TOP CHOICE FOR OUR RETURN TO AUGSBURG.

Very comfortable accommodations within 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Impeccably clean, well furnished rooms. Breakfast comprised large assortment of choices. The establishment is well run and definately worthy of a return visit. Great value.

The hotel was about a 10 min walk from the city center. The room seemed clean but was located on the side of the main entrance so was a bit noisy. I didn't appreciate the hotel putting a monthly hold on my credit card until my check in date. It was a bit confusing as I thought the hotel was triple charging the room on my card. We stayed at more than a half dozen hotels during our trip and this was the only hotel that did this and the rate didn't even include breakfast.

Worth a try

The hotel was great but so much construction around it and the area it was difficult to get a true picture of the city.

We loved Augsburg...

Great hotel! The only complaint we have is the smell of the room. I believe our room was at one time a smoking room. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal.

Very helpful staff.

The room that I booked had been cancelled upon arrival due to my credit card going out of date between booking it and turning up at the hotel. They did a pre authorization on my card and it was declined and as a result they cancelled my room. Although I did not stay there the hotel reception was clean and had an Irish bar next door if you wanted a change of scenery. The staff apologized and could have done no more to find me alternative accommodation. The girl on reception called about 6 hotels until a room was found, which impressed. Even though my stay didn't turn out as I expected, I wouldn't let it put me off booking a room there again.

Great Hotel in Augsburg

Arrived at the hotel in the early/late evening after spending some time near the Augsburg City Centre. Enjoyed the quiet restaurant atmosphere before a relaxing evening on our journey south.

Excellent Hotel in "Old City" of Augsburg

Very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff for a hotel that is conveniently located in the "Old City" of Augsburg. The restaurant also provides very good dinner selections at a fair price. The full breakfast buffet also was excellent.

Okay if you're just passing through

I stayed at the Romantikhotel Augsburger Hof during a trip through the Bavarian 'Romantic Road.' Out of all the hotels I visited, it was my least favorite, although it is hard to compare to a more rural boutique hotel with their city location. My three biggest complaints were 1) there was no coffee in the room! I had to go to the restaurant downstairs and request it, and then they charged me for it! 2) there was no free parking, from what I could tell there was only street parking, and due to a language barrier, the desk clerk told me it was 'free' and I only avoided a ticket out of lucky timing, and finally 3) there was no view to speak of, my room only had one small window and it opened onto a brick wall about three feet away. The room was clean, but overall utilitarian and not really 'romantic.'

Nice Hotel

This hotel was comfy and the service was very good, easy walking to the town centre, Not much to see within the town but easy to get to and secure parking if travelling by car.

Perfect location

Courteous, helpful staff. The hotel was very neat and clean and our room was a special romantic one. The location is perfect., in the heart of Augsburg. A 10 minute walk to downtown, city hall. We come here once every year and we will return.

The registration clerk was so helpful and welcoming. We were trying to find a location in Augsburg and she went out of her way to help us. Great experience.

A brief but excellent stay.

The hotel is in a great location and only a leisurely 10 min walk to the centre of Augsburg. The service couldn't have been better with all staff very attentive. Our room was facing the inner court yard so we didn't hear the trams passing but it was noticeable when we were in the restaurant. However, it just added to the atmosphere of the hotel.

Not a romantic hotel. High price for low quality.

The stay in Romantic Hotel was a stopover of our Romantic Road Trip and we were expecting a romantic place/hotel for our stay in Augsburg. The name of the hotel is misleading. This is rather hotel for businessmen willing to spend their night in a clean hotel rather a hotel for couples that want to spend their night in a nice and Romantic Hotel following their way through the Romantic Road. The price was very high compared to the quality of the room. The hotel has no parking and we had to park our car in a (very narrow) parking 100 m away from the hotel with extra cost. In general, not at all what we expected.

Tolle Kissenauswahl

Wir haben den Augsburger Hof ausgewählt als Zwischenstopp vom Gardasee nach Köln, um die restlichen Kilometer ausgeruht angehen zu können. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Wir haben noch nie so geschwitzt wie in dieser Nacht und waren entsprechend gerädert am anderen Morgen. Am meisten hat uns aber die Antwort der Chefin geärgert, die meinte bei dem Preis für die Übernachtung kann man keine Klimaanlage erwarten. Wir finden es unverschämt ein solches Zimmer anzubieten, da auch in unseren Regionen zunehmend mit hohen Temperaturen zu rechnen ist. Ausserdem war die ganze Nacht ein nicht unerheblicher Lärm von der benachbarten Bar zu hören. Das Haus und auch das Frühstückspersonal waren topp. Schade. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Freundlicher Check in. Frühstück wegen Corona Lockdown nicht möglich, aber einge Möglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung wurden beim Checkin weitergegeben👍.

