It was a very great location, little bit of an aging hotel, overall it is in great location very close to Icon Park where we visited. It has everything you need. Breakfest included.

The property My Likes 1. It was in a great location within walking distance to many things like, eating, attractions, & night life. 2. Staff were polite and tried to do what they could in their control but some didn’t (see issues). 3. Was short a set of towels someone brought up to the room with our late arrival. 4. The main lobby area was clean and had options for coffee, water, & tea for free. 5. Breakfast was good. Liked the protein options. 6. We had a great view of Icon park My issues were as follows: 1. The elevator did not work properly and wouldn’t come to the 6th floor to get you. We took the stairs down. Then my daughter was stuck on the elevator because it wouldn't go up to the 6th floor. They did get it working but the next day the same thing happened. 2. We requested towels/washcloths the morning we left out to do amusement parks. When we arrived no towels/washcloths were there. 3. Upon arrival we asked for an another pillow (closet had one) and blanket because we had a suite for 4. They didn’t have any upon arrival. We got the next day by going to front desk. 4. WiFi wouldn’t connect to my computer but would with phone. Had to use as a hotspot. Front desk really nice with trying to help after speaking with different people. It appears to be a common issue. 5. Asked about trash collect was told it wasn’t time. We were there 4 days in a suite with 2 adults and 2 kids. You do the math on trash. We took it out to the elevator when we would leave.

Very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly & pleasant. Breakfast was bountiful. I’d recommend staying here. Close to lots of amusement activity & restaurants!

Beds are a Full size not Queen so they are pretty small for two adults to sleep in. My son slept in the sofa bed and when we opened the sofa bed, the mattress was yellow on the bottom side (super nasty). The elevators would shake as they went up, and we stayed on the 6th floor however the elevator marked you were on the 5th floor. Other than that it was OK for a one night stay.

We love staying here! We travel to Orlando several times a year and this is one of our go to locations to stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

This property is in a great central location for international drive, unfortunately it is very dated and sad looking, the suite had everything you needed but was so tired looking, bed was clean despite finding a hair on the sheets, cupboard were stained and fridge and oven doors dirty, we won’t stay here again!

They put us in a room on the 6th floor at the check in we already noticed brown spots on the ceiling and during the hurricane the ceiling started to a leak. Then they put us on the 5th floor to a different room and that was also leaking above the window. The water was falling on my face. When I called the front desk the General manager of the hotel Vasek McMiller has threatened us to kick us out of the hotel and call the police on us. I have read previous reviews of this hotel, and it wasn’t his first time to do it. And it’s completely illegal. Evicting guests during such a critical time could expose them to dangerous weather conditions, making it a severe liability issue for the hotel. This guys should be a Waffle House GM but definitely not for a Hilton Hotel. This unfortunately was the end of the line for my visits w Hilton. So disappointing and scary that this bullying behavior is tolerated by corporate. Terrible experience!!!!!

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient. However, the property is old and rundown. We had two rooms. One smelled bad and the other room, the bathroom flooded using the shower. The furniture was dirty, and the covering was made of plastic material. Many areas in the hotels reeked of pot smoke. Is was disgusting! I would not recommend this property at all.

My family and I spent 23 nights at this hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedrooms accessible suites. We are very pleased and satisfied with the amenities and facilities offered by the very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast was extraordinary and delicious. There were a variety of dishes to choose from the buffet. However the choices remained the same throughout our stay. The front desk staff were really generous and goes beyond call to fulfill their duties. I would especially liked to thank one such person who goes far beyond call to fulfill her duties. That person is Ms.Rosetta Kimraj. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to her for her kindness, generosity and helpfulness shown to us during our 23 nights stay. Will Not Return I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 times now, and each time it gets worse. When I arrived, the bed sheet had a noticeable stain on it, and to my surprise, there was no soap provided for the shower. I informed the staff, and they did clean the room the next day, but they left the same stained sheet on the bed—they just made it up as if nothing was wrong. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to vacuum the room during my stay. This is the third time I’ve encountered the issue of no soap being provided. It’s clear that cleanliness and basic amenities are not a priority here. I’m deeply disappointed and will not be returning. There are far better options in the area.

My stay was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean to perfection. It was a 10/10 for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I would most definitely be coming back.

