-Bathroom was leaking and the smell was horrible. -The 6th Floor had a distinct smell which was not very pleasant. Smelled like food was being cooked all of the time. - room was subpar, not incredible clean, bathtub did not properly drain and smelled really bad -Elevator very slow

Very friendly staffs and clean facility.

This was an amazing property. The breakfast was the best breakfast I ever had anywhere ever. The staff was great. The location was superb.

The staff really makes this place shine. They made my family—and especially my kids—feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable and luxurious. It’s a perfect location, close to everything but still peaceful. Honestly, you can’t go wrong here. A great choice for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Great staff and friendly service. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast. The fresh food and pastries were a treat.

When in Rome,...

Center of the city. VERY NOISY, I guess to be expected. The hotel was comfortable, with a friendly staff. But the room was dark and could use brightening and an update. But overall, not a bad stay.

Hotel Artemide is convenient to walk to main attractions and a taxi is easily accessible if necessary. The hotel rooms are small but moderately nice and the breakfast was very good with lots of food options. If looking for a nice hotel without the high price tag Hotel Artemide is a good choice.

Ivan, at the front desk, was exceptional. Handled a minor issue very quickly and was attentive to make sure our stay was excellent.

The stay was amazing! Great service and extremely friendly! Hotel was in great condition. Rooms were large and nicely appointed. Location was central to everything. Unfortunately the rooftop was closed but the bar and breakfast was good. They had an amazing selection and wonderful bakery items.

Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. Your attention to detail, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations made our trip unforgettable. Can’t say enough about this hotel—impeccable service, cozy rooms.

Great stay

So beautiful! The spa experience was really nice after long days of sight seeing. We loved that all the bedding was laundered without fragrances. There were scented diffusers in every part of the hotel and in our room, but we were able to put it in the closet and open the windows to air out the fragrances.

Excellent stay.

As soon as we walked through the front door we knew we chose the right hotel. Lovely staff, great amenities. We had a welcome drink at the bar and a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Unfortunately the roof top bar is under maintenance so we will have to come back

Our first time in Rome and it was our honeymoon. The provided us prosecco. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so nice. Rooms were clean and tidied up first thing in the morning.

Outstanding staff.

Great location with fantastic and warm staff. It's in an extremely touristy and busy area but very near to Rome's highlights for a first trip -- Colosseum, Sistine, etc. Breakfast is great too. I would stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel

Wonderful fully modernized hotel with abundant amenities. The hotel location is great for tourists. The hotel is just a 9-10 Euro taxi ride from the Roma Termini train station. Nice shops near the hotel with a pharmacy and grocery store located across the street.

Excellent hotel situated in a great location within a 20 to 25 minute walk from the major sites. The reception staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast was not included in our deal so we had to pay as an add-on. It was so worth it. Honestly priced and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever had. The most delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, variety of eggs (you could even have your eggs made to order) and REAL coffee, not the stuff out of those machines, where you have to press a button! Such an excellent find, would come back here in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Artemide from Mon 7th to Thur 10th April and we were very impressed. This trip has been exceptional, the city is beautiful and after lots of excursions and lots of walking we realised how perfect the hotel is located. A 10 minute walk from Roma Termini, ideally located if you intend to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc. The staff are wonderful, they literally cannot do enough to ensure your stay is fantastic and we would really like to return having got engaged in Rome, but this time bring all the family for a Rome wedding. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be back. Special thanks to the breakfast team, especially the gentleman who worked at Piccolino’s in Manchester - what a guy!!! Also the reception staff, very helpful and informative and finally the ladies in salon who really spoiled my fiancée and I with a massage and private spa session. I knew when I booked the hotel that the rooftop terrace was being renovated, this will be amazing and I must return to see it!!! Thank you, Alan and Jen

Great hotel in a great part of Rome.

I liked the free mini bar and the bed was very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good with many choices.

The hotel is centrally located with most attractions within 15-20 minutes walking distance. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Normally would rate it at five stars but deducted one because our room was pretty small and dark; there was one window into an alleyway but it’s wooden shutters were closed!! The elevator operation was quirky.

Great hotel in the center of Rome

We stayed 4 days at Hotel Artemide and were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Front staff desk was always very helpful. The breakfasts were incredible with the best staff. They were truly cheerful every morning. My 11 and 14 year old children also loved it. We had a suite facing a busy road, but found the room to be lovely and quiet.

Ivan at the front desk was extremely helpful for a simple quick check in.

This property was very clean and the room was layed out well and the breakfast that was included was amazing and so much variety

This hotel was extremely clean and I cannot express enough about the staff and their friendliness and willing to help at all levels breakfast was superb dinner with excellent we didn't use the spa or gym services but everyone in that hotel was willing to go above and beyond I would recommend this to anyone

This was the second time we stayed at the Hotel Artemide - just as great as our first stay. Fantastic location, walkable to many must-see historocal sights, near wonderful restaurants and in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with ample shopping. Hotel is stylish, well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff are phenomenal- professional, efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed.