Es war sehr laut aum Abend und am Morgen . Es war eine Eishokeymannschaft von 12-14 jährigen Knaben im Hotel die rasten und schieen duchs ganze haus.

Zuverlässiges Hotel in malerischer Lage

Ich war schon öfters hier und wahrscheinlich wieder nächstes Jahr... Die Lage ist super und die Gegend im allgemeinen sehr pittoresk. Die Matratzen waren zu weich, aber es gäbe auch härtere, habe ich später gehört.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Zimmer zur Straße vorne raus nicht zu empfehlen - sehr laut wegen Musik vom Pub neben dem Hotel.

Hotel muy bonito, muy céntrico y muy cómodo. Solo echamos de menos aire acondicionado en una noche calurosísima. Pero entendemos que tampoco es tan frecuente un calor tan tórrido y con el ventilador de techo pudimos pasar la noche.

休日に宿泊したせいもあるが、まわりにＯＰＥＮしているレストランが、少なかった。 大聖堂からは徒歩すぐ。モーツアルトハウスは、お部屋から見えていた。 スタッフはとても親切で、バスタブ付の部屋をくれ、ＷＩＦＩの便利なカードも、用意されていて、領収書も、気持ちよく出してくれた。 通りに面した部屋は、路面電車がすぐ下を通っているので、クローズしないと、眠れないが、扇風機はあっても、冷房装置はないので、夏は暑いと思った。 リノベーションはしてあって、カーテンなどは、新しいが、その他の施設は古い。

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber, das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und alles was das Herz begehrt war da, obwohl die liebenswerte dafür zuständige Dame ganz untröstlich war, weil ihrer Meinung nach die Auswahl um 10.00 Uhr nicht mehr so war wie sie ihrer Meinung nach hätte sein sollen. Ich war dort wirklich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Hotel medio con ottima colazione

es hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, da man in der hoteleigenen, kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage mein 4 Wochen altes Auto demoliert hat und keine Kameras und auch keine Versicherung vorhanden war. Sorry, aber dieses Minus läßt natürlich den gesamten Hotelaufenthalt in einem dunklen Licht bewerten.

18 qm³ Zimmer versprochen, bekommen: 12 qm³ Zimmer

Über Expedia haben wir ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel reserviert. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, empfing uns eine resolute Empfangsdame, die bereits ankündigte, unser Zimmer wäre recht klein, doch sie würde uns zu einem Aufpreis von 10€ ein größeres Zimmer geben. Sie gab uns dann die Schlüssel für beide Zimmer, damit wir selbst eine Entscheidung treffen könnten. Das kleine Zimmer war winzig (max. 12 qm³) und unterm Dach, sodass es noch dazu eine Dachschräge hatte. Zwischen der offenen Tür und dem Bett gab es ungefähr einen Abstand von nur 30 cm. Daher nahmen wir das größere Zimmer - und stellten leider erst im Nachhinein fest, dass uns ein 18 qm³ großes Zimmer zugestanden wäre. Nun stellt sich uns unweigerlich die Frage, ob uns unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer für 10€ Aufpreis verkauft wurde?! Dabei handelt es sich meiner Meinung nach geradezu um mafiöse Zustände, wie man es nicht von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde.

Ad Augusta per rivivere le atmosfere del natale, abbiamo voluto rivivere l'esperienza fatta esattamente tredici anni prima nel medesimo hotel. L'aria romantica non è cambiata; abbiamo ritrovato il medesimo gusto nell'arredamento e nell'accoglienza (peraltro eseguita da una gentileissima ragazza italiana).

Man bliver godt og venligt modtaget. Hotellet ligger fint inden for gåafstand til den gamle bymidte. Udmærket værelse. Glimrende morgenmadsbuffet, ligeledes med fin og venlig service. Vi havde glemt vores tablet på værelset og havde endnu ikke konstateret det, da vi mindre end 10 min efter checkout blev kontaktet pr. tel. så at vi kunne returnere og afhente den. Særdeles fin og effektiv service!

O hotel fica próximo as atrações principais da cidade, 10 minutos de caminhada. O custo-benefício é bom para a localizaçao.

Kein Essen

Ausser Frühstück gibt es nichts. Wir haben gedacht da können wir mit Freunden gemütlich sitzen, aber leider gibts kein Essen.

Zentrale Lage-nettes Hotel

Zentrale Lage, 5 Minuten von Dom und Rathaus entfernt. Strassenbahnanbindung. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig zum Innenhof mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Service- und Rezeptionspersonal.

Godt hotel med dejlig irsk pub lige ved siden. Beliggenden i roligt område til trods for at der kun er 650 m til centrum.

Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare la città

In visita ad Augsburg per i mercatini di Natale, abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione strategica. Essendo in auto lo abbiamo raggiunto in 5 minuti dall'autostrada. E' a ridosso del centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi oppure in 2 minuti prendendo il tram che passa proprio davanti la struttura. L'hotel è perfetto, pulito, il personale è educatissimo e cortese che ti spiega tutto appena arrivati. C'è anche un parcheggio interno(piccolo) ad un prezzo più che onesto per una giornata intera. La mia discriminante per gli hotel è il bagno e questo mi ha soddisfatto in pieno. Spazioso, pulito e doccia oversize. Se tornassi ad Augsburg tornerei senza dubbio in questo Hotel.

アウクスブルクの旧市街にあって、市庁舎、大聖堂、ブレヒト・ハウスなどが至近距離にあります。ちょっと足を延ばせば、シェッツラー宮殿やフッガー・ハウスも徒歩圏内です。ホテルそのものは清潔で快適にすごせましたし、スタッフも親切でした。ただ問題は、私たちがアウクスブルクに行った行ったとき（２０１５年９月初旬）には、ホテルへの足のはずのトラム（２番ウエスト）は待てど暮らせてやってきませんでした。ケーニヒ広場の停留所で誰にたずねてもらちが明かず、インフォメーションを見つけて確認すると地図をくれて歩けとのこと。トラムが走る道路が大々的な改修中で、車両が通行止めになっていたためで、石畳の道を大きなスーツケースをごろごろ引きながら２０分ほど歩くはめになり、とんだ目に遭いました。翌日も早朝７時に始まった道路の補修工事の騒音で起こされました。この不運はもちろんホテルのせいではないし、どのガイドブックにもそんな情報は載っていないので、致し方はないとはいえ、まったく想定外のできごとで残念でした。ホテルは落ち着いた雰囲気で、ロケーションも抜群、朝食もおいしかったので、５点をあげてしかるべきですが、１点減点はこの強烈な体験ゆえです。

Schönes Hotel in Zentrumnähe

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und konnten zwischen verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien wählen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön mit großzügigem Bad, die einzige Einschränkung war der nächtliche Lärm durch den angrenzenden Irish Pub, wenn deren Gäste den Heimweg antraten.

中心地からは徒歩10分ほどかかりますが、ホテルの存在が素晴らしく、また宿泊したいと思います。 大きな荷物がある方は市電も利用できます。 お部屋が可愛らしく、女性の方は気に入られるはずです。

Sehr gutes Hotel für Kurztrip

Sehr schönes Hotel, liegt sehr zentral alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal War sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück War auch sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht mit zwei Kindern und alles in allem war es ein sehr gemütliches Hotel. Nur warum dies 4Sterne hat ist mir nicht ganz klar. Für ein 4Sterne hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet im Komfort der Zimmer. Generell muss man aber sagen, dass das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich und einladend ist. Viel Auswahl und sehr frisch alles! Frühstücksservice 1A!!!!

Very nice hotel with well fitted out rooms

The hotel is excellent by any measure. The only problem we had was that as it has been a hot summer, the rooms (and hotel in general) was very warm (26 degrees?). This made sleeping difficult (although there is a ceiling fan in the room). We tried leaving the windows open, but there was a lot of noise from Murphy's bar next door. Request a quiet room (away from the Auf der Kreuz side, which is where the bar is) if you like to sleep with open windows.

Alles top außer Klimanalage wäre wichtig!

A due passi dal centro storico

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel in moto, ho chiesto il garage sapendo che costava 7€, dopo esserci sistemati in camera, pulita e confortevole, siamo andati in centro a piedi in circa 5 min. Al momento di pagare ho avuto la gradita sorpresa che il parcheggio della moto era gratuito! Consigliato!

Durchweg sehr freundlicher Service. Gemütliche Naturholzmöbel. Jedes Zimmer eine Pflanze. Frisches Obst auf dem Zimmer. Achtung! Frühstück war im Expediapreis nicht inbegriffen.

Nettes Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums, leider läuft die Strassenbahnlinie direkt vor dem Fenster lang....

Gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage

Bei sehr heißem Wetter und fehlender Klimaanlage reicht der Ventilator nicht aus. Das Öffnen der Fenster ist wegen der lautstarken Straßenbahn keine wirkliche Alternative.

Nettes Hotel im Stadtkern

Schön hergerichtet Hotel mit freundlichen und netten hilfsbereiten Personal. Wollte sogar extra noch zum Semmeln holen gehen, weil keine weißen Semmeln mehr da waren. Sehr zuvor kommend. An der Hotelbar sehr diskret im Hintergrund gehalten und doch alles im Blick. 👍🏻 empfehlenswert Danke

Bom hotel

O hotel fica a uma distância de caminhada as principais atrações da cidade. Tem estacionamento no próprio hotel e uma equipe muito atenciosa. Boa cama, banheiro e excelente café da manhã. Altamente recomendado. Excelente custo benefício.
