The room was good but starting to show some wear. The beds weren't comfortable. Did not sleep well because they were hard
Has a car charger!
Greatly appreciate the complimentary charger for our electric car. Helped further our travels.
Great Hotel
This place rocks! This was a last minute stay. A friend and I were just going from CO to UT and back to get a vehicle. We were getting tired and thought a short trip to the Arches would be nice. It was the beginning of January so OFF SEASON. Therefore most of the town was closed. My requirement for a hotel this night was comfortable beds and a hot tub. Well this place did not disappoint. All the queen rooms at the time were the same price. So I chose the room with the most SQ FT. It was 653 SQ FT! Like WHAT! The room was AMAZING. The beds were so comfy. The TV greeted me when I came in. It did have Netflix for you to login to. No other streamng services. The bathroom was HUGE. It has a full size fridge and dishwasher. Had dishes, pots and pans, built in stove top, toaster and more. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was standard. Hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Would definitely stay again. My room did not have a balcony, but there were some that did. It also had games for families to play, a small basketball hoop and area to play.
We selected the Hilton, which was more expensive than equal hotels in the area, because it offered a king size bed. When we checked in, the room had 2 queen size beds, and the front desk did not forewarn us. We stayed because it was late.
Loved the hotel
Great location! Spacious room with a kitchen. Nice breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!
The heater was very noisy, we had to turn it off completely to get some sleep.
Nice!
Great comfortable hotel in the middle of Moab. We walked to supper out the evening of our stay.
Wonderful staff and location.
Actually really loved the place. My only complaint is all the semi trucks that pass all hours of the night. They are very loud.
The property was VERY clean and felt safe. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was a ver loud tenant above our room with children running and jumping past midnight. I called the front desk however the noise persisted through the early hours of the morning.
Nice
Great place to stay in Moab. The staff was very friendly, especially during crowded breakfast times. Great experience
I understand that Moab has seasonal workers and businesses let people go in but then managers need to not have the "fully booked" excuse when you come to check in and your room is not ready for over an hour. If you want to have a fully booked hotel, hire more staff. It is a manager's job to make sure the hote is well run. They made multiple families wait each day for check-in because rooms were not ready. When we got there the manager didn't know I had two rooms (even though my booking under one number had two rooms and my message to them said I had two rooms), couldn't give us adjoining rooms, and was short and rude. Our 18-year-old daughter who is pretty quiet, noted the rudeness. We didn't ask for a room change despite the smell in our second room because I didn't want to deal with the rude, curt responses. My room was not cleaned even on an "alternate day schedule" and was done after asking twice and that too meant only sheet changes and a few towels changed, not an actual cleaning. I picked up after myself, so our rooms were not dirty but after "cleaning" wrappers were on the tables, the shower had hair from showering in it, floors were not swept because we came from hikes and of course, shoes bring dirt with them. There is a reason I don't stay at hotels anymore. As a rental owner myself, I cannot get away with this level of rudeness and mismanagement because people are quick to be mad at owners for the smallest things. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Winter getaway
Our family of 6 took a winter trip to Moab to do some mountain biking. The Homewood Suites were perfect for us. Our spacious room had two queen beds, a pullout couch and a kitchenette. The included breakfast was excellent! The hotel was close to everything and had covered parking. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel in a convenient location.
Great!
Such a dog friendly hotel. Absolutely love this place!!
Rooms are big. Great staff. Breakfast was running out of items at last 45 mins before closing.
Wonderful staff
Place was immaculate. Room was fantastic. Location couldn’t be better.
The floor upstairs were quite loud with running footsteps all 4 nights. One of the pillow has urine smell on it. There is dog hair on one of the bed sheet.
Super convenient - walkable to all of downtown Moab. Liked how it was friendly to cyclist, and had a great breakfast.
Very nice and clean property. Staffs are very friendly.
A very clean hotel with exceptionally large rooms. If you want space to relax at the end of your day adventuring this is the place. Friendly staff and amazing pool and hot tub.
Moab is a great destination and off season rates were well worth it......kitchen was workable, bed comfy and accessible with elevator. Breakfast was above average. Only downside was the hot tub was broken for a day, but it was fixed promptly.
The rooms were very clean.
Excellent place to stay and good pricing in December
A
Check in was easy. Agent was friendly and informative. Room was clean and had a pleasant scent. Lobby was very welcoming. Breakfast was well presented. Front desk agents were very helpful with providing coins for laundry which was also clean and convenient.
