the check-in process is kind of complicated, they "suggested" for us to pay in cash when a credit card terminal was available. WiFi is poor. The hot water was on/off, had to take a really quick shower. good location, the guy at the front -desk was very nice

Hostel Not acceptin any credit cards, asking cash only. Staff do not speak English even a few words. We were using google translator to explain them some simple things. Otherwise, all is fine .:))

Hostal el cairo

We booked this hostel last minute through hotel.com app. For $50.00€ when we arrived the clerk told us there was no reservation for us and that, that was not the price for the room. He then proceeded to make a phone call and accommodated us in a room for the price advertised. The room was clean. It isn’t a 5 Star upscale hotel, but it is located right at the heart of the city and it’s attached to its own restaurant. The service at the restaurant was amazing and the food was great. We got to see a lot of beautiful sites and spent very little for our stay.

No wifi in rooms

Check in took about 30 mins cause no one was at front desk. Lady was helpful with giving map and helpful tips. No wifi in rooms even though it was advertised. Great location

Is anybody there?

On arrival @ 4.40pm the hostal door was locked. No response from bell push; shouting into lobby; telephone not answered. After 40 mins waiter from ajacent restaurant (same name) gave a phone number of owner who would respond - again no answere. Eventually waitress arrived with a door keys and card with hand written room number then dissapeared!. Requested topfloor quiet room was given first floor ajacent to lift &stairs and nect door restaurant. Very noisy most of the night. Reception only manned on unpredictable occassions and phone contact unreliable. Good point was that daily room cleaning and towel supply eccellent. On our last day finally found someone to help even though no English spoken.

no one was there to help check us in...we were lucky that someone was going in through the locked door upon our arrival so we 'slipped in' with them and just 'called out' for someone. Was very clean and well kempt but noisy street. They did not have a blow dryer(as it was advertised on the website). No english speaking staff which was fine as we just used google translate.

Decent location, receptionist spoke no English but apart from the initial welcome hotel was spot on, clean, cheap, centrally located.

The credit card machine was not working when I checked in and the receptionist was talking to me as if I did not want to pay or my credit cards were blocked.

Great Location

Guests in the room next to us were noisy making it difficult to sleep one night. This is not the fault of the hotel. Word of advice to fellow travellers - make sure you pack ear plugs. Older European hotels can be noisy but the location in the historic areas is perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to see and do.

Disappointed with check-in - it was supposed to start at noon, but when we arrived at 1:45, nobody was at the front desk and the front door was locked. We had to wait outside for 15 minutes, then we were told that it would be another 30 minutes for the room. The room was clean but walls were paper thin.

Central location ideal for city break

Hotel is small clean and ideal location for city break. Staff very helpful. Bar downstairs great, very Spanish so a little spanish helps with communication, we only know a little but could manage drinks and breakfast! Had breakfast outside on the street watching the busy world go by, orange juice , rolls and coffee. Bar staff very friendly. Have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to go back.

Hotel in the old town

The hotel is in a great position to get around everywhere you want to see in Seville. It was also very easy catching the bus from the airport and then a 2 minute walk from the bus stop at Marques de Paradas. To catch the bus back to the airport, it's a 5 minute walk to the bus station at Plaza de Armas- 4 euros each way, excellent value for money. There is free wi-fi at both the hotel and the restaurant, but, you do need to be in the right place to receive the signal.Even though the staff didn't have a lot of English, with a Spanish phrase book you can get by. Strangely, when we arrived, we were expecting the weather to be in the mid 20's, but a mini heat wave hit, so experienced 39 degrees, not used to that at all. It was fabulous to wander around the historical sites and sit in one of the many parks and gardens and just watch the world go by.

Don't need to stay in a five stars hotel.

Good airconditioning but wifi could be improved

Small but clean and generally quite good hotel. Wifi is free but slow. Another minor thing is that on reception they sometimes have poor English. Air conditioning is good (it was 102F outside but inside it was perfect).

Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenía reserva y no tenían habitación disponible para mí. Como iba con otros amigos, me ofrecieron habilitarme una cama supletoria en la habitación doble de mis amigos pagando 30€. Accedí porque si no me quedaba aislado de mis amigos. Me dijeron que no me cobrarían la reserva que había realizado. Espero que lo cumplan

La habitación bien. El trato bien. La wifi no llegaba bien. el secador de pelo tuve que pedirlo porque en la habitación no había, me dejaron uno con una única velocidad que casi se te secaba el pelo antes al aire y había que desenchufarlo para pararlo

Mala experiencia

No pienso repetir. Personal de recepción y guarda-equipajes inexistente, tuve que dejar la maleta en consigna de estación autobuses con el consiguiente traslado porque no había nadie en recepción para poder guardarla. Me pusieron problemas para pagar con tarjeta y cuando dije que era lo que había, milagrosamente se le arreglo el tarjetero. Si no llego a tener el cerrojo de la habitación echado, se me cuela el Sr. de la recepción con la excusa de que se había equivocado. El personal de limpieza bien, pedí una almohada extra y me la dieron sin problema.

