central location, Arabic vibe, unique experience.
I especially liked the decoration
I loved it. So much moorish/spanish charm. I felt cozy and safe on first floor. Staff most helpful and pleasant. I would stay there again.
Beautiful hotel set around two cortyards. Really helpful staff for the whole stay and full of local information. I stayed on the ground floor which had a little noise in the early evening from the courtyard and the street but nothing too much. The rooms are really thoughtfully decorated in Moroccan style. A lovely stay.
Very bad 😔 to expensive for this place No elevator, to many steps ,very noisy the room to small and . shower to small, Not what I was expecting.
Everything was great
A quirky residence in the historical part of town
Location is great. Only about a 10/15 minute walk through the old part of town to the main sites.the whole area is a maze of cobbled streets. There are lots of restaurants, bars and tapas bars nearby. The accommodation is quirky, having a moorish feel to it. The size of the rooms vary significantly and ours was very small. The bathroom however was good. Shower very powerful. There was air conditioning but no fridge. For the price it was very good value but i would advise booking one of the larger rooms.
Beautiful Moorish style hotel attached to a 3500 year old house. Lots to see. The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was great. The host was very friendly and the price was beyond reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place!
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Quaint stay in Cordoba
beautiful Moorish decor in courtyard - easy access to historic sites in Cordoba
Good location.
Hotel was located in easy walking distance to restaurants & main sites. Room was small, dark and furnishings smelt dusty. No safe, no tea/coffee in room you had to go downstairs. Staff were helpful and overall it had character.
The room was very clean and nice, unique decor. Fast wifi and nice staff. The hotel may be a bit of a walk from the Mesquita but it was a block away from a restaurant that served really good bull’s tail stew.
Gorgeously decorated rooms
Beautiful hotel, very close to the center, loved the decoration though the rooms were rather small.
Great location for 2-3 night stay.
Location excellent. Easy bus ride from train station on bus #3 and 3-5 min walk to room. Many kinds of rooms and sizes. If looking for quiet book furthest from entry and not on street. No Elevator with 3 floors. If quiet desired 3rd floor best even if the stairs. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with 24/7 front desk and locked entry into hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, made you feel welcome and wanted. Hot water for tea and instant coffee in seating area 24 hours a day. Location to sites easy walking distance with buses available for anywhere not desired to walk to.
Great place all round!
We were warmly welcomed and given recommendations upon arrival. The room was nice, clean and nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. The building itself is historic and interesting to stay in. location and cost were great and they were happy to hold on to our cases after we checked out and use the refreshment facilities. We would definitely recommend here and return!
An overly expensive hotel with limited facikities
The good Helpful staff, good sized room and bathroom. The not so good Breakfast not provided. Room furniture past it's best. Bed and wardrobe creaked at slightest movement. Bathroom door did not close properly. Inadequate lighting.
Lovely road style hotel
Couldn't fault it. Small room but excellent public spaces including a sunny roof terrace. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere right in the centre of the old town. Quiet and peaceful.
Decent room for price, location was close to sites
Overall this hotel is a deal for it's low price, has a nice outer common area for relaxing/hanging out, and felt safe with a front locked door that you buzzed (24/hrs) to enter. The location was great, being minutes away from the Mosque-Cathedral and the bridges and river. Also many good restaurants near by and an awesome spa down the street. As for the room, my expectations may be the reason I was a disappointed when we got to that. From the photos I pictured this being a fancier more cozy place with the elaborate looking beds and decor with the moorish themes. But the room had a cold orange floor that looked like tiles of a patio, no window (other than one looking into the check in area, which made for noisy mornings), and just had more of a worn feel to it. I will say the bathroom was very clean and in good working condition. So just don't expect this to be as lavish as the photos may appear, and you should be good with the rest.
Perfect for Cordoba
Excellent stay at Hosteria Lineros. The decoration with its moroccan influence is beautiful, the location is spot on, right in the centre and close to the main attractions and restaurants but in a nice and quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room comfortable, clean and quite affordable. I would definitely go back!
Fine for a few days. Would have been better if clean sheets were provided as were not changed since last occupants ( hairs on sheets).