We appreciated Randi’s helpfulness at check-in!
Hot tub is broken during our stay which is a big bummer
Everything was great! Enjoyed our 4 night stay!
Great hotel that’s within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I’d stay here again when in the Moab area.
Excellent
Good service
Great stay
Expected better
We were enthusiastic about our room when we arrived but it had its share of problems. The first challenge was the heating on the 3rd floor was near sauna level and made the room quite warm. We had to use the AC in December! It was also quite frustrating to see that the ‘blanket’ on our king bed was nothing more than a queen size dust ruffle tucked into a duvet cover. Yes, a dust ruffle! Fortunately, there was an actual blanket in the closet we made use of. And then there was the unrequested wake up of the tv coming on at 5:45 am. All of this was shared with the desk clerk in the morning and he just looked completely lost as to what to say or do. The facility looked clean, the breakfast options were good and the bed was comfortable, once we added the blanket.
Good location in the center of the city. Rooms are biig
Great place!
Great hotel, great location. This in on the main drive right in the heart of Moab. Walking distance to a lot of food and shops. Parking was easy, two levels. Very secure with key enabled elevators. Huge room/suites! My only disappointment was the offering of kielbasa sausage as a breakfast protein and inability of the staff to keep up with breakfast needs. By our 2nd to last day and last day the hotel had gotten busier with families. We came down in the middle of breakfast time to find it wiped out and the staff trying their hardest to keep up.
Right in the heart of Moab and easy access hotel. Very nice rooms and welcoming staff. We had a great stay.
Enjoyed a pleasant stay. Close to cafes and shopping. A few minutes from the Arches National park entrance. Definitely will stay again.
big rooms
Excellent location and experience
The hotel location is right in town and close to Arches and Canyonlands. You can walk out of the hotel lobby to excellent shops and restaurants. The parking is very convenient as well. The rooms have a kitchen which we used one night for dinner and each morning to comfortably sit and eat breakfast. The customer service was excellent. They are also very accommodating to those traveling with pets. Our dog loved the hotel as well. We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Moab.
Perfect for a Moab trip. Walk to everything! Very nice people on staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and a nice Community Market behind the building. There are 3 places for a hearty breakfast and delicious coffee across the street, and lunch too! I got the kitchenette suite and it was easy to make my own meals. I’ll be back.
Very good location
The only issue was that house keeping started vacuuming loudly the room directly above us at 7:30 AM which was NOT GOOD.
Great Hotel!
Very nice, clean, super comfortable beds, beautiful interior. Highly recommend!
This hotel is amazing and has wonderful amenities.
Staff was amazing, main gathering area was comfortable, breakfast was good, and location was convenient within Moab. It’s a busy highway going thru town, and we weren’t prepared for that noise thru the night. We would ask for a room on the back of the building if we stayed again. Our bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on either, it wasn’t as firm as we like.
Very clean! Comfy beds, very polite staff! Breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had!
Very friendly and clean.
The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was not good cold oatmeal one morning and none the next😠, no eggs when I looked and no orange juice!!! For the cost of my stay I certainly expected better.
Well, I paid for a room with a balcony and I did not get a room with a balcony And that was the reason why I booked at this hotel. So I was very disappointed when they told me that they were booked and could not accommodate me when I booked far enough in advance.
I always have a nice time staying here.
The room smelled like wet dogs. The room was rather expensive surprised what it smelled like. No place for a dog to go to the bathroom, yet it is dog friendly hotel? Will not stay there again
Rooms were very spacious. Laundry facilities were convenient. Options at breakfast for those with dietary restrictions.
Staff was helpful. The room was very clean and comfortably roomy.
Kind staff, super clean room and hotel in general. Walking distance to shops, coffee, food. AM breakfast had options to fuel whatever your trying to do from the Whole Enchilada to a walk.
I checked in for an overnight stay. The room was really nice with all the expected amenities. I walked to some of the shops and then to a restaurant for dinner. The location was very walkable. Overall - very nice and would stay here again.
Staff was friendly, room was great, surrounding area was awesome.
Comfortable stay. Suite was spacious. Extremely convenient downtown location with easy access.
Ty
Beautiful place to stay! Beds were not comfortable but otherwise it was a great place to relax between visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I would stay there again.
Liked breakfast daily. Disliked the noise of being on Main Street.
