Travelling to Almeria

Lovely room, comfy bed, good shower. Overall very good.

The restaurant food was terrible. Service in the restaurant was poor

Room was at 28 Celcius when we arrived. We tried several ways to adjust the thermostat to 22 and there were no instructions to help us out. When we returned later on the evening it was 26. The 27 in the morning. No Wifi instructions. No cofee available in the Room. No instructions to phone the front desc. We tried dialong 9 and also 0 but neither worked. Overall very un professional.

Good overnight stop off

Not Bad, but expected more

It is well situated just of the motorway. Clean and tidy all round. The thing that lets it down badly. Is that there is no USB sockets or a multi plug socket. So just make sure all your phones and tablets are fully charged. The breakfast was excellent. The evening meal was a bit on the basic and simple.

Great place away from the city but close to get there

We booked for 1/2 board and were charged 25€ each for the evening meal. We were told the meal would be served in the Lobby bar which was more like a canteen. The meal was the menu Del dia which was priced at 18€ including a drink which we did not get. The bed was disgusting as it had a thick plastic sheet on it which crumpled into large creases, this is not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. We really felt that 168€ for 1 night was disgusting for a very bad nights sleep and a below average menu Del dia and topped off by a poor quality cold breakfast.

A lovely hotel

Our second stay at this hotel and it was as good as the first. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good wifi signal. The parking was free. We had the menu del dia in the hotel restaurant which was very good. 3 courses and a glass of wine for 18€. The buffet breakfast was also very good with a great selection of both hot and cold food.

Lovely room, evening meal very good food. Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast nice. You need to get a taxi to get to this hotel as no paths over busy motorway. The taxi by rail station and we had no trouble getting one. The staff can order one and they fast and reasonable. Surprised we were going to be charged 15 euro each for using pool. The town lovely and we found nice bar that did exceptional food. Nice place

Good sized and well located hotel

Good size hotel with spacious lobby and good sized rooms, very clean and tidy. The hotel is on the edge of Albacete and well located for the concert hall which is only 150M away. restaurants and bars etc can be reached fairly easily by car. Only downside was the breakfast; fairly poor selection with all cooked items left to go cold - very uninviting. Only 4/10

Excellent set menu. Disappointing breakfast. Hotel is situated too far out of albacete to easily walk in as there are not many pavements which is a shame

A good place for a nights rest.

The hotel made a comfortable stop on our road trip across Spain. From the pictures of the hotel I saw when booking I thought the hotel had a pool.. however when I asked about it I was told it was a spa pool and it would be €15 each for a two hour time slot if we wished to use it.. I thought that was a little expensive so we didn’t. However on the plus side the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.

Average hotel with good breakfast

The hotel is located slightly outside town. The breakfast was really nice and room was good size. Free parking on site was also a positive. The staff weren’t that friendly and I found them to be inconsiderate at times. I got woken up every morning due to the fact that they were shouting outside my door in the corridor whilst cleaning other rooms. The double bed was made of two single beds and therefore very uncomfortable when slept on.

Location for travelling through Spain. The cafe only serves food at 8pm which I didn’t like as it’s too late for me. Bathroom had a bath would have been good to have tea making facilites. Good rang of toiletries.

Near to, and convenient for, the congress centre. Front office speak good English and all enquiries were dealt with precisely. Good shower, plentiful breakfast. Difficult to get to. Perhaps the website could info about buses from the station...

There was no childcare and The Spa was Max 2 hours for €30,- pp each day

The hotel has some class but the lication in the middle of an indusrial site!! Caused a poor impression..

Great find

Room and service were good value for money, only slight issue was that we had to get a new key card each day, however the reception staff were very accomodating and welcoming.

Only stayed for a few hours before a flight but was a lovely hotel and would have happily stayed longer

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff.

We were only in the hotel for a short time as we were travelling to Madrid for the Champions League final. However, they let us check in early to accommodate our travels and I wish we had longer there, the receptionist was lovely and really helpful. The room was lovely and it was such a shame we couldn't enjoy breakfast or the spa as I imagine they would have been really good too.

Good Stopover

This is an excellent hotel for a stopover as it's very close to the main through-routes. It's probably also popular with business travellers. However, it isn't close to any real 'amenities' so it's not that convenient for the city. Nevertheless, a good all round place.

Far from the centre

We only stayed on night en route to Mazarron but overall it was good. Dinner was a salad and it was excellent as was breakfast

Never stay at this Hotel it’s disgusting

After walking to the room anungst the mess and rubbish I found the room uninhabitable due to the smell of mould. I would not let my dog stay there.

Pleasant hotel

Used as a one night stop. Very welcoming and friendly at reception. Room very comfortable and hotel lovely and clean. Most disappointed that restaurant closed so we ate in bar/cafe area as did not want to go out searching for places to eat. Cafe ok but fancied something a bit more luxurious for spa hotel. Breakfast good though and reasonably priced. Would have been nice to have details of sauna, health club, etc around hotel in English. I realise of course we could have asked at reception but information in our room would have been nice to browse through and give us chance to decide at our leisure.