Nice decoration, perfect place in the center
Nice location, the bed was very small and our room was just across from a bar. Very very noisy, we couldn't sleep. Good price for the location. It was clean and very nice decorated.
It was a little tricky finding the hotel even with a GPS, however we eventually got there. We chose Lineros partly because they advertise free parking. However, when we arrived their garage was full. We were sent to a free public parking lot ten minutes away. We were hesitant to leave the car but in the end we did so. All turned out okay.
A little gem
Perfect for a short stay, great value, staff friendly and helpful, clean comfortable room with furnishing typical of Andalusia in bygone times. Excellent location, 5 minute stroll to the Mosque. Plenty of bars and cafes as there is no food at the hotel although in reception you can make tea, coffee and toast.
Moorish theme
we had some difficulty in finding the hotel due to the one way streets of Cordoba, but once we had, the reception staff showed us were we could park and leave the car a few minutes walk away. The hotel looks very sweet, decorated in a Moorish style. The first room we were in smelled a little damp as there were no windows, so we were moved to a different room the was lovely and fresh due to the through breeze. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. the location is great for walking to the main sites and restaurants. Staff very very helpful.
Delightful and would stay here again
Not luxurious but delightful. we stayed a whole week and it was lovely. Bed comfortable, bathroom good and modern, but an authentically Cordoban feel to the place. Wonderful roof terrace from which you could watch some of the Semana Santa processions. A nice lobby with skylights and Arabi cushioned alcoves with wifi and tea-making facilities. It does not do breakfast but it does allow you to toast or heat your own.The staff were helpful but not intrusive. Loved it.
Eccentric charm
Friendly, clean, comfortable, helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It also has great character and is in a fabulous location for all the best that Cordoba has to offer. If you like eccentric charm, you'll love Pension Lineros 38.
Highly recommended
We had a very enjoyable stay in this boutique hotel. The bed was so comfortable and we had a great stay and were close to all the sights and restaurants. The staff were more than helpfull.
Not great.
Cheap but not very friendly staff. Well situated, but a smile from the ladies at the reception would have been welcome.
nice place to stay in cordoba
nice hotel, friendly staff, well located
Authentic place at a central location
The hotel was so nice: A well decorated historical place. It is located very close to all the places you may want to see in Cordoba.
Beautiful house, would love to return
I loved this hotel and really regret staying in Cordoba only one night. The house has a lovely, atmospheric feel to it. My room was on the second floor and away front he courtyard, which I think was better for privacy and sound. The decoration is beautiful (better than in the photos on the hotel website) and I had a big four poster bed to myself for such a good price. The complimentary tea downstairs in the lounge is a good touch and the staff would help me whenever I asked. Also, the location is good: 10 minutes easy walk from the Mezquita, and in the other direction an even shorter walk to a big square with bars and restaurants. I will definitely come here again
Great hotel in Cordoba
Excellent location. Out of the noise, but very close to everything.
Great location in old quarter
Arabian nights have got nothing on this pension. Very picturesque however room..cat...swing tells all about the size of room/shower,toilet and hand basin .had it all but space was minimal. Garage parking expensive and very difficult, assistance was provided but still took 10-15 mins and a lot of shunting back and forth. The car fitted the space ! plenty of good bars/cafés for breakfast near bye .
Nice moorish experience
Great decor and location! I was travelling around andalusia and fell in love with the moorish architecture in that area so i decided to try this hotel for the final night of my trip. It's inside a very nice moorish building and everything was clean and comfy. Location is also great - easily assessible by bus to and fro the train/bus station, and within walking distance to the mosque-cathedral. I enjoyed the sunset walk along the riverside when i returned from the cathedral to the hotel.
Charming
Beautiful hotel typical of the charm of the city with the beautiful courtyards. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The room was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the main attractions of Cordoba and in a nice neighborhood. The only negative was the bleach smell of the room was a bit powerful when we first checked in and the price of the room was high compared to the other hotels we stayed in on this trip.
