Location, location, location! Excellent! Staff was amazing and room 1 clean and spacious!

Bed and the entrance to the hostel is not quite good.

Ideal

Very cordial staff. Very good water pressure in the shower. Extremely small room, with one small window only, giving to an interior shaft, giving a prison feeling. Very thin walls and very noisy guests in the building at night. Full renovation works in the building, with constant banging during the day.

Would come back...very convenient

This is the type of air BNB operation, but everything is nice.

Clean, tidyand central but very basic.

This is difficult. On the plus side good clean sheets a nicely powerful shower TV and air con. Central location 3 minutes from the metro. The down side...... because this is a managed set or rooms access at night sometimes mean you have to ring the doorbell so very annoying if you're tryi g to sleep and other guests come back late. If what you want us central, cheap and no frills it's is absolutely fine but this is a no frills place so temper your expectations

Spacious, clean with free breakfast and wifi!

This was a hostel that was super clean, energy efficient, had a elevator, offered free breakfast and wifi. It was spacious and had a private bathroom within which is not always the case. Friendly staff and comfortable conditions!

Great place

Overall great place. A little hard to find but in a great and busy area and super clean, quiet and comfortable.

Good price for excellent location

Nice small family owned business. Outstanding service by the two girls at the reception -Nawal and her younger sister. Compact room, very clean and good air conditioning. Located at the third floor of an old building with no signs at the outside. Needed a local to make sure we are at the right place.

No Air Conditioning!!!!

There was no AC!!! The hotel advertises air conditioning but my room did not have it. When I inquired they said it had been taken out earlier that week - they didn't let me know before or when I checked in. It was around 90 degrees in Madrid so it was super hot and hard to sleep. I had to leave the balcony door open but with all the bars outside it was extremely noisy until 5am. I asked for a refund of one night stay and all they offered was a 20euro refund and a breakfast across the street which I refused. Extremely poor customer service.

Nice room in vibrant area

The room was nicer than we expected, very clean and nicely decorated. We found it quite hard to find but enjoyed the area with lots of quirky shops, resurants and bars. Would stay again :)

nice hostel in the city center

location is a win for this hostel. it is located on the 3rd floor. there are no signages yet, but entrance can be found in between dubliners and o'conner bars. has access to sights and restaurants nearby. this area tend to sleep late and therefore will have people till late nights.

Super fin oplevelse

Hostens var super fint og havde den bedste lokation som man kunne drømme om for to unge friske drenge som bare vil opleve byen og kulturen, der sad en sød dame og tog imod os ved reception og var mega sød og hjælpsom. I forhold til hvad mine/vores forventninger overgår det alle punkter gange 10, så en kæmpe anbefaling her

Incredibly central location. Just be aware that have you have your window 2 floors above a very busy street.

El hostal espectacular,

Muy bien ubicado, muy buena la atención y habitación comfortable

La localizacion junto a Sol es estupenda, muy cerca de los lugares que queriamos visitar.

El personal es muy agradable y la ubicación es genial.

El trato que ofrece el personal es ejemplar, un gusto tratar con profesionales asi. Nuestra habitación fue un completo lujo y la ubicación es ideal.

El personal fue muy amable y el alojamiento muy agradable. Para lo poco que costó en época de puente me imaginaba un sitio bastante chungo, pero fue todo lo contrario. Volveré a reservar!

솔광장에서 매우 가까워요

솔광장에서 매우 가깝다는 장점이 있는 반면에 밤에는 매우 시끄러운 단점이 있다 시설은 깨끗하고 쾌적햇다 커피포트를 빌려주셔서 매우 감사했음

솔광장에서 2분 거리예요 숙소 위치는 정말 짱! 호스텔 카운터 내부는 굉장히 좁아서 당황했는데 객실 내부는 꽤 만족스러워요. 근데 바닥이 타일이라서 너무 차갑고 일단 화장실이 좁아요 그래도 사용하는 데는 문제 없었지만 세면대가 너무 작아서 바닥에 물이 다 튀어요ㅠㅠ 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다

Muy céntrico

Solamente si la entrada, sobre todo al llegar es un poco complicado, y les falta aislar las habitaciones del ruido externo. Pero muy práctico.

Hotel in ottima posizione perché vicino al centro, ma situato in una via piena di locali, camere molto rumorose fino alle cinque/ sei del mattino, è impossibile dormire. Un'asciugamano per 3 persone... personale poco professionale e svogliato.

La habitación reformada. La entrada fea y sucia.

Deberían arreglar el patio de entrada, es horrible, está sin pintar con humedades y sucio.

Buena relación calidad precio. La habitación y el baño recién reformado, están con apariencia de nuevos Muy bien localizado, a dos minutos de la Estación Sol. La finca no pasa una buena imagen, pero tiene ascensor. Y como he dicho antes, muy céntrico. Recomiendo para una rápida y económica estancia por la ciudad. .

Cuidado con los objetos personales

Me dejé un cargador doble y un cable en la habitación valorados en más de 30 €. Cuando llamé para recuperarlo, dicen que no lo tienen. También cobraron anticipadamente la reserva del hotel, cuando según la reserva no debían hacer ningún cargo. Parece que están obsesionados con cobrar y con cualquier cosa que tenga algún valor. Cuidado!!

プエルタ・デル・ソルから至近。ホテルの入り口が判りにくく、通り過ぎてしまった。地図を良く見て通りの数を数えて、絶対にこの辺にあると探さないと判らない。

Jeg boet der i en uge sammen med Min bror. En lille hyggeligt sted med søde personale . Værelsen var lidt lille men meget fint, da der var meget rent. Der var super god afstand på gå ben til alt man gerne vil se

El Hotel excelente, la recepcionista de la tarde muy atenta y gentil, el hotel es una planta de una finca al lado de Sol,excelente ubicación, LO ÚNICO MALO, es la entrada de la finca, muy antigua y muy fea PERO SOLO LA ENTRADA,una vez en la habitación pues ni te recuerdas ya que todo esta nuevo y muy limpio. Volveré alli sin dudarlo :)

La entrada al edificio es un poco antigua pero el hostal es moderno y funcional y el desayuno en un establevimiento cercano suficiente

これからのホテル。

ホテルの看板が出ておらず、扉上部にホテルのステッカーが貼ってあるだけなので、初めての人にはわかりずらく、従業員の対応も人によってまちまちで、頼んだことをすぐやってくれる人とやってくれない人がいました。できて1か月位だそうなので、これからのホテルかなと思います。 周辺は交通の便もよバルもたくさんあり食事には困らなかったです。
