I was amazed by the property and by the kindness of the staff, everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great!

The hotel had booked my room, so I had to settle with a different one

The property has a great look with fun gardens, a decorative appearance something like a gingerbread house in places. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was top notch.

Beautiful property, located close to all attractions and center of Banos.

Beautiful landscape and the owner helped me hire an amazing driver to show me the sites.

The hotel is located leas than 5 minutes from Baños. Looks like a castle when you first enter it’s gates, with a beautiful garden to your right. They have a ton in the game room and the rooms are spacious. Missed out on breakfast, although it is included… we overslept. Check in was easy and quick, just know there will be a small service charge for using card. Overall very nice stay.

Fun building!

This is a super cool location and unique building. The service was top notch and very friendly.

Beautiful hotel!

This place is spectacular! Our stay was very pleasant. The hostess at the front desk (the Venezuelan guy, I'm really sorry I forgot his name) was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious. I would have love to stay here more time. Definitely I will go back and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This hotel is even better than on photographs. One of the most memorable hotels of all our travels. Lots of attention to detail, made with love. It is under active volcano that we could see from our balcony. Clean property, helpful friendly staff. Great location on the way to swings, flight of the condor, luna volcano spa, bellavista viewpoint. Only $2 taxi to get to city center. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel grounds with many plants, trees, and even a koi pond. It has a nice rec room and the bungalow is very convenient for a larger group.

Unbelivably beautiful

The grounds and architecture are stunning. Stained glass windows all around. A great play room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. The owners could not be more charming. Dinner in the resturaunt was made to order (no menu) and fabulous. Complimentary breakfast also excellent. Great place to bring kids perhaps even better for a getaway without them. Views of the active, snow-capped volcano are spectacular.

Great Hotel but you need a car

We chose up go last minute, on a long holiday weekend so understandably there was not a lot of choices in town. This hotel was perfect. Friendly people, great breakfast, good rooms.

Great place to stay in Banos!

We loved staying in this hotel, the gardens are amazing, the rooms very spacious and clean. The best of all was the huge and delicious breakfast included, the hotel location was very convenient, walking distance to good restaurants and no too close to the laud downtown. Going to the downtown a short drive ride. Paul was very helpful answering any questions and needs.

Wonderful experience

There were about 15 of us that stayed here (3 families) in various rooms. Beautiful nature location. Amazingly kind staff. Delicious breakfast (sad they only provided breakfast and not lunch/dinner). Fun game room. Cozy/charming rooms. Only complain is the hot water isn't consistent.

Amazing experience

This was a great hotel. So beautiful. The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. If I am in the area again this is the hotel I want to be at.

Great hotel, great view!

When we got there we were offered a family suite because we were a group of 8 (we had originally booked two rooms). We thought that was very nice of them! Great view of Baños and the volcano that was nearby.

Magical Mystery Tour

It felt like we were living in a cross between a miniature golf course and Willy Wonkaland. Very clean, very nice, very unique, but also a bit remote. In short, if you want to stay someplace unlike anyone you know has ever stayed before, this is the place for you! Very different, but cool experience. AMAZING breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, juices, pancakes, you name it!

Eclectic

Very interesting property in terms of decor and theme. Colorful and pretty. Owner is very professional and efficient. Room was comfortable enough. No air conditioner, and windows had no screens so we all got quite a few bug bites as the weather there is very warm and humid. Beds were ok... clean linens and sheets. The breakfast was very impressive. Owner serves you as if you were staying in a bed & breakfast. Full breakfast with fruits, yogurt, eggs, ham, fresh bread rolls. Fresh juice was made there. Coffee was probably the best we had while the 9 days in Ecuador. Definitely a nice place to stay.

A Piece of Heaven in Banos

The hotel staff was very attentive and the breakfast, that was part of the rate was spectacular. The room with the mountain was also great. The location is conveniently located and we had access to the downtown area. Will definitely stay here during our next trip to Ecuador.

Impressed and happy with our stay

The gardens at the hotel are impressive. We enjoyed them very much. It was a very good breakfast as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The only drawback is that the hotel is a few miles out of town so taking a taxi is usually best. Though that only cost a few dollars so no big deal. A good value for the money.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed!!! It is about 3 KMs from the main town. But the location is wonderful!!! Peaceful, calm and quiet. The breakfast is great!!! It costs only $2 to go to town. We stayed here for 3 days!!!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay at Jardines de Chamana

Staff at Jardines de Chamana were excellent! They went out of there way to accomodate all of our needs. We had 2 boys, 11/8 yrs old and they made sure they were taken care of. Food was very good at the restaurant and they catered to all of your needs.

Amazing Experience!

We were welcomed like family. It felt like we were the only ones there with all the attention we received from the staff, making sure everything was perfect for us. The view is unbelievable too! They have a 3 story balcony that is open to everyone to walk up and see the clouds building on the mountains right in front of you. Breakfast was 4 courses and made by hand, per table, as you drink fresh juice, from fruit that you literally watched them pick off their trees right outside your breakfast area window. They were also very knowledgeable of the town and helped us find the perfect guide to see all the sights in Banos. Do yourself a favor and leave it all up to these guys. You wont regret it.

We loved this lovely hotel.

We stayed at Jardines de Chamana for 4 nights in July 2015. It's a delightful place with lovely gardens and comfortable rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath casita. We had lots of warm water and comfortable beds. The best part of this hotel, however, is the staff. They bent over backwards to help us and ensure that we were comfortable. Christian, in particular, was terrific. He called taxis for us, made excursion recommendations, and constantly greeted us with a smile. We would go back just to see him again! Don't miss the breakfast, which is included. It's a wonderful three-course meal.

La hostería esta un poco alejada de todo, sin carro hay que llamar un taxi para todo. Hay pocas opciones de transporte. El.personal es sumamente amable y servicial. La arquitectura del lugar es agradable pero las habitaciones son un poco viejas, son espaciosas.