Too far from the centre in industrial area. Rooms very hot and had to use air con which i hate. Only shampoo supplied and when i requested conditioner and body cream was only given more shampoo. No iron available in the hotel. Restaurant was lovely though with good food and good value for both food and drink.Breakfast buffet was limited.

Nice staff, and a heavenly deep bathtub

I had lived in Albacete 4 years ago, so I knew the city pretty well. Although, I had never stayed at the Hotel Beatriz before. Because the hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of the city, it was much quieter in the surrounding areas. There is a Carrefour Express just a 5 minute walk down the street, and that was helpful for me as I am thrifty and do not eat out much. I went there daily to buy a sandwich, fruit, milk, or even the occasional beer. I really liked my room as it was spacious, lots of room for storage, and a big enough bathroom. The bathtub was heavenly and very deep. Although, I requested a room with a tub, as well. There was a tiny fridge in the room, which I used to store some of my groceries. My only complaint was the fact my room had 2 twin beds, and both of them were rock hard. I have found that many hotels in Spain do the "2 twin bed" thing, which means I don't get a restful sleep. I just sleep better on a double bed or bigger, as I am a middle-aged woman who tosses and turns much during the night. The beds were just very very firm, which was not to my liking. The staff was very kind, and they spoke English well, which is wonderful. My Spanish is still pretty iffy. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there aside.

Ordinary Hotel

This hotel was selected due to 5 star rating it does not deserve this. The bathroom shower was not attached to wall so you could not shower it was at the bath level. The food selection was poor. The hotel is big but has no style, no indoor decoration no gardens. It needs a manager who can bring this structure to a 5 star level

Couldn’t wish for anything better, lovely helpful staff. Will definitely stay again in the future

Good for work

Helpful staff. Nice building. Good restaurant on site. Some rooms have walk-in showers. Others only have a hand-held shower over the bath. Make sure you ask!

Comfortable stopover hotel

All in all this is a very good hotel with modern rooms and good facilities. The staff are helpful and friendly and helped make the stay a comfortable one. The hotel is well positioned for the motorway making this a great stopover hotel.

We decided on this hotel because it was close to the motorway en route from Alicante to north Spain. We were impressed with the modern feel and the spacious rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception excellent

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

Spent two nights counting on nice modern hotel with spa to recover energies at the end of the day. The first part worked OK, except for minor issues with bathroom, There is no shower head and the portable shower has no place to hang, so it has to be held all the time. This is most inconvenient. Combine this with the lack of shower curtain and you end up with a flooded bathroom every time you shower. The spa side was a disaster. They advertise indoor pool and steam room but do not live for their offer. First they require additional payment, what is not mentioned in the site (and is not the industry standard). Second they also omit that the indoor pool and steam room are for private use and require a reservation. During my stay they were fully booked and could not be used. On the good side breakfast buffet was very good (well above average).

Nice hotel in a good location for a stopover however little else around

USEFUL OVERNIGHT

OUR FIRST VISIT, VERY USEFUL TO HAVE SECURE PARKING AS WE WERE TRAVELLING TO CAR FERRY AND VERY LOADED. MUCH BETTER BREAKFAST THAN WE HAVE FOUND IN OTHER HOTELS. WE WILL USE AGAIN.

Handy to the highway

A comfortable stop just off the highway perfect after harrowing highway drive and on dusk arrival. The food not great. Little English spoken by staff we need to do better with learning Spanish.

My wife and I stopped for one night on our way to Alicante. By accident we turned up a day late yet were met by great kindness and understanding from the staff at reception. Our actual stay was superb with first class facilities on offer which would grace a much more expensive hotel. Overall, a wonderful stop at a marvellous hotel

Stay was excellent, but spa was closed-were not told that when we reserved the room, that was disappointing

Nedslitt hotell med hyggelige ansatte

Dette var bare en overnatting på vei til et annet sted for oss. Veldig stort hotell som sikkert har vært flott en gang. Vi undrer oss over hvordan slike hotell fortsatt kan beholde 4 stjerner?? Sengen var veldig hard og hadde for få puter for oss. På badet var flere ting løse, dolokk, dorullholder, søppelkasselokk.. To små pappkrus og kun 1 bitte liten shampo/såpeflaske på hver. Den rakk ikke til både hår og kropp! Roomservice fungerer, og kokken på den ikke veldig koselige restauranten kan steke biff. Jentene i resepsjonen var hyggelige og effektive.

Unterkunft war gut soweit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Essen war nicht allzu gut. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer hat etwas gemüffelt. Leider ist am Montag das Spa geschlossen.