Rome

The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto.

Amazing hotel

The service was perfect from the moment we walked in. The location is great. Breakfast was delicious. They made our first trip to Rome very special.

The best experience! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay so lovely. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were all so smiley and chatty and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Really, stay here if you are going to Rome. It’s walkable to all the sights and the reception staff have some great recommendations for food and drinks and really want you to have the best experience. A great hotel!

The Staff at breakfast time were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and full of fun, especially the young man from Sicily, they really brightened our day! We didn't realise that you had to book the sauna, so we missed out!. :(

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome. First the staff is a top tier team. Amazing breakfast, it was what we looked forward to every morning. The breakfast team deserves a huge shout out. Any time of the day we were greeted so warmly and just amazing customer service. Oh the spa is just amazing! Great area to stay everything is walking distance, Trevi Fountain and colosseum are 12 min walk. This will be the only hotel I would stay in Rome. 5 star all around. Thank you to everyone in that hotel for making our holiday one to remember. We appreciate all of you.

Everything was great.

Decent hotel with a strategic location for visitors. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast staff in particular go above and beyond. They make you feel like family. Did I mention that their breakfast is also awesome?

We recently stayed at Hotel Artemide for a three night stay to use as a base for seeing Rome. Great location with lots of restaurants near by if you don't want to go too far for dinner. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice and the team there really put a smile on your face in the morning. We asked the hotel to organise our transfers from and to the airport and this was seamless. The room was great, just right and so quiet considering you are so near a busy road. The spa was good and if staying you get a discount to use the sauna, steam room etc. If we were to visit Rome again we would stay here again. Its close to the Colosseum (10-12 min walk). Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a walkable distance to the major attractions. Breakfast was lovely and staff more than pleasant to assist in anything we needed. Cleaning staff I feel like I have to highlight, a few interactions but not many, but incredibly friendly when chatting with them. They always did an amazing job cleaning the room and always greeted us with a good morning.

Perfect Rome weekend

Highly recommend this hotel. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice touch to have some free mini bar items and a welcome drinks voucher for the bar. Really enjoyed the choice of food for breakfast. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. The location is great, easy walking distance to Rome Termini train station, five mins walk from metro stop, but we walked everywhere from the hotel as it's such a great location. It was recommended to us and I'm happy to recommend it to others. Thank you Hotel Artemide, we'll be back!

Amazing.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Very quite, room was small but thay didnt matter as we were there to explore Rome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for my husbands 40th birthday. The spa was lovely too and breakfast was amazing, and very happy staff to start your day was just wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with wonderfully helpful and kind staff, an incredible buffet breakfast (included) and a truly luxury feel! Within 3-6 blocks of some excellent restaurants, close to the train terminal and within 2-5 miles of most major attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others! Made our first trip to Rome very memorable.

The Hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing. I enjoyed the spa and the room amenities. My wife unfortunately took ill on our last day, and the entire staff stepped up to help her feel better.

This place has amazing location. The artwork Collextion is astounding and the rooms are beautiful and contemporary. The staff is actually very welcoming and friendly like they’re happy to see you - which is been refreshing. It’s nice to feel welcomed and a Syed as a guest in hospitality. There were several properties we stayed at on this trip and this by far the BEST hotel.

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave excellent service. They all made our stay super awesome. Our room was just the right size, the hotel is super clean and very quiet . Thanks for making our vacay special!

Amazing 2 nights stay, we got upgraded to a beautiful suite. They have the best breakfast that included all kinds of tropical fruits in December. Perfect place to stay in Rome. I will highly recommend this gem.

Great hotel. Breakfast is amazing, staff were really helpful and walkable to just about anywhere in Rome. Clean, comfortable rooms and only a 10 minute walk to Termini station

Brilliant hotel, great location. A couple of things could be better but overall a great stay and I would stay again. I will start with the 3 negatives we experienced and then the positives. The negatives - The mattress was a well worn memory foam mattress and you could just feel huge dips, lumps and impressions. Not up to the standard to match the hotel but the pillows are good. - in the room above the door is a square light which has a green light in it, so I think it’s an emergency light but it’s permanently on so at night it’s bright in the room and as if your sleeping with a night light on but I prefer it to be pitch black when sleeping. - The spa was good but a few things are broke and do not work. The waterfall jet in the wall above the jacuzzi doesn’t work and also in the jacuzzi the jets to the lye down seat don’t work. - We were exited to eat in the rooftop restraunt but when we went there on the first day for the complimentary drink and to book a reservation. While we was having our drink a lot of staff was in there and making lots of noise and just messing around and 1 needed up knocking all the tray and smashing a lot off plates. It just completely ruined our experience and drink so we decided not to use the restraunt for the reason of the atmosphere from the staff. Positives - breakfast had great choices and great service. It was a great experience. We really loved it. - rooms are big and well layed out and has everything you need, showers great.
