open. It was great until 5:30 am when workers on the building site which turns out was literally outside our window started drilling and swearing cos they couldn't find their tools. We had no information from the hotel staff prior our check in regarding the massive building site in front our room, no questions about it at the end of the stay, no apologies. If we would stay for more nights we would at least complained if not change the hotel completely. Definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone!
Exactly as the photos shown on booking website. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Not too far out if central Wroclaw. Breakfast was typical continental : meats, salad, cheese, beautiful fresh breads, plus scrambled eggs and sausage. I was only charged 25 zlotys for paying on advance.
excellent
perfect
Recomended :)
We had great time in Wroclaw
A lovely, cheerful hotel
We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was a little out of the central area, but only a 10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly and provided information about sightseeing.
Not far from Old Town but wifi is a problem
If you are driving a car, it is extremely difficult to navigate the drive into the parking lot. There are NO signs indicating the route around the various buildings. The internet was virtually non-existent. I have noticed this being a pattern at other Campanile properties as well. I asked several times about internet, and the staff would say that they were working on the problem.
Stare Miasto, Wroclaw
Overall an enjoyable stay, hotel was usual Campanile standard
Great Hotel
Great hotel, situated in a very handy part of town. Very friendly and efficient staff
Cheap and extremely cheerful
13 guys on a stag dp. the hotel service was wonderful. it had eveything we needed an at the price was exceedingly good.
Modern hotel close to town .
Within walking distance of town centre and clean and modern hotel. It was great value for money.
Very pleasant overall, good breakfast, good transport into centre
OK, but expected better from 3 stars hotel
The place was ok. The stuff... hmmm one lady was very nice and tried to help us with anything she could. She deserved a raise. Another one acted as she was there as punishment. Not very friendly nor helpful. She needs to see picture of people smiling. And try it herself. Little problem with not enough parking unless you pay extra. Breakfast too expensive !!!. Beer, wow kick in the shin is less painful then price for it. 1 towel per person. Not the end of the World, just disappointing. Missing remote for TV, missing cattle. And you get free internet, but you are out of range unless you are in the lobby. Windows do not shut well or do not open, depending on room. We changed rooms 3 times. It was nice of the lady to help us find a room with decent wi-fi range. In the end we got better room because of the helpful staff member.
Amazing
Travelled with a friend around Europe and this was the final stop and we could not have been more satisfied. How this hotel is rated 2 star is beyond me. The minute you walk in it feels clean and new, the rooms are immaculate and have air conditioning, something we found hard to come by in other hotels. The staff are friendly and we're always happy to help or ring a taxi. Centre isn't far from the hotel and you could walk, but we just got taxis for the low prices. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Weekend stay for two
Location is very good and the price was also ok. However air conditioning can be switched off only by switching off the fuse in the fuse box. The same is for heater in the bathroom. TV had no cable for antenna signal so we could not watch it. Rooms were clean.
Graete place for good money
Good hotel for reasonable price. Room clean and comfortable. Easy access to the main attractions (waking distance 10 min)
Airport Stopover
Hotel was of an average standard. I found trying to find your way to access the car parking area a little difficult to find as I could not find any signposts on the roads to direct me.
Nice, Reasonable Hotel by Old Town (Stary Miasto)
Good hotel, good staff, room was clean and efficient. Breakfast was nice and hefty. Was very close to Old Town (Stary Miasto). According to the hotel staff, the taxi driver cheated me coming from the airport, though. It should have been 50 zloty and I was charged 65, so beware. Not a lot of money, but annoying, nonetheless. Hotel was a good value, though, and I'll be back in June to visit.
Nice hotel, little bit out of the way.
The hotel is new and comfortable but not much of a character Overall it was a pleasing stay..
Really excellent hotel in Wroclaw
I found this place was perfect for a stay in Wroclaw, Poland. Free Internet!
Just outside stari misto
Great hotel just small walk from old city. Over a bridge. Staff excellent and friendly Rooms were as described and clean and quite Very comfy
Stag in poland
Right the rooms are very clean and even the bathroom is very clean. its deffo worth the money if you dont spend loads hours in the hotel itself. the bar and restaurant arent really big, its more like a travelodge from UK. but enjoyable.
Lovely hotel in a run-down neighborhood
The hotel is in a very run-down neighborhood across the river from the main part of the city. The hotel was actually scary to approach at night.
close to center of old town but in sketchy neighbood
Standard, meets your expectations
I would rate it average. The staff was nice but not so well trained, they gave me wrong directions for the airport shuttle-bus, so I ended up taking taxi. I would go for it if you get a room for a decent price.