Nos ha gustado mucho

Desastroso

Una experiencia decepcionante. El restaurante tiene una oferta limitada y los precios son elevados en relación con lo que ofrecen. Tanto la calidad como la cantidad de los platos dejan mucho que desear. El gimnasio es pésimo: pequeño, con máquinas inservibles (solo hay una y está rota) y mancuernas también en mal estado. La cama es incómoda, la almohada no ayuda en absoluto, y la iluminación en la habitación es deficiente, con bombillas fundidas o directamente inexistentes. En general, la habitación se siente más como un zulo que como un espacio cómodo para alojarse.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, limpio, personal muy amable. Teníamos media pensión y nos dieron opción de comer o cenar, elegimos comer y todo genial. El hotel está muy alejado de todo, si después de cenar quieres tomaralgo o dar una vuelta, tienes que coger coche; el aire acondicionado de la habitación muy ruidoso, por lo demás todo bien.

TV debería estar colgada en pared

Hôtel très correct dans l’ensemble mais très déçue par la piscine (spa) qui n’était pas accessible aux enfants alors que cela n’était pas précisé dans la description de l’hôtel. J’avais choisi cet hotel spécialement pour ce critère donc les enfants étaient très déçus…

Horrible attention

La personne a la réception à été particulièrement désagréable avec moi, ne voulant pas donner la chambre pour laquelle j’avais de surcroît payé un supplément. J’ai dû insister pour que finalement elle arrête de mentir en disant qu’il n’y a plus de disponibilité et me donne ma chambre. Le lit est très inconfortable. Bon petit dejeuner

El alojamiento bien Pero Expedia nos había cancelado la reserva la noche anterior y cuando llegamos no teníamos habitación Gracias al hotel pudimos quedarnos allí Sin ninguna explicación por parte de Expedia y les ruego me la den porque fue muy desagradable y ya no sé si volveré a fiarme de ustedes

Dårligt

Har sjældent oplevet mindre serviceminded personale i restauranten. Havde bestilt fullboard hvilket bestod af seperat menukort med 3 muligheder samt et lille glas øl/vand. Alt udover dette var extra. Maden var langt under spansk standard.

Un buen hotel para estar una noche

Es un hotel en buen estado, relativamente nuevo. Solo que casi no hay enchufes en la habitación. Me gusta tener el teléfono con despertador cargando en la mesita pero imposible. La comida incluida en la media pensión es básica. Poco para elegir. El desayuno, aunque hay muchas cosas, es de calidad básica. (Los huevos fritos saben a aceite). El café malísimo, pero esto es ya algo habitual en los desayunos de hoteles grandes donde ponen una cafetera automática que puede hacer muchos cafés por minuto pero de mala calidad.

Buen hotel al que voy todos los meses. Lo unico que observo es que el desayuno cada vez es mas pobre

Quelle déception! Nous avons réservé l’hôtel pour profiter du spa mais l’entrée nous a été refusée car complet. N’indiquez donc pas hotel spa si vous ne réservez pas de place pour les résidents de l’hôtel.

Limpio y agradable, pero falta insonorización

El hotel es amplio, espacioso, bien decorado y sobre todo limpio en las zonas comunes como en las habitaciones. Sin embargo, falla en la insonorización con las habitaciones colindantes y se escuchan conversaciones y murmullos si están hablando o el agua de los otros baños.

Las instalaciones muy bien, el desayuno muy completo con calidad, personal muy amable, habitación amplia y moderna, aunque no entiendo como en un hotel así, en la bañera no hay una ducha, sólo hay bañera con un corto grifo extensible con a penas fuerza y que hace imposible poder ducharse. Por lo menos, mi habitación. El hotel está situado a las afueras de Albacete, aunque con buena comunicación y parking.

La ducha no te iba suficiente presión en el primer piso. Alquile dos habitaciones y no había presión en ninguna de las dos. La ducha en un hotel es tan importante como la cama. De en vigilar el estado de funcionamiento de los servicios básicos de las habitaciones

No me a gustado que no tenga la factura de la reserva .

En conjunto y en relación calidad precio excelente. Solo tiene detalles a depurar: un hotel spa debe tener albornoz y zapatillas para bajar al spa. Faltan vasos en el baño. Enchufes en la cabecera de la cama. Una bebida de bienvenida. Instrucciones claras y precisas de uso del A/A y del teléfono. Por lo demás perfecto. Todos tenemos que mejorar algo. Un saludo.

El hotel está muy bien, pero la habitación llena de mosquitos, y teniendo en cuenta mi alergia a las picaduras, de ahí mi valoración.

Hotel für die Durchreise

Für eine Nacht im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Es mangelt an der Instandhaltung. In unserem Schlafraum fehlte ein Deckenstrahler vor dem Kleiderschrank. Aus der Zwischendecke fiel die ganze Nacht über Licht durch die Deckenöffnung an der Stelle des fehlenden Deckenstrahlers ins Zimmer. Durch die Deckenöffnung waren Kabel in der Zwischendecke erkennbar. Die Fugen der Duschzelle könnten einmal grundgereinigt und erneuert werden. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes und die Auswahl überschaubar. Ein Gast beanstandete das abgelaufene Haltbarkeitsdatum bei den einzeln verpackten Donuts.