Ok value for money. had a few issues which i will be emailing the hotel about directly. first room smelt of sick, a good spacoous room but atayed in one night and couldnt stand the smell so was moved but to a smaller room which was not as nice. lack of towels throughout the holiday, everytime the cleaners came they took 6 towels and left 4 so we had to continually get towels which we had to get ourselves because we were told there was a lack of staff. complimentary coffee was always cold and not refilled regularly enough. breakfast staff were fantastic and really helpful but breakfast was very repetitive and we opted to miss it on a few days. when i booked the hotel it was advertised as having a free shuttle to Universal but when there we were told it was not available due to contract issues?? so we had to drive and pay parking whoch was an added cost to us. Hotel rooms were a little dated and hallways and lifts the same but it was a base for us whilst we visited the parks and the immediate area is great for restaurants and shopping . i probably would not stay there again though.

Overall the hotel was good, the housekeeping needs some work when rooms are cleaned, we were missed on a few occasions due to lack of communication, provided towels etc promptly when requested. Needs a bit of update and a faster lift.

Property was very run down and rooms were dirty. Ants in kitchen and bathroom area. Beds not changed in 14 days. Cleaning services provided only sporadically and not fully cleaned just a "refresh" of certain areas. Would not stay at this hotel again.

hotel management must need to watch there employ working prograss, when I check Inn like 10 pm so I have given my name for room reservation which I did in advance thru Expedia pre paid but at the time of check in the guy said you have not paid so when we are going to call to Expedia call center so then they said your were already paid and we sorry about this and your parking is free for complementary which is good for me as I mentally prepare for parking fee , the second and main thing room cleaning staff were not clean our room properly when we stayed 10 days in same room and we only request to clean our room one day , so the hotel management were strickly monitor the cleaning staff and random check the room prograss otherwise hotel loose their rate on the hotel just because of the un loyal employ . breakfast is excellent , coffee is excellent .

Breakfast I liked, but they clean or change towers every 2 or three days, the parking cost $5 a night The shower was leaking, I reported it 3 times, they came to see it but they never fixed it

There was ample parking. Full breakfast everyday. The staff at breakfast were so friendly despite the mess left by guests and everyone trying to take as much food as they could to their rooms or to go. The one downside was that the woman at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to give my Hilton Rewards # since I booked through a 3rd party. Highly disappointed.

The property was very clean and nice, the check in process was a little hectic as this must be a popular hotel and there are only 2 check in desks. I did prepay through Expedia but when I arrived I was advised I had to pay again. Expedia support was quick and effective when contacting the hotel to get my refund issued. No issues at all with the room.

House keeping was disappointing

Nice and clean hotel with many things to do in close proximity. The breakfast was also good.

Great hotel good breakfast friendly staff

The hotel itself was decent however our room was right by the outdoor pool, it was so loud in our room from the noise at the pool. I called the front lobby to ask if we could be moved because of the noise , they told me that since i was just staying 1 night they would not move me and that i would have to wait until 10 pm when the pool closed. To me that was horrible customer service and because of that i will never stay there again.

Excellent place, super clean, the room amazing super big.

This was my husband and I anniversary weekend getaway. The front desk was helpful and polite. The housekeeping staff was diligent at their jobs to clean up a wipes to keep the area safe and clean.

The suites were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room smelled terrible like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The room had an air purifier plugged in on the kitchen table, so they knew it smelled. Each morning housekeeping would knock and unlock my door without permission. I had the deadbolt locked, they would continue to knock and retry to open repeatedly all before 8AM!!!! Miserable

Very very very very average. Asked 2 times for additional towels without getting anything. Finally had to go to front desk in person and ask for a 3rd time. Everything else was fine.

I can appreciate that for breakfast they had options for more health conscious individuals however they did not have any bacon. Also our rooms coffee maker did not work. Which wasn’t a huge deal but like to wake up and have a cup of Jo. And idk what is going on with hotels but it seems like the pillows they supply nowadays are worthless

Our view was an air conditioner unit. The pool was large, breakfast was great and it’s close to the parks.

There were some stains on the couch cushions and the staff could have vacuumed and swept a bit more, but overall the stay was good.