There are no lifts at this hostel so if you cannot manage stairs advice is to call ahead and ask for a ground floor room
Location was absolutely fantastic for tourists
Staff was very nice & helpful. Hotel was formed from a 350 year old Moorish home, and actually quite picturesque and interesting. Our problem was the room itself. Bed was very comfortable, but lighting in this room was REALLY bad.... just dim lamps on nightstands. It appeared they had taken a fairly large room and used part of it to create a fairly spacious bathroom, leaving a tiny sleeping area. We had two suitcases & a carryon, & cramped is not an exaggeration. The bath had modern fixtures with extra large shower, toilet, bidet & lavatory. Problem with bath was no place to set toiletries, and though bath overall was well lit, it was badly planned leaving head backlit when looking into mirror. Men might now mind, but seeing to apply makeup was impossible. (Had to go out into courtyard area to apply eyeliner, lipstick, etc.) Price was very reasonable, location wonderful, but..... Tried to switch to larger room, they were willing but wouldn't have one available until 2nd night of our 2 night stay so we elected to grin & bear it..
Historic area location
Very good location for historic area. Car parking in garage is convenient although pricey.
Great location, friendly staff
Check in was so smooth. Reception seems someone there all the time and very friendly. Inside of this accommodation was beautiful and warm. The room was small but very comfortable. Towels, room and bed was very clean and fresh.
Good location close to historic area.
Quirky hotel, interesting moorish decor. Avoid room 23 next to air conditioning and heating equipment; noisy! Overall, good value, clean and friendly.
Cool patio...
Lovely hotel short stroll to Mezquita with nice little loungey areas to chill out of the heat. Room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and big shower. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating and we had no problem finding plenty of places to eat nearby.
Great value
The facilities are simple, but the decor is lovely and the people friendly and helpful. Great location too: quiet, but with the sights and restaurants just 5-10 minutes walk away.
very convenient for sights
Hotel was not the easiest to find by car but after parking, the walk to the centre only took about five minutes. The room ( number 12)was small, dark, and very atmospheric. Free hot drinks were available all the time and the receptionist was welcoming but spoke only a little English.Lineros 38 was a hotel we would return to but only for a short stay.
An Andalusian Gem!
Hotel in old part of town not far from bus stop (Route 3) from station. Not much to look at from outside, but wonderful interior and very helpful staff. Complimentary tea and coffee available in morning. Felt more like staying in someone's home.
cordoba gem
Fantastic little gem. My room was delightful as was the Pensione. Close to everything enabling you to walk everywhere. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. A great stay thanks.
The Hotel Lineros 28
A beautiful small hotel in mauric style. The rooms are very small and a bit dark, but all was very clean and comfortable. The aircondition works well, so we had a good sleep. The hotel offers free tea and coffee all day long. Also there is a terrass where you can relax with a little few ofer some roofes, but not further. There is no pool as shown at some pictures.
Great location, good price
We loved staying in this Moorish building (rooms surrounding an interior courtyard). The room was, without question, very small. And there was there large somewhat ominous wood carving above the bed that made it hard to sit up in bed. But these are minor issues. The place was lovely and 5 minutes from the Mezquita and waterfront. The staff had good English skills and were helpful and accomodating. We felt like we were a part of Old Cordoba and genuinely enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful house/room in the old town. It was a dobbel room with towels for only one person. Too little soap at the bathroom. Went to the reception and fot more soap and small towels , not the best for a shower. The worse for me was the darkness. Impossible to read . Never been in so dark room. Nothing new. I can see that other people complain and nothing has been done. People speaking loud until 2 a.m. Its really sad...because the place is beautiful
È un albergo meraviglioso, in pieno stile arabo, molto molto bello. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille 🙂🌈
Dårlige værelser
Pænt hostal, men dårlige værelser. Lille, ingen sengebord, kun en stikkontakt, ingen bruseforhæng, så vand over set hele.
Hosteria Lineros Cordoba
The superior rooms needs cleaning. The bed sheets did not feel clean at all. And the curtains in the room were very dusty..
Accueil chaleureux.
Prijs was ok, kwaliteit minder.
Tienen parking a precio razonable
Hotel suggestivo per l'arredamento in stile arabeggiante. Comodo per il centro e il garage. Posizione tranquilla. Materassi scomodi e bagno piccolo.

Easy check in . Comfortable bed. Great water pressure for shower
