I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly. It was convenient to the metro and within a very walkable distance to so many spots. There were good restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and beautiful...oh and a good size.

Ares Paris is an awesome hotel and treated us great during our stay in Paris! I did not know what to expect when booking the hotel, but I can say that it had exceeded my expectations! Excellent location, helpful staff, pleasant stay.

Some walks to everything. Lovely and good smelling room but very tight. I love that they have good quality soap, body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was ok, small dining area. Street parking is free at certain time during the night. We ended up paying 35 Euros for nearby parking so we could check out the area during the day. I guess all of Paris area would have these parking issues.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The bathroom had amazing water pressure and we loved the location of the hotel. It was in a very safe location with easy access to Ubers. The owner was also very friendly and was genuinely interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The hotel and its rooms were beautiful and spacious. Location was amazing with many options for dining and transportation. Proximity to Eiffel Tower was a bonus. The amazing staff contributed to the great experience on a daily basis. Will definitely be back!!!

2 blocks from subway and train stops, close to multiple cafe/resturants, Walking distance to the Eiffel tower, Champ de Mars and the Seine River.

Hotel is charmingly beautiful. Angela (Angel), greeted us upon arrival and truly was an angel. From Christine who assisted us at checkout to the young man who greeted us in the evenings, it truly was a wonderful stay.

I had heard this property had Hermes toiletries which is why I booked it. It was $400 for the night and I could’ve gotten a better hotel room for half that. The night staff when I arrived was super nice, but the lady in the morning was interrogative and overbearing. I was simply walking out to get breakfast and she was like I don’t know you, are you going out for the day are you checking out. Like calm down, I’m minding my business. The room gave me concerns about cleanliness. There was old water in the kettle, there was a note for a Ms Estrada (not me), when I turned on the tv it was greeting for someone named Amy Coney or something (also not me). Nothing was welcoming to me. I wouldn’t stay here again. No value for the cost.

It is close to Eiffel Tower - that was my reason for getting the hotel. We can walk to watch the lights at 9 pm at Eiffel Tower. I was also told the area is a good area, meaning it’s an upscale environment/safe. Restaurants also walking distance to hotel. The caveat is when you have luggages to bring to your room , the elevator is not same level to rooms. I have to carry my luggages a few steps to bring to room. My luggage were huge and heavy.

Had a wonderful visit to the Hotel Ares. It’s very quaint and clean! The Eiffel Tower is an easy 15 minute walk and the Metro is only 3 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ares is a lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are small but very well equipped. The location is perfect with easy access to Metro and buses, and there are tons of eatiers within a minute's walk.

We absolutely loved the Hotel Ares Eiffel! All of the staff were so nice, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient to the metro, lovely cafes and shops. Very safe area. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I really like the property. The Bedroom and the Bathroom was very clean. The only negative thing for me is that Breakfast starts too early and end early.

The room is quite clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. I liked the hotel’s proximity to the Eiffel Tower and various dining options. Overall, a wonderful experience and would again use this facility.

Great location for Eiffel, rooms are very old and if any one walk from upper level you can here everything. Also make sure you can ready for surprise if you want to change your room. Hotel employees need a training program for how to schedule rooms

Nice rooms, very close to the metro yet on a quiet street. The La Motte station has 3 metro lines to choose from. Secure parking and laundromat nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants.

This hotel was perfect. Very clean and close to the metro. There are lots of restaurants and bars around not to mention a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. I highly recommend if you want a quiet and clean stay.

Great stay with great staff

The room was super small, the beds were hard and the elevator broke down with us in it. The rest of the trip, we had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to and from our room…awful.

Every thing is perfect

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ares Liffel. Spent a week there with my family. It's a beautiful cozy property just a couple of blocks away from the Eiffel Tower: we could even see the top of the tower from our window. The location is very convenient, it's close to the Metro, a walking distance to a lot of attractions, and when we didn't feel like walking we would take an Uber. The hotel is clean and updated, the staff is welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Property was great. Must give props to Isabel! I was sick and she was making sure i was attended to. She kept offering things to make me feel better. She went above and beyod. Loved the hotel but isabel made it most memorable. Thank you Isabel, becuase of you i most definitely stay at your hotel.

The location of Hotel Ares Eiffel was perfect because it was on a side street yet close to Suffern and Rue Cler. The hotel staff was outstanding - helpful and polite, offering assistance with a positive attitude. Our room was clean and lovely - plus the bathroom was updated, roomy and spa-like. The Eiffel Tower area was a 15 minute walk with many cafes to tempt us! Delightful experience.

Ok location at walkable distance from the Eiffel Tower. Less noisy than average Paris and felt safe. Good prices on the mini bar and breakfast options. The room is small but average size for the area. If possible would recommend a different place if traveling more than 2 persons. Only issue I had was with the parking. The best option for covering parking is 2 blocks away in a supper market offering underground parking for 35 euros a day. Apparently there was another option associated with the hotel that was never given to me. This result in very difficult retrieval of the car at 5:30 AM after checking out since parking was otherwise close. Also the staff was very rude upon this issue and start questioning why I did not get the hotel option that was never offered to me in the first place. Apparently this involve an access card for the garage but it is limited and probably was not available upon my arrival. I still think that staffing needs to be mindful about this issue for traveler with cars to avoid any potential travel delay.

Everything was very nice and clean and up-to-date. The staff was friendly, conscientious, pleasant, and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice economy size room for a lovely stay.

Very clean! Amenities are great! Room is tastefully decorated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and Champs du Mer. Roberto at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating and the lady serving breakfast was very gracious (breakfast was excellent).

This is a beautiful property. Everything is beautifully decorated. We had everything we could ever need. Our room had a small balcony/terrace and we loved it. The staff was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is very convenient! Enzo at the night shift front desk, is amazing. He helped us with everything. The ladies in the morning shift are more serious and they don't say much, but are very professional.

Great location - close to the metro stop and Eiffel Tower. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small which is the standard in Paris afaik. Safe and walkable neighborhood- we found a super nice small bakery that we would go for breakfast.

Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! Hotel staff was soo welcoming and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and there was Versace tile and the Hermes soaps and lotions! I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the breakfast was buffet was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very close to Eiffiel Tower just two blocks away. Close to train stations, restaurants. The hotel staff specially Enzo at the front is very friendly and courteous accommodating. The hotel itself and around it going under renovations so as expected some area are barricaded. We meet the hotel owner and was very pleasant to talk to. The only thing i could say which is not the hotel’s fault was. When its time for us to take a rest in the afternoon we could not due to the noise of the drill on the wall. And the constant banging dropping and scraping of the above guest till 2 am which we are not happy. Other than that all in all it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay again if we visited Paris again.

The staff at Hotel Ares Eiffel were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t know any French but they know English so the communication was easy. The rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable. The hotel is located in a part of town that is easy accessible to the subway. And walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. This is a place that I will stay at again when I come back to Paris.