Good
Overall, it was a good experience with the stay. The kitchen had a broken utensil and was low on supply. I asked for a replacement and they gave after two days.
It was a good choice for Moab
Parking was limited on ground level. 2 single women did not want to be in a parking garage We lost hot water the second night. Coldish showers after a long hike. The manager agreed to add 30,000 points to my account. That made me happy. The room was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional.
Our room was big and comfy; everything we needed!
Poor Service and very dirty Room
We arrived and were told our room wasn’t ready; that we should come back in an hour. We came back an hour later and our room still wasn’t ready. We were told we got the last room available. When we questioned this because there were still at least 8 rooms available (max you can book in one go) we were told we had the last of our room type available which we also queried since there were plants of our room type available. 1hr 45min later we finally got our room. Beds were made and it looked tidy, so at the time we were happy. However that changed considerably- there were only 2 chairs in the room, but there were three of us. The sofa bed was not made up as it should have been and there weren’t not enough glasses in the cupboard for three people. No kettle only a coffee machine. When we went to bed that night we had to rinse our feet since the floor made our feet turn grey. The following morning after showing we noticed that the floor mat was dark grey and when we turned it over the underside was black as the bathroom floor was dirty. There was no room cleaning & when we came back from a day out there were no staff to be found. We decided to let it go since the front desk staff were so unfriendly. Morning 2 we were checking out, so we striped the beds to make sure we had not left anything behind. In doing so we discovered that valances had been used as Doonas/comforters and that one of them was stained and had doggie dunnit from a dog all over it. DISGUSTING!!.
Very nice stay
Very nice hotel…convenient location and very quiet
Good breakfast, friendly staff good location.
Very spacious room. Complimentary breakfast is great for fueling up before venturing to the park. The central location to the many shops and restaurants in Moab and close proximity to Arches makes this National Park experience very easy and comfortable.
Located in the downtown area so many shops were accessible via short walk. The kitchen had enough basic cooking supplies to cook some meals, making it easy to get a few groceries and save some money on takeout. Daily breakfast had lots of options. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Bathroom area way too small compared to room. The door almost hits the toilet…
Nice property that’s right in the middle of town.
Awesome place, love the room
Nice rooms.
This hotel was immaculate. The kids loved the bunk beds, my wife appreciated the cleanliness, and everyone found something to eat for breakfast (which is difficult with picky kids and adults with food allergies). I would absolutely stay here again.
Close walking distance to restaurants and shops
Beautiful spacious room!!!
This is a nice property, clean, and everyone was nice. It is also walkable to a lot of shopping and food.
Had a great time. Unfortunately our maid told us to leave way before checkout….
good place
It was nice to get to sleep.
This property was amazing, spacious and beautiful. Laundry room is 2.00 for wash and for 2.00 for dry, it’s located on third and second floor. The TVs are a bit small for the rooms for it being VERY spacious. Basketball court area available. Outside tables and grill available. Swimming pool is indoor and closes at 10pm
Love this place . Room was big and felt like home. Huge Hotel lobby area and very relaxing to spend time at evening or anytime. Hotel provide evening snacks which is too good. I will stay again on my next trip.
Great location, downtown Moab, super clean. Polite and helpful staff. Hot tub was not hot, but it was acceptable.
Fantastic
Stayed on a family trip. Breakfast was really good, staff was amazingly helpful. Absolutely would stay again.
Tuvimos buena experiencia en este hotel ,la suite estaba bastante limpia y bien cuidada ,locacion perfecto para ir a cenar ,de compras y demas actividades.
Fantastic for Families
A wonderful place to stay! Had all the amenities our family looks for while traveling.
Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and amenities which included a pool, hot tub, fridge, stove, and microwave. The bed was comfortable after a strenuous day of hiking and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very happy and hope to return in the future.
Great for Family!
Great location. If you are traveling with older children the 2 queen bunk beds are fabulous! The breakfast was good. Staff attentive.
The hotel was great. It was for one night but it did its job!!!
Very clean!
Bed bugs from the pullout couch
The beds just were not as comfy as other Hiltons, especially the pull out, from which we got eaten up by bed bugs. It's a good location, but we even had to ask for extra pillows, which has never been an issue for us at other Hiltons.
Great property all around. Staff were very helpful!
Great chain, great hotel property and reputation.

The property was nice and in a convenient location. The beds were extremely firm and hard to sleep in and the pillows felt like there was no cushion at all.