Very close to public transports (something like 2mn away from a tram stop) and at a walking distance from the city center (approx. 10mn), this Campanile hotel was clean and just perfect for our long weekend in Wroclaw. Rooms were quiet, and included tea/coffee and a nice bathroom.
2 NIGHT STAY IN WROCLAW
WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE ROOM WE FELT IT WAS SMALL. BOTH OF US FOUND THE ROOM TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE FOR OUR 2 NIGHT STAY IN WROCLAW
Campanile - Wroclaw
Hotel is the same level as a uk travelodge, the area near the hotel is a little run down but safe, 10 minutes walk from the main Sq.
to whom it may concern
you get what you pay for; a room to sleap in and thats it! - we arrived there on sathurday and left on tuesday and room had been cleaned only once- that is the day of our arrival. We had to ask for towels and toilettpaper every day.when we told them that the towels had not been changed, they told us that it was probably cause they had not been left on the floor, meaning that you might end up drying yourself with a dirty towel the rest of your stay if you dont put it there. The garbage had not been thrown out for 4 days either. the tub leaked badly. the area is not the safest one to walk alone on a cold winter evening.the room smelled of cigaretts despite the fact it was non- smoking one.
clean affordable hotel, good location
Overall this is a very nice and affordable hotel. The location is also good--just take the tram one stop to get near the center of the city. The only problem we had was that no water was coming out of the shower or sink both mornings when we woke up, but it eventually came back on after about a half hour. For UEFA Euro 2012 visitors--just take the tram one stop to Jana Pawla and there's plenty of buses that go to the new stadium from there (about a 15 min ride). Returning to the hotel after the game is just as easy.
Great location, good value for money
Easy stroll from hotel to town, safe parking, friendly receptionist - provided everything we needed.
Good value, central location
Fairly basic but comfortable - bathroom a bit dated Good central location only 10 minutes walk from city centre
campanile wroclaw
good, clean hotel if you want 2/3 nights in wroclaw. 5 minute walk to main square but surrounding area can be intimidating at night. shortest route back to hotel from main square is unlit so need to 'keep in the light' - sensible tip for any city really.
Clean, cheap and central
Excellent value in central Wroclaw.
Campanile - Wroclaw - close to the sights
I am a big fan of the complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee, and water!
The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the old town, but seemed like it was on the border of a somewhat seedy neighborhood. The hotel room was a little bit run down and there was a dried blood stain on my towel, which kind of creeped me out. Overall, the hotel was fine, but I think that next time I would cough up the extra $15 - $20 to stay at a nicer hotel.
OK
Everything was good except for the group of customers that came to stay on the last few nights. They were very noisy and kept me up all night.
Impressed
Great hotel, and location and price, exceptional service, will definitely stay there again if i come back to wroclaw. The only downside is expensive breakfast.
A pleasant stay
The hotel was located not far from the central downtown area of Wroclaw. The hotel itself was well kept and looked very nice. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly. I would defiinitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Great value for the price
Stayed for one night in August, paid less than $60, which was a great value. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the main square, and it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice. I'd stay again; for the price, it was a bargain.
Geht so
Es gibt in Polen besser ausgestattete Companile Hotels.
I arrived in night all morning cleaning lady keep opening dor and closing from 9 to 11 non stop trying to wake me up opening door while she vacuum in front of my door. They don't even knock before I will never stay again there
It was alright for this price and I would consider coming again.

God værdi for prisen. Omgivelserne uinteressante og hotellet lidt svært tilgængeligt. Morgenmad ok til prisen. Flinkt personale.
Jest dobrze
Bez zastrzeżeń. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Polecam
Güzel lokasyon
Genel olarak lokasyon güzel old town a yakın. Yürüme 15 dakika. Odalar güzel. Personel güler yüzlü yardım sever. Gündüz ve gece resepsiyonu çok güler yüzlü. Tebrikler.
Hotel ottimo ad un prezzo eccellente
Struttura confortevole, Non distante dal centro Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e cordiale! Esperienza eccellente!
Es war alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Der Preis mehr als in Ordnung!
Fin hotel
Fint hotel, men området var kedelig
Ok
Ok. Blisko centrum.
Obsługa szybko zareagowała i właściwie zabezpieczyła windę i oświetliła klatkę schodową.