The free breakfast was nice. Plenty of options they were just lacking in gluten free or dairy free options though(observation not a critique). The staff was Professional. The lovation was perfect for icon park or the convention center. The room was outdated but clean save the bathroom. Which had mildew or mold everywhere.

We really liked the room we stayed in. The property is older, but the room was comfortable and quiet. This was important because I was co-hosting a virtual conference from my room. We were at the end of a hall with only one room close to us and with little traffic by our door.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The fitted sheets didn’t fit-they kept coming off. There was ants in the kitchen area & at the table. The floor must be slanting because the dresser drawers won’t stay closed. They opened everytime I closed them (which meant banging my knee on them, in the dark, repeatedly). The hallway to the room had an odor to it, but the smell in the room was worse. Not horrible, but definitely not pleasant. May be their cleaning solution. The worst part was their lack of concern of safety for their guests. The power went out, & was out for quite awhile, which meant most things in the fridge went bad. Power going out wasn’t their fault, although all the other hotels around had power, so their power source must be sub par to the others in the area. I would think they would have a generator. Worst part was no lighting in the hallway or stairwell. No elevators, so I had to lug 4 bags down 6 flights of stairs in the pitch black. There were emergency lights installed, but not working. I fell twice & almost smashed my face on one fall. I’d think a hotel in such an emergency prone area would have prepared more for the safety of their guests. Not this place. They did throw 2 burned out glow sticks in the hallway, which was a joke. Nothing in the stairwell. I complained to the 2 people at the front desk & they said “it’s because of the outage”. No apology or effort to at least open a door to let some sort of light in the stairwell. Extremely poorly maintained.

The two bedroom suit was nice and the complementary breakfast was great. However, the curtains in the room were just decorative and you could not close them to block out the sunlight making the room very bright in the morning. Also had hidden fee for parking that wasn’t mentioned when booking ($10).

It’s a little hidden gem. We only stayed one night but everything was excellent. Our check in was easy, our room was clean and comfortable and checkout was quick and simple. Highly enjoyable and will definitely come back!

Second time we have stayed here. 11 am checkout. The cleaning service started banging on our door at 9 telling us we had to leave. And this continued until 11 when we left. And she stood outside our door for two hours on FaceTime yelling loud enough to hear her with the door closed. She pulled out her room list and kept telling us we had to leave and sign her sheet. This was disgusting service. She needs a lesson in how to tell time and furthermore she needs to be written up for the way she treated us. Then she did it to the couple we were staying at the property with. We were in room 638. And our friends were in 642. We won’t be back. Sadly. It was a good place to stay before.

We have been to this property several times and the staff has always been wonderful.

Our original room had hair stuuck to the toilet by the tank, dirt in the floor of the bathroom, & hair on the hand towel in the bathroom sink area. Let the front desk know & they moved us to another room that was better but not great.

From the outside and the lobby, the hotel is gorgeous. Staff was amazing. First concern was the very wobbly elevator. When you stepped inside the elevator, it teetered. It was rattling going up and down. Kind of scary. The rooms were outdated but not a problem. The room was spacious! Love the kitchenette. Downfall in the room was how DIRTY the bathroom was. There were hair ties from previous guest laying around on the floor. The bathtub was very dirty and had hair all over the place. Checked for bedbugs and was greeted with crushed Doritos and more hair on the mattress.

It’s a nice hotel but they need to fix or service the evelator. It make me scare sometime.

Our Stay w/ Children

I requested a crib and extra towels. A lady arrived with the towels so I asked about the crib, she responded she was about to get off but will check on it. She nicely brought the crib but it was broken, missing a leg, & had a bad smell. I couldn’t use it. After my daughters had been swimming and showered, we realized the pull out couch didn’t have linen/ pillows. I requested linen. Never came for hours. My girls fell asleep shivering. I requested again and was told I could come get the last one. It was late and I was so tired. I asked if they could bring it up instead and they did. I also had to go to war with a roach in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. Everything looked clean. The staff were nice people.

Family vacay

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living area. 3 adults and one child. The only down size was the sofa bed was horrible. It needs updating. It was a bit uncomfortable. Everything in the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was nice and friendly. We were checked in right away with no problems. Other then the sofa bed, I have nothing bad to say. I would stay there again!!!
