We stayed at this property for four nights and found it very well maintained, quiet, with large rooms. They had a lovely breakfAst each morning with eggs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was weak wi-if on the second floor. We highly recommend this facility if you are going to Sucre.
Loved the art works, the breakfast was nice, quiet, friendly and relaxing hostel
Very friendly staff members and great facilities!
Located near the city centre and being very tranquil. Great breakfast options and staff members can speak English while being very helpful to all the questions regarding stay and visit in Sucre. The room is very clean and facilities are well-maintained.
Quiet, quaint hostel with good service
Simple but nice room, great courtyards and atmosphere in the hostel. Perfect walking distance to the main plaza and a large supermarket.
Nice relax hostel
Really nice hostel - big rooms, hot shower Perfect location Perfect for couples Need to improve the breakfast
Best value for money in Sucre
Lovely little hostel, felt more like a b&b. Great service, excellent breakfast in a lovely sunny courtyard, great rooftop place too for a few drinks at sunset. Very cute buildings and art work. Awesome location too, only a few blocks from the main square. Only thing we missed was heating at night, but the extra blankets we asked for helped a lot. Highly recommended
Nice a cosy place
quite good, just some problems with the check in out of timme otherwise was ok. friendly staff
Good hostel, nice location
Very nice hostel with helpful staff, in a great location about 4 or 5 blocks from the main plaza. Could do with some more equipment (cutlery, etc.) In the shared kitchen.
Awful customer service and lying staff
In the end I was very unimpressed with this hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the building was pleasent and the staff were friendly, we were placed in a room next to what was a building site. From morning to evening there was contestant loud banging and crashing as concrete was broken up, and all the dust and debris that comes with this kind of work. We were told when we arrived that the following day we would be moved to another room, however the following day we were told that this was not possible. Thereby ensuring that we would have 6 days of incessant banging and crashing next to us. On the penultimate day I requested that we be given a discount due to the inconvenience that we had suffered. We had not yet paid for the hotel, and we were told this could be difficult. In the end we were informed that it wouldn't be possible to offer us a discount due to an administrative issue. What utter rubbish! We paid in cash and they could have told us that we could pay less, but they didn't. This idea of an "administrative issue" was utter garbage and lies on their part to hide the fact that they never wanted to provide is with a discount in the first place. Absolutely appalling customer service and I would recommend that people look at other places to stay as the staff and management do not care about the guests, only ensuring that they get the maximum money out of them. I don't like being lied to and this is exactly what the staff did. avoid this place like the plague!!!
Hostal was very clean, had a great breakfast and a helpful staff. I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom rather than the 8 bedroom I booked. Highly recommend staying here.
Not to far from the centre of the action
Pros Lady cleaned the dorm room every day and made the beds. Occasionally a chef cooked lunch which you could buy at a reasonable price Cons No breakfast The bunk beds appeared to be home made from scrap timber or crates. The mattress itself was comfortable but if anyone rolled over in the night it set the whole structure rocking waking the other person up. 3 WC's including showers and 2 showers meant an occasional wait for toilet Hot water was variable - it was gas heated and when working was amazing - when not working - well half my showers were freezing cold. San P is all about doing trips - Uyuni leaves at 8 am, the geysers leaves at 5 am - that means in a 10 person dorm that someone is always getting up early waking everyone else with their preps
DESAYUNO

When we arrived the room had two beds the booking was for three single beds and three people. After 45 minutes we were given another room which was tiny. The staff are incompetent and completely misunderstood our needs.