Reserve habitación doble con dos camas. Me adjudicaron una con cama de matrimonio. Sobre las dos de la mañana se produjo un escándalo monumental, con voces, gritos, portazos, etc. Lamentable

酒店胜在价格低，位置好，比较干净。不足之处，无线网络差。发现路由器在底楼账台，2楼信号弱，关上房门，连信号都没有了，基本不能用。另外没有提供电视机，与描述不符。隔壁同名的餐馆似乎也不属于酒店，而酒店只提供睡觉而已，并没有其它酒吧餐饮服务。

La ubicación del hostal es inmejorable. O único que no nos dejó pagar con tarjeta y nos tuvimos que ir a por un cajero para pagarle en efectivo

많이 불편하였음

체크인시 예약한3인실 대신 2인실 2개 배정받았으나.객실1은 악취나구 객실2에서는 개미 엄청 있었음. 밤열한시에 재배정 받은 방은 매우 좁음(처음 배정받은 2인실도 매우 좁음). 아침에 일어나보니 벌레에 물린자국이3군데나 되었음.ㅠㅠ 에어컨 외에는 객실 편의시설 없음. 세면장도 좁음. 직원은 매우 간단한 영어 외에는 불가능(스페인언어만 가능). 여행객에게는 강력비추

Centrico y bien situado

La struttura e' molto semplice direi Spartana ma e' in zona semicentrale quindi ideale per muoversi a piedi. Le stanza Pulite.Il wifi funzionava solo al primo piano.lo consiglierei a chi non ha pretese eccessive.

Pulito, con qualcosina da migliorare, ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Non guasterebbe qualche sorriso in più alla reception. Arredamento e forniture accessorie essenziali ma accettabili. In zona tranquilla e vicina alla stazione degli autobus

Bastante bien relación calidad precio super céntrico la única pega que es un poco viejo pero bastante limpio y la cama son bastante cómodas

Habitación pequeña y vieja. La ducha no funcionaba bien. El colmo de la incomodidad sucedió en la segunda noche. A las 7 de la mañana nos despertaron con un festival de martillazos. Al parecer, estaban reformando la fachada. Cuando reclamamos en recepción, nos contestan de mala gana que es asunto del restaurante, no del hotel. Hay que decir que al lado del hostal está situado el restaurante "el Cairo". El rótulo en la fachada es Hostal El Cairo Restaurante. Según el de recepción no tienen nada que ver...

Rude receptionist who doesn't speak English. Expensive for what it is (I payed 70€/night)

Hotel con poco lujo, pero que te permite alojarse en el centro de Sevilla por un buen precio. Las habitaciones son aceptables, el baño pequeño.

Aceptable sin más

Muy buena ubicación y precio aceptable. La habitación no está mal pero tuvimos un problema con la ducha , la cuál se atasco. No hay recepcionista las 24 horas, lo que puede ocasionar inconvenientes en situaciones como esa.

Alojamiento muy céntrico

Nuestra estancia fue solo de una noche pero nos gustó bastante. El hostal está muy limpio y su ubicación es inmejorable. El personal es agradable y atento. Y el precio es muy bueno. Vamos mucho a Sevilla y repetiremos este alojamiento sin duda

El establecimiento está muy bien ubicado muy céntrico a unos 200 metros del puente de triana zona con muchos bares y restaurantes aunque si vas en coche es un poco complicado aparcar el personal del hotel atento y amable la habitación limpia y comoda

Absolut zentral

Die Lage ist top - 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum, 5 Minuten bis zum Fluss. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sehr sauber, die Betten angenehm. Das Hotel liegt an einer belebten Straße. Wer einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat, sollte Ohropax mitnehmen. Direkt nebenan kann gefrühstückt werden. Ein Spaziergang am Fluss entlang und man ist in 30 Minuten an der Universität und am Plaza de España. Über die Brücke des Guadalquivir kommt man direkt nach Triana. Geht man vom Hotel aus in die andere Richtung geradeaus ist man mittendrin in der Einkaufszone und Santa Cruz.

Goed bereikbaar v.a. vliegveld, bis voor de deur Op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden en winkelcentrum. Aardig en behulpzaam petsoneel

Un hotel recomendable por su localizacion,a escasos metros del puente de Triana y a 10 min de la Catedral.El personal muy amable.Los colchones comodos pero los somieres deberian cambiarse,hacian ruido solo con girarse.El restaurante y cafeteria del hotel muy recomendable.

Muy buen hostal

Sorprendida en positivo. Fantástica limpieza y localización del hostal. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, buen estado de las instalaciones (aire acondicionado, televisor, wifi...). Estamos 100% seguros que volveremos. Si quieres una estancia en el centro de sevilla, limpieza y comodidad te lo recomiendo. ☺️

Un hotel sencillo, limpio, con atención de personas amables. Muy bien situado, en barrio muy vital, a cuadras de un teatro de flamenco y Dr diversos centros históricos. Con restaurante al lado, de igual nombre, de calidad. Cerca una heladería de Autor.
